Looks like Columbus GA Half-Mayor-Half-City Manager Skippy the POO needs to fire his Temp-City Manager...One of the last things the EX/FIRED City Manger did was initiate an ILLEGAL SIGN clean-up squad... Hugley bought TV ads and T-Shirts in a campaign to eliminate illegal sign placements on our street Rights-of-Way.. ...but that ain't happening... illegally placed ones are all over town.... I see'em daily on Mobley Road, but today, the most flagrant! An illegal one on a business rooftop across from the John B Amos Center on Veterans Parkway... It WAS legal in the past as it was "grandfather-claused in" because it existed before a new law was written, but the building was sold, so the rooftop use is no longer  valid. Take it DOWN…and hire a FULL TIME City Manager! (FYI – the sign is for “ROCKY”… as in Mayor.. not a movie sequel)
