Boycott Alert! It's bad enough that the jury couldn't decide Jodi Arrogant-(_@_)'s fate, but Lifetime has already produce a movie about her that's airing tonight. Hope the judge will court order it's showing to stopped. Otherwise, her lawyers will be wanting ro move her sentencing trial to another venue.. preferably to one that has no death penalty.

I'm usually not a big Hannity fan, but Hannity had a really good show featuring conservative blacks from around America. One common thread was the importance of the church. Unfortunately, the black churches do not influence their members by Christian concepts. They used to, but the pastorates have been bought by DUMBERat promises and entitlement programs.

---

The other point the conservative black panel stressed was 'education'. Unfortunately, the liberals got to the public education system first, and have ruined it.

---

Mississippi State will represent the SEC in the College World Series in Omaha. MSU beat Oregon to play against the winner of the UNC vs UCLA game. Go State go!

Online headline/story: "Obama tells Germans: I'll use executive order to tackle global warming * "This is the global threat of our time," Obama said Wednesday. " -- "global threat of our time"? You know there is one bit of truth in this, but Judas 00-bama should have been pointing his fingers at himself.

---

Can you believe that Paula Seen is being filleted for being truthful about describing her being robbed by a black man in 1986, and used the "N-word", yet Lil Snupe's manager tweeted the 'N-word' this week and mainstream media 'understands'.

---

After Paula Deen answered, under oath, that she had used the N-word in 1986 in a private conversation with her husband concerning having a black man hold a gun to her head during a robbery, the Food Network announced it wasn't going to renew their contract with her. It was also mentioned that Paula Deen had mentioned wanting black waiters wearing white jackets & black bow ties like in slave times. Wait a minute... President Franklin D. Roosevelt fired all the white White House wait staff so all the staff would look alike.

---

Is there any one who would swear under oath that they've never uttered an ethnic slur, word or joke? If so, I say you are lying.

---

For all the consternation it caused, is there a definitive source, preferably in the military, that accurately records the actual number of active homosexuals and lesbians serving in the active military?

---

Chelsea Clinton Mezvinsky reported that her maternal grandmother had a teenaged unwed pregnancy, and didn't have the abortion services of Planned Patenthood. Well, when the first time machine is perfected, does it mean we can go back in time and give her the abortion of Hillary, thus Chelsea?

---

We were overwhelmed to learn that when David Shulman was head of IRS that he had 157 White House visits. Now we learn that his Chief-of-Staff made 310 visits during that same tenure, and Judas 00-bama still takes the 'Sgt Shultz' defense.. I know nothing.

---

Media frenzy doesn't get any more egotistical than a video shot of a handful of TV reporters crowding in on the Patriot's Hernandez while filling up his car at a service station. Hernandez wasn't saying anything but the media all shouted out the same inane questions. Phlegm at 11:00.

Online picture:

Look again... is that the sign of the Nazis? Well, it sure has been a Nazi gestapo tactic.

---

Wasn't the NSA going to supply the names/sites/dates of their claimed stoppage of terrorist attacks to Congress by yesterday?

---

Finally! While the DUMBERats do not want immigration reform at all, the DUMBERats will be vocally rampant about getting the Rebuplicans on board if a bill does get passed.

Online headline/story: "On Wednesday, Great Britain’s Girl Guides (their equivalent of U.S. Girl Scouts) and Brownies removed God from their 103-year-old oath. * Instead of the passage where they used to promise to “love God,” they will now vow to be true to "myself" and develop "my beliefs." * The organization said the move is intended to attract girls from secular families. * Chief Guide Gill Slocombe protested that the organization consulted 40,000 before it made the change. She said that using God in the pledge “discouraged some girls and volunteers from joining,” and now the Guides could “reach out to girls and women who might not have considered guiding before, so that even more girls can benefit from everything guiding can offer.” -- Hmmm, so you remove God yet the purpose is to guide young girls toward "the light"? Sounds like the Girl Guides should have removed Gill Slocombe.

Online story: "The New York City Council wants to pass a law that bans police officers from identifying a person by age, gender, color or disability. If a police officer transmits descriptions beyond clothing color they can be sued for racial profiling. That’s dangerous for the public and police officers." -- Hey, our L-E already tried that.. there was a time when the L-E did not report race or skin color in its crime reports.

---

I'm curious... We've all seen, in fact, been bombarded with pictures the preteen & early teen pictures of Trayvon Martin, but does anyone recall seeing pictures of his face following his confrontation with George Zimmerman. Zimmerman had severe facial damage.. Was there any such damage on Martin's face/head?

---

You know, the more you think about the DA and Martin family's lack of candidness of Trayvon Martin's pictures that night, the more you have to believe he didn't sustain blows associated with being attacked.

---

Shades of OJ..reports of a helicopter following a slow white Patriot stir up memories of OJ's 'slow white Bronco'.

---

Can't get by Judas 00-bama appointing a woman as the new Ambassador to Benghazi. In fact, can't imagine why we would even want an Ambassador in Benghazi again.

---

Appointing a woman as a diplomat to a Muslim terrorist country which you have give American weapons to seems to be conflicted in purpose.

---

Online headline: "Hillary Clinton: Female President Would Send Right Signal" -- Certainly Hillary is not suggesting herself as being qualified as a good example of being a complete female... she doesn't even like to bake cookies, nor whether she stands up for the rights of marriage.

---

L-E story: "ATLANTA — No decisions were made, but Muscogee County School Board chairman Rob Varner said the 15-month search for a new superintendent took a positive step Friday by conducting “two very good interviews” with “two quality candidates.” -- Well, 'the dog and pony show' has already revealed that the MCSD board's first choice did an about face when offered the job, so now we know we're getting a lesser choice, and if I were one of those choices, I'd be withdrawing my name. Who wants to go into a situation where a selection committee has already designated you a second or third choice?

---

Why is the MCSD board traveling to Atlanta, and not vice versa? The lawyers doing the search have a cap on what they can charge (and who thinks it will be less than the max agreed on), and what candidate would think much of a town that the selection committee goes to another one to conduct a search?

---

L-E story: "WASHINGTON — In a sign of deepening U.S. involvement in the Syrian crisis, the United States is leaving 700 combat-equipped American military personnel in Jordan following the end of a joint U.S.-Jordanian training exercise, President Barack Obama told Congress Friday. " -- Hmm, don't those 700 soldiers feel special... especially knowing that they have Judas 00-bama watching their backs...

---

L-E story: "NEW YORK — It’s the kind of electronic junk that piles up in basements and garages — an old computer motherboard with wires sticking out. * But because it was designed and sold by two college dropouts named Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak, it could be worth more than half a million dollars. * “This is a piece of history that made a difference in the world, it’s where the computer revolution started,” said Ted Perry, a retired school psychologist who owns the old Apple and has kept it stashed away in a cardboard box at his home outside Sacramento, Calif. * The 11-by-14 green piece of plastic covered with a grid of memory chips above a labyrinth of wires was one of the first 25 such computer elements, and sold for $666.66." -- 666.66? Maybe my wife is correct.. she insists that computers are the work of the devil.

---

L-E headline: "The Gap at Peachtree Mall closing Tuesday " -- Deja vu.... The ubiquitous GAP stayed at Columbus Square as long as it could before moving to Peachtree Mall; now it's moving on... again. Good bye, Peachtree Mall.

---

I love the word 'ubiquitous', but it's rare when an opportunity to use it comes along. My first introduction to it was from reading the opening line of a story printed in the L-E from a March 1918 story marking the passing of my great-grandfather, Joseph Albert Kirven. It opened, "The ubiquitous Mr Kirven... " in honor of all the enterprises, public and private he was involved in. Look it up..."ubiquitous", that is.

---

L-E story: " Opelika police say a woman living in the 1100 block of Watwood Avenue reported that between noon May 29 and 4 p.m. Wednesday, someone got into her home and ordered more than $135 worth of pay-per-view movies, the charges she never authorized later showing up on her Charter cable bill. " -- Sounds like this woman needs to install a password on her remote... or get a new boyfriend.

---

L-E story: "ATLANTA — Law enforcement agencies in Georgia are joining a nationwide crackdown on drunk driving over the Fourth of July holiday.

The Governor’s Office of Highway Safety says the national celebration is one of the most dangerous holidays on Georgia roads. In the past two years, the state has averaged 88 alcohol-impaired crashes during the period from July 3-5. * Law enforcement agencies across the state are partnering to launch their annual Operation Zero Tolerance campaign. " -- Hmmm, sounds more like a 'financial witch hunt' is about to ensue... Wouldn't it be cheaper and more effective to just ban alcohol sales over the July 4th Weekend?

---

What's wrong with this picture?

To me.. nothing.. but to Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton... this is probably racially offensive.

---

There's a trial balloon floating about saying the FAA is looking into allowing passenegrs on airplanes to use their electronic gizmos on flights. Wanna bet that ain't gonna happen until airlines get their own wi-fi networks installed on the planes and can ridiculously charge you for accessing them?
