It happened the two other time one of the "BIG BLUE" garbage trucks picked up my City provided garbage can.. Now I want a NEW can.. I saw a video of how the "BIG BLUE" trucks work last week, and the can lid closed as the mechanical arm returned the can to it's starting position at the curb. Well, the cans I and my neighbors were given don't work that way... the lids came out open when returned to their starting positions...open to be filled by rain on a rainy day! I imagine the cans the City of Columbus GA distributed are not the same as the cans the “BIG Blue” trucks used to demonstrate with.

Otherwise, states like California and NY that are excessively liberal and heavily populated that their popular votes could continually overwhelm the National popular vote numbers. Fortunately, our forefathers created our Electoral College which brings a higher level of vision to our leadership as a minority of states has less opportunity to ignore the needs of the majority of states.
