You know, it'll be a long time... if ever... before we get a "term limit" Constitutional Amendment for Congress, but one thing that might help at reducing the National Debt could be done ahead of that. A law...or maybe even just Senate and House policy addition.. could do the trick. I suggest that any Senator or Congressperson who votes against an "omnibus" spending bill, cannot have his/her District or State to receive any "pork projects" which were included in the bill.
