A couple of years ago, I got numbers from the Columbus GA Police Department that,  including shooting fatalities, well over 500 people were actually shot. The pools WERE NOT FINISHED AS PROMISED for Memorial Day, Fathers Day, 4th of July, end of school vacation, nor by Labor Day, but they WERE PROMISED TO BE FINISHED! Now we learn they haven't all been finished, and the City's track record ain't too good on promises..  Heads should roll! This is all on Mayor Skippy and City Manager I-see-another-screw-up!
