Online headline: "Samuel Alito Rolls Eyes While Ruth Bader Ginsburg Reads Dissent" -- Well, sometimes it looks like some of the liberal judges were rolling something else while making their dissents.

---

Online story: "Minnesota State Rep. Ryan Winkler (D) is facing heat for using a racially-charged term on Twitter in reaction to Tuesday's Supreme Court decision on the Voting Rights Act. * The Minneapolis Star Tribune reports that Winkler deleted a tweet referring to Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas as "Uncle Thomas." -- Talk about 'politics as usual' backfiring... The Supreme Court decision was not anti-black, it was anti-DUMBERat.

---

Online headline: "Yankees GM drops F-bomb on A-Rod" -- Guess from now on the Yankee star will be known as A-Bomb.

---

Online story: "IRS workers have abused agency credit cards, spending taxpayers’ money on porn, wine, romance novels, baby clothes, diet pills ... and more! A government watchdog agency issued the report, which covers the 2010-2011 fiscal years, exposing the expenses." -- Now we know why IRS claimed it couldn't find all the receipts.

---

DUMBERats can't exactly claim a landslide victory in its Special Senate Election yesterday. Kerry anointed Ed Markey drew but 55% of the popular ballot, while Republican Gomez actually won more counties. Unfortunately, the overweighted eudite Boston area elitists were true to form.

---

Online headline: "Al Sharpton: Supreme Court 'Canceled' Martin Luther King's Dream" -- Huh? Does the Reverend Sharpton think Dr King dreamed inner sanctums of poverty within the major cities would be the rule 50 years later? Does Sharpton think Dr King dreamed nearly 1/6th of the population would be on food stamps? Does Sharpton think the street warfare in Chicago was a dream of Dr King's? Does Sharpton think that Dr King dreamed Sharpton could carry his jock strap? What Sharpton and Jackson have done is turn Dr King's 'dream' into a nightmare.

"Voting discrimination" had pretty much become bottled up within the chambers of the court system. Hope this sets it free.

---

Online story: "WASHINGTON -- A day after coming under fire from congressional critics, the National Security Agency is trying to flush a controversial surveillance "fact sheet" down the memory hole. * That fact sheet was supposed to explain how the NSA interprets and uses section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, the part of the law that underpins the agency's PRISM data collection program." -- The NSA needs its own Jay Carney...

---

Online headline: "Obama Calls For Carbon Limits At Power Plants" -- This is not about Global Warming/Climate Change... it's about keeping unionized businesses afloat. Of course, what's he going to say to the coal miner's union?

---

The HuffPost reported that CNN, MSNBC, and Fox news were rude during Judas 00-bama's oration. "They" cut out early or talked over his remarks. Perhaps if Judas 00-bama addressed a real problem with his presence and that the media thought was relevant, maybe the media would be interested.

---

The Republicans should stop focusing on the political aspects of abortions/abortion rights. They should trust that God is handling this in his manner, in his time. Perhaps the strategy that might be most effective would be to assure women can make their own decisions with God but have the safety of hospitals/clinics rather than makeshift back alley rooms, but without government financial involvement. I really do believe that more women decide to have their babies when left with the decision without 'advice' from either political party.

Congrats, reluctantly, go to UCLA. I do have one observation that the NCAA should address: The new stadium dimensions were made to accommodate the juiced up bats, BUT now those bats have been 'dumbed down'. Only 3 home runs were hit during the whole CWS tournament by 8 teams. Saw 4 shots in the finals that were home runs anywhere else didn't make it to the warning tracks that were just recorded as4 outs at Omaha.

---

In spite of Judas 00-bama, things may be looking up. One of my personal economic indicators looked the best I've seen in years. Big trucks going to and from Atlanta were out in numbers yesterday.

---

Those NFLers that now are suing because the NFL did not warn them of brain injuries.... I'm sure they heard the " cha-ching" of the big bucks contracts. though.

---

Putin says Squealer Snowden is indeed in Russia, but has committed no crime so he will not be extradited. Guess Putin considers 'flexibility' a one way street, while Judas 00-bama thinks being ' more flexible' is being willing to bend over and grab your ankles.

---

A Fox News anchor asked an International security company head what alternatives does Judas 00-bama have in getting Russia to give up the "Squealer". The guy just laughed.

---

SEAL Team 6 could take care of Squealer Snowden, but Judas 00-bama lost that avenue when he took the lion's share of credit for getting bin Laden.

---

If I were on the Zimmerman jury, I'd be POed that the Prosecutor tried to convict Zimmerman before we ever heard a witness.

---

Online headline: "Poll: 41 percent of small businesses have frozen hiring because of ObamaCare" -- Hmmm, guess the other 59% are just frozen.

---

L-E story: "The majority of students in the Muscogee County School District met or exceeded state standards in all subjects covered by the Criterion-Referenced Competency Tests" -- Oh, no... another half full/half empty themed story. We should not elate over the majority met/exceeded minimum standards; we should be well aware that the needs of 100% of the students and our community are not being met. Every one of these children, not just the majority, will move into society, and too many will not be prepared.

---

Online headline: "Weiner leads in race to become NYC’s next mayor" -- Interesting... NYC may elect a Weiner to follow three terms of a Whiner.

---

Judy Thomas for the next Columbus Mayor!

---

From the 'it's how you look at it' department - L-E story: "ORLANDO, Fla. — The NBA remains the industry leader among men’s professional sports leagues for racial and gender hiring practices, according to a study released Tuesday. * Using data from the 2012-13 season, TIDES found that African-Americans made up 43.3 percent of all NBA head coaches, and set a record last season with 45.6 percent of all assistant coaches being of color. * According to the study, 35.7 percent of all professional employees in the NBA are people of color and 41.1 percent are women at the league office. * On the court, African-Americans comprise 76.3 percent of all NBA players, and that 81 percent were people of color." -- Hmmm, looks like the Supreme Court should step in here and order some "affirmative action".
