Hmm... wonder if prior knowledge of this was taken into consideration about building that new Fire Station out at Pratt-Whitney?

Please note: She doesn't even HINT at when the Data Center MIGHT  open! In fact, Atlas Development announced ANOTHER similar project a month ago that isn't even planned to open for at least 10 YEARS?

It sits between the RiverWalk, and a new "affordable housing" project with South Lumkin Rd. as a "closing  in: street, and has only entrances/exit on Victory Drive (and the possible egress/ingress on S. Lumpkin TOO CLOSE Victory Drive).... I tried to find something similar to this they already run successfully but haven't been lucky, though "Wisemen" have a track record of creating 6 story garage drive-in-theaters, and I'm sure that would be a detriment to the RiverWalk purpose... Hey Council, put some real teeth into any restrictions that are warranted..

Oh.. I’m sure the families who’ve recently bought homes in Hal’s Way (which is basically partnered with the City by Tax Exemptions) will really appreciate the roar of engines running on the 1.2 mile race track behind their homes.

Too few people vote in May compared to November...
