Online headline: "Obama: Congress Should Act On Tax Cut, Housing" -- Partially true, but what do you expect from the king of the half-truth? potUS Oblamewhitie, how about calling on the DIM&DUMBERat SENATE for some cooperation with the HOUSE... Republicans are very interested in tax cuts and reform.

---

Online headline: "Snow Reported In The Denver Metro Area" -- Well, Oblamewhitie "had a SPRING to the top there in 2008; had a drastic FALL there in 2012, and now Denver has FROZEN OVER.

---

A City Clinic? Mayor Obamalinson wants her own version of HELL-thScare? (I'm sure she will use it....NOT!) If there's any program more elitist than a local government employee only clinic, you'd have to go to Washington for the one that Congress, the President, and such have. When you get down to it, there is no government contribution, and no government employee contribution. .. it all comes directly from the taxpayers' pockets. When you get down to it, there's no incentive for a City Clinic to even hold down expenses, much less cut costs.

---

When it gets down to the bottom line, the MCSD should be supporting the Charter School Amendment.... Having state supplied funds follow the individual student will actually give the MCSD more dollars per student than it already gets. All the county property taxes will stay within the MCSD coffers, and many teachers will leave the MCSD payroll for Charter School jobs, and busing costs should drop dramatically. What the MCSD does not want is competition in ideas for the betterment of students.

L-E headline: "Panetta: Syria clash with Turkey may escalate" -- Aside from the "DOH! this deserves, the question unanswered is which side the White House will support/

Statewide contract or not, why does Council purchase vehicles from out of town vendors? Same applies to office supplies.

Using instant replay to decide whether a judgement call should stand or overturned, whether in football or baseball is one of those "be careful what you wish for" caveats. Forget the horrible call made in the Braves game Friday, think about football when an instant replay shows a missed "holding call" that negates a game winning "Hail Mary" call or a 60 yard FG to send a game into overtime. Armchair quarterbacks are tough enough to deal with on Monday mornings, but armchair umps/referees are impossible.

Cardinals....after it all...again... Hey, Colby Rasmus, still think Card managers doesn't know beans about baseball?

---

Why do we believe scientists about evolution, when scientists do not think a thrown baseball actually curves?
---

After watching one of the worst miscalsl ever in a baseball game, you have to wonder if MLB picked up an extra ump from the Lingerie Football League.

---

Not a good day for Chipper... an errant throw set up a 3 run go head inning for the Cards, and on his last at bat, a broken bat effort with a mercy miscall left him on base to watch the last out.

---

How can 'first time filings' for 'first time unemployed roll along at nearly 20 million per year, yet government figures claim the unemployment rate has fallen?

---

Massachusetts has a ballot initiative to allow assisted suicide. Why don't Massachusetts voters just wait until after the election and see if potUS Oblamewhitie gets his death panels. Assisted suicide won't need to be an option.

---

D&D spinmeisters and media excuse makers contribute potUS Oblamewhitie's poor performance to his "not bringing his 'A' game". What we saw IS his 'A ' game when the media and spinmeisters cannot run interference for him, and he can't read answers off his TelePrompters.

---

Algore claims potUS Oblamewhitie was off his game because of high altitude "jet lag'. Oh.. does that mean he's "off his game' every time he gets off Air Force 1 to bow down and apologize to foreign despots?

---

potUS Oblamewhitie reminded me of a Johnny Carson character giving his responses during the debate. Remember Floyd R. Turbo, American? He was the Elmer Fudd dressed opinion giver who looked like he was a deer frozen-in-the-headlights.
---

Online story: "President Obama's team touted the numbers as a sign the economy is improving. Mitt Romney, along with several economists, expressed deep skepticism about the report. * The data even elicited a conspiracy theory from former General Electric CEO Jack Welch, who tweeted: "Unbelievable jobs numbers..these Chicago guys will do anything..can't debate so change numbers." -- Remember Jack Welch.. former major supporter of potUS Oblamewhitie?

---

If states are going to allow 'early voting' a month ahead of the general election, those states should also have to have an 'ooooops day", a 'what was I thinking at the time day', so voters who see the light can go and have their vote changed.

---

Why doesn't NYC just declare 'eminent domain' and confiscate the property where the UN building stands? The US Supreme Court has already ruled a city can do so if it thinks there is a better use and more potential tax revenue on a property, and i'm sure Ahmandine-JIHAD has never paid any NYC property taxes.

---

L-E story: "Salt Lake City - An 8-year-old boy's letter about his love for his cat has been published by his hometown newspaper in Utah after it was euthanized when an animal shelter worker forgot to leave a note on its cage. * The black cat disappeared on Sept. 28. (The boy's) father found it Tuesday at a shelter. But he had to pay a fee at another government building that was closed. When he returned the next day, the cat had been euthanized." -- Looks like HELL-thScare death panels are already at work in the animal department.

---

L-E story: "Los Angeles - A Boston man has won an online competition to become the first male model in "The Price is Right: history." -- Is this really news? Now, if a new 'vowel guy' was added to Vanna White's "Wheel of Fortune"......

---

With the death toll in the local drug community as it is, can you imagine what people will be thinking 50 years from now if the L-E is still alive and printing it's "Looking Back" column?

---

The neighborhood schools concept was and will be the best platform for teaching. Get rid of routine busing (and save lots of dollars, too), and instead of worrying about the numbers involving students by evening out situations by busing kids across town, concentrate on making sure there is a good racial balance in the teaching/administration ranks. A good racial mix of adults working together will be a lot better role model plan for children to observe and mimic. In addition, parents will be closer to their children's schools and more able to be involved.
---
In the L-E story concerning the sales tax holiday on energy efficient appliances was this contradictive exclusion: "Shoppers will not have to pay sales tax on Energy Star or WaterSense items with a purchase price of $1,500 or less." -- Aren't the best energy/water conserving features usually found in upper end appliances? The state should reward all levels so buyers can pick the best energy/water conserving products they can afford.

Well, plan your coffee for a little later this weekend... we're operating of beach time. We're gaining a new family member via marriage.

Online headline/story: "Nicole Kidman & 'The Paperboy': Actress Refused To Say The N-Word * Kidman's turn as Charlotte Bless has earned rave reviews from critics, many of whom were simply shocked by her daringness in the film. In addition to urinating on Efron (his character has an unfortunate encounter with a jellyfish), she also participates in a couple of wild sex scenes, including one in which she pantomimes performing oral sex on an inmate" -- Obviously, Kidman needs to learn how to say at least one "N-word"....NO!...or at least "No Way!

---

Following the debate, potUS Oblamewhitie told donors the next morning that he was going to make sure they got to see Big Bird...after all, he had given the country one the night before, and the past 4 years.
---
Online headline: "King Abdullah II Of Jordan Dissolves Parliament" -- Oooops, my bad. Thought maybe the king has picked up a few tips from Saddam Hussein and was using a vat of acid rather than a wood chipper.
---
Online headline: "Democrats Left Confused By Obama's Social Security Debate Remarks" -- Well, they are even more confused if they actually read the bills the DIM&DUMBERats passed without reading; confused to find that those laws apply to them, too!

Guess the tingle Chris Mathews felt running down his leg turned into tinkling Wednesday night.
---
Did you notice how potUS Oblamewhitie kept lowering his eyes whenever Romney spoke? Can't hardly wait for his spinmeisters to announce potUS Oblamewhitie has some submissive disorder caused by Ancestral Slave Dealer's Syndrome
---
When you think about it, potUS Oblamewhitie did better in his debate with Clint Eastwood's chair.
---
Rumor has it President Obama has decided to send Clint Eastwood's chair in replacement of Biden in his debate with Paul Ryan next week.
---
Remember how you felt when you walked into a classroom knowing you had cut too many study groups to be prepared? Wanna guess what potUS Oblamewhitie actually made in classes at Columbia and Harvard?
---
potUS Oblamewhitie reminded me of his reign as Emperor a while back, only this time he actually saw his new clothes were actually not there.
---
The president of the local DIM&DUMBERat Party said that during the debate, Romney 'was more upbeat'. As the rest of Columbus saw it, it was more of a situation where Obama looked "more beat up".
---
L-E story: "Congressman Sanford Bishop hosted more than 100 ministers Oct. 1 to hear plans on registering church members and providing rides to the polls." -- For a political party so desperate to keep God out of our schools, what we need is a law to keep politics out of church. Wait a minute... the DIM&DUMBERats passed law prohibiting that! Enforce it!
---
Don't you know potUS Oblamewhitie now wishes he'd spent more time with 'on the job training' rather than golfing, vacationing and fund raising. I'm even more interested now than before to see his college transcripts...especially his professors' notes.

Thursday, October 4, 2012

The HuffPost did not declare the president won the debate overwhelmingly this AM. That, alone, is a great victory for Romney.

---

Online story: "WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A small Chinese company sued President Barack Obama for squashing its wind farm projects that were close to a military training site, saying the president overstepped his bounds and the law, according to court documents made public on Tuesday." -- Sounds like America has hit the bottom when other countries sue us in our own courts. First Mexico, but now China, but China is a bigger problem because China is our biggest debt holder.

---

HuffPost story: "Riot police arrested 17 peaceful Walmart protesters in Elwood, Ill., the Chicago Sun-Times reports. The protesters were some of the 600 people taking part in the rally, which was organized by Warehouse Workers for Justice. The protesters were supporting the employees of a warehouse in Elwood, Illinois, which is operated by an outside contractor that supplies Walmart stores, according to Reuters. * The workers have been on strike since September protesting their working conditions. The 17 protesters who were arrested were blocking the warehouse's entrance by sitting in the middle of the road, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. * Walmart has been criticized for other labor practices as well. Walmart workers aren't unionized and many Walmart workers are paid very low wages. " -- Getting to the bottom of the issue...This is a union hatchet job. HuffPost describing them as 'peaceful' is just biased reporting. Walmart's pay scale is about 50% higher than the minimum wage to start.

---

After watching King Arpege's 2007 racially decisive plea to black clergy, it's for a name change. Now he will be called potUS Oblamewhitie.

---

potUS Oblamewhite job plan is for more education. OK, more people get more education, then what? They graduate with tens of thousands in debt, and can't find a job to apply what they've learned in order to pay off their loans.

---

potUS Oblamewhitie said one thing right about the middle class paying less taxes since he's since he's been president, yet he didn't tell us why...the why is because the middle class has had less income, therefore, owed less in taxes. That's nothing to be proud of.
---

potUS Oblamewhite says he'll initiate tax cuts/breaks companies get for sending jobs overseas. For one, companies don't get such breaks, but if they did, why didn't he stop those 3 years ago?
---

potUS Oblamewhite praised his late white grandmother. Hmm, is this the same one he threw under the bus to get elected?

---

Who ever said potUS Oblamewhitie is a talented speaker must have never heard him speak without the aid of his TelePrompters and a fixed speech.

---

potUS Oblamewhitie says he thinks about American security every day he's in the Oval Office. Unfortunately, he spends too much time on the golf course and campaign trail.

---

From watching the debate, I really think potUS Oblamewhitie's debate preparation team spent more time on teaching him survival skills for a game of dodgeball, but not very well.

---

Michelle Obama was obviously depressed after watching her husband flounder on stage, and all she has to look forward to is Joe Biden vs Paul Ryan next week.
---

This country would be much better off if all journalists were required to have degrees in economics.

---

It matters not in the big scheme, but Sarah Palin looked like she had her hair styled by the same guy that designed Mark Shelnutt's toupee.

---

For once liberals are right in that justice is is not equally available for all...and it won't be until Eric Holder is fired.
---

Oblamewhitie must have traded in his Blackberry for a MEphone.

---

Joe Biden's assessment of what the socialist DIM&DUMBERat Party has done to the American middle class is the fulfillment of Krushchev's promise to bury us 50 years ago.

---

Unlike the media bashing of Bush43 when the 2000th soldier was killed in Iraq, the media had yawned at the 2000th soldier's death in Afghanistan. What a difference a bias can make.

---

The presidential debates need an appropriate theme song. I suggest the
1950s dirty of the Kingston Trio. You know..."They're rioting in Africa".. things haven't changed much since then.

---

Oblamewhitie has gone behind the back of Congress and bought Thompson prison in Illinois by executive order. This was suppose to be where the terrorists would be shipped when Oblamewhitie pledged to close Gitmo, but now it looks like Oblamewhitie is just preparing for a new home for himself and his friends.

---

So the whitewater rapids dumped Mayor Obamalinson yesterday...hmmm, guess that was better than being in a train wreck trying out the high speed rail system.

---

Think about this... since the buzz about whitewater has tickled our government's fancy, have you heard Columbus Water Works warning us the continued need for water use restrictions?

---

Why is Hasn't Ben Wright still working for the L-E? Let me rephrase that.. Why does the L-E still print his "work"? Reading his report of the death of a roofing worker today has me shaking my head in disbelief over his assessments. Two "Homer Simpson" kind of statements really standout: 1 - "(The victim) may have been working on the roof before the accident" - DOH! The story was about a roofer falling 20 feet to his death!; A cuase of death hasn't been determined, but .... it's possible that the man sustained a ruptured aorta "DURING" the fall." As Charlie Brown might respond, "Good Grief"!

---

L-E headline: "Rancher see increase in grass thefts amid drought" -- Ooops, my bad... thought this certainly had to do with California cracking down on medicinal marijuana.

---

I'm voting for the new Charter School Amendment. The local school board has no need to complain or fret about it as it will actually end up getting more-money-per-child overall because only the state contribution will follow-the-child. The local taxes will still all go to the MCSD. The only thing the MCSD will have to complain about will be competition from new ideas in education; the thought of that saddens me.

Wednesday, October 3, 2012

Online story: ""This is deadly earnest, man. This is deadly earnest," Biden told the crowd at the Charlotte, N.C. event. "How they can justify raising taxes on the middle class that's been buried the last four years? How in the Lord's name can they justify raising their taxes with these tax cuts?"" -- The last time I heard a politician mention burying us was at a Khrushchev speech at the UN in the 1960's when he was beating his shoe on the podium... I guess Biden will next claim that if a rising sea raises all boats, then a dried up one will put all boats on an even playing field.

---

Online headline: "Ahmadinejad Calls Netanyahu's UN Bomb Prop 'Childish'" -- Yeah, and Ahmandine-JIHAD also called the kettle black

---

Online headline/story: "Proposed California Law Would Deal Major Blow To Unions * California's Prop 32 has union leaders and supporters across the country shaking in their work boots. * The "Yes on 32" website says the proposition is a campaign finance measure that "addresses the special interests' control of government and returns power to voters by limiting both corporate and union political giving." Prop 32 would ban unions, corporations and entities under government contract from giving direct contributions to candidates or their committees." -- A long time coming! Next should be stripping the voting rights of government employees in elections determining people who have a direct influence on their paychecks... Teachers and school board races, and city employees and Council/Mayoral races quickly come to mind.

---

Online headline: "Obamas' Wedding Anniversary Falls On Debate Night" -- King Arpege is going to need TelePrompters full of excuses in his bedroom when he explains this to Michelle later on.

---

WRBL3 headline: "Georgia Tech Searching for Answers" -- Hmmm, bet the GT Boosters are searching for a new coach, too.

---

When you think about it, after coming so close to beating LSU last week, Arkansas is probably the worst team Auburn could have scheduled this week.

---

From a NY Times story: "With the surge of American troops over and the Taliban still a potent threat, American generals and civilian officials acknowledge that they have all but written off what was once one of the cornerstones of their strategy to end the war here: battering the Taliban into a peace deal." -- Huh? Writing off peace with the Taliban? I guess someone should tell King Arpege to stop claiming he's won because Osama bin Laden is dead.

---

Government Motors facade of success is crumbling. Silverado truck sales are the pits, building the VOLT had been suspended, and the only category of cars up are the small, lawn mower powered models that will be the next generation of "cash for clunkers".
---

Even CNN is upset at finding out King Arpege pulled a cover-up over the Embassy assault at Benghazi. Guess CNN was upset that King Arpege didn't let it in on the conspiracy before hand.

---

King Arpege has issued an edict for defense department companies facing large sales drops as the government slashes defense spending for the companies. The companies have been told not to issue the required-by-law 60 day notices to employees about to be laid off or their jobs being eliminated. Why..because those notices would be coming out before the election.

---

It really bugs me that anyone could be against providing identification when someone attempts to vote or acquire an absentee ballot. There's only one reason anyone can be against protecting such a sacred right of being an American citizen, and it has nothing to do with protecting voting rights.
---
IKEA is apologizing for airbrushing women out of pictures in their catalog it sent to Muslim countries. HUH? Muslim countries should be apologizing for how they treat women!
---
Latest from barackobama.com: "Hal -- The first presidential debate is this Wednesday, and Mitt Romney has had a lot of practice. * In addition to the more than 20 primary debates he's done over the past year, his staff have told reporters that he's been preparing for the debate for months now. He's even been memorizing some "zingers" to attack the President and score political points." -- "memorizing zingers"? Reporting facts is now thought of as delivering a "zinger"? "Zingers" exist only because of something actually said or done.
---
King Arpege is probably shaking a bit about tonight, and hoping throwing out his 'first pitch' is a whole lot better than any of his 'first pitches' thrown out at baseball games.
---
Online story: "It's not just the collection plate that's getting passed around this fall at hundreds of mainly African-American and Latino churches in presidential battleground states and across the nation. * Exhorting congregations to register to vote, church leaders are distributing registration cards in the middle of services, and many are pledging caravans of "souls to the polls" to deliver the vote." -- Like the racially discriminatory 'indoor tanning tax", it's legally OK in King Arpege's mind to only tax the resolve of white preachers.
---
The plea agreement of Shelnutt will do nothing to heal the opinion of the public as to the way the lawyers are perceived. You would think morally conscious community lawyers would be protesting the deal vehemently. Ooops, maybe the 1% is, but we can't hear them, and the L-E doesn't know where "they" are gathering.
---
From L-E story on the Bill and Sue Marie Turner Servant Leadership Gala: God knows the love and respect I have for Bill and Sue Marie; they know as well, but powers that be may have gone overboard in setting its parameters for future recognition. Ron King, another I have deep love and respect for, said, "Each year, we will honor a couple in the community that we think embodies the servant leadership spirit and as a couple has contributed to the community." I can already see the uproar for discriminating against unmarried partners, widows/widowers, lifetime singles, and agnostics.
---
Liberal's L-E "soundoff": "My cats are no moochers. They keep the house mice-free. I'm thankful for everything I get in my house, even if I pay for my food. You better believe it." -- Get past the incoherence of the "soundoff", liberals are just not good at explaining their feelings, but who could be against a food and housing program that involves everyone earning their living and contributing to the harmony of society. Now, name a government food/housing program that requires everyone to earn their keep, and contribute to a harmonious society. One doesn't have to get any further from the crime statistics in public housing to know there is no utopia, and no government program that will achieve one.
---
Twenty years ago, the Obama's were married in the church of Jeremiah Wright. Nah, King Arpege wasn't influenced by Wright........ unfortunately, King Arpege is not influenced by 'what's Right' today.
---
L-E headline: "Education chief wants textbooks to be obsolete * Washington - Education Secretary Arne Duncan has called for printed textbooks to become obsolete within the next few years." -- I imagine so! Who in the King Arpege administration would be against having all evidence of their actions easily edited or eliminated by simply hitting the 'delete' key or reformatting your hard drive! I do think textbooks should be available for students in a computer format, but only in tandem use with hardcopy textbooks in classes and libraries.
---
L-E's "Quotable": "If we don't stand up for our children, then we don't stand for much." Marian Wright Edelman, American social activist (1939 - ) -- Will someone please ask this person how saddling our children and grandchildren with $16 Trillion in debt is standing up for children?
---
There's something inherently wrong with "too much" cooperation of our local hospital entities. Price fixing and less competition come to mind.

L-E headline: "U.S. secret forces were in N. Africa months before attack on consulate * Sources say effort was too new to respond" --- Who was in charge of this operation...Dean Wormer of Faber College with another of his "secret secret plans"?

Online story: "The president retreated to a desert resort in Nevada for three days of intensive debate preparation for Wednesday night. He was joined by a cadre of top advisers, who are focused on helping Obama trim his often-lengthy explanations to fit the debate format. Equally important is coaching Obama to look calm and presidential during an onslaught of criticism from Romney." -- Why should the sitting president need to sequester himself to think up answers to possible/probable questions? If King Arpege has been doing a good job, he should just be able to point out his decisions he's made.

---

From same story: "Obama's campaign has tried – to the point of hyperbole – to lower expectations for the president and portray him as an underdog who hasn't had enough time to get ready." -- Expectations? "lower expectations"? How do you get lower than the bottom of the barrel?

---

Proverbs 31: 4-5 NIV - It is not for kings, Lemuel—it is not for kings to drink wine, not for rulers to crave beer, 5 lest they drink and forget what has been decreed,
and deprive all the oppressed of their rights. - warns of the leader who drinks beer. King Arpege not only loves his beer, he has his own craft brewery in the White House.

---

From a fellow Bcer:

---

King Arpege asserted the two former Navy SEALS who died in BengHazi were part of the Embassy security team. New information decries that. Hope this is brought up in all 3 debates!

---

Word on the street is that it came down to Susan Rice or Hillary Clinton to be Chief Liar to hit the Sunday Talk Shows and perpetuating the White House position that the 911 assault and death of Ambassador Stevens was an act of spontaneity caused by a certain video. Rice drew the assignment because Hillary refused to fall on sword for King Arpege... this time.
---

There's a move going on demanding that UN Ambassador Susan Rice resign over her delivery of King Arpege's lie about the Libyan assassination of Ambassador Stevens. She's just the messenger; get rid of her boss if you want a cure.
---

This weekend, King Arpege was proclaiming Al Qaida was losing and Osama bin Laden is dead. Doesn't he bother to read newspapers, either?
---

Why is DC sniper Lee Malvo bring given media time? I no longer care whether he has or hasn't developed a sense of regret now; his victims are still dead.

---

Now they've gone and done it...DIM&DUMBERats, that is. Illegal aliens in California can get a driver's license IF they have applied or are eligible for a work permit. California did this based on a King Arpege executive order. A valid driver's license in one state is usually accepted in another state, and becomes the necessary I'D to getting registered to vote.
---

Online story: "Amtrak's mechanics and signal operators had the highest rate in 2011, testing positive for drugs four times as often as those working for other railroads. Although Amtrak also tests for alcohol, the larger problem in recent years has been with drugs – specifically cocaine and marijuana." -- Hmmm, and Mayor Obamalinson wants these folks running high speed trains to & fro Atlanta..

---

WRBL3 news story: "For years, the 2nd Avenue Bridge in Columbus has been a haven for the homeless. But the use of the space for shelter officially came to an end Monday. * The sign says it all. The homeless can no longer find shelter under the bridge. Signs were posted throughout September, telling the homeless they had 30 days to relocate. It's part of the city's 10 year plan, to end homelessness in Columbus." -- Homeless "relocate"? There's something "oxymoronic" in the word choices. Wonder if one-way bus tickets elsewhere are included?

---

Online headline: "Hackers Break Into White House Computers" -- How about calling them Patriots!

Online headline: "Jets Owner: Romney Win More Important than Team" -- Hmmm, maybe NY is in play for Romney...

L-pE headline/story: "Court Upholds Case of Man Who Murdered Pregnant Wife * The defense (Columbus Public Defender Robert Wadkins) argued that the sentence was too harsh, requiring that Platt, who was 33, to serve 60 years before he's eligible for parole." -- "too harsh"? OK, let Platt out on parole with the stipulation he be handcuffed to Wadkins 24/7. Of course, next week, the GA Supreme Court will probably rule that Platt be given another trial based on "inefficient counsel".

Did I read it right in today's L-E that Kentucky is a 14 point favorite over Mississippi State? Then odds-makers must be thinking basketball.

Online headline: "Leader Of Largest Islamic Organization Calls For Ban On Insulting Prophet Muhammad" -- Isn't there already one? Ask Salman Rushdie.

---

How could anyone seeking religious comfort and commitment choose Islam over Christianity? What sane person would opt for stoning, dismemberment, or death versus mercy, forgiveness, and grace?
---

Online story: "Former U.S. Secretary of State Madeleine Albright criticized Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney Sunday, calling him "two-dimensional." * "He is so two-dimensional. I mean, up close and personal, there's just nothing going on," Albright told the crowd at a Women for Obama rally in Columbus, Ohio," -- The theory behind the talking points of King Arpege's campaign: If you can't say something good about King Arpege's record, demean his opponent.

---

Why doesn't the DA charge Shelnutt with 'practicing medicine without a license'? Surely no plea deal would keep him out of jail on that charge.

---

I think I can pinpoint the failure of the current schools. It's becoming more and more apparent that the curriculum is based on indoctrination rather than education.

---

The latest from barackobama.com: "I want to win.' -- What a coincidence, I want to win, too; so does America, so how about we pray for a conservative sweep in November, and everybody wins!

---

Wrote this down early in the Ryder Cup broadcasts..it came true. - It sorta disconcerting to listen to the Ryder Cup announcers hoping for a "miraculous recovery" by the European team rather than calling it an "unmitigated travesty" should that American team collapse.

---

American pro golfers have lost their edge, and I think it's because of the huge purses enable great paydays for playing it safe versus going for the win.

---

When campaigning in 2008, King Arpege promised to sit down with Ahmandine-JIHAD face-to-face with no agenda of conversation, and the Jewish overwhelmingly voted for him. Now, King Arpege doesn't even arrange ro meet with Netanyahu to reassure our friendship and support against Ahmandine-JIHAD. How will the Jewish vote this year?

---

Wasn't the UN founded as a way to keep genocide and destruction of the evil axis mentality? Why did the UN allow Ahmandine-JIHAD speak of such about Israel, and on Yom Kippur, at that?

Online story: "ST. LOUIS • A St. Louis teen who authorities say is a member of a gang called the "Obama Boyz" has been charged with two shootings on Saturday. * Anthony Jamal Lee, 18, fired at a group of people from the window of a Grand Prix at 2:17 p.m., according to charges. A 13-year-old boy was struck in the side of his body and had to be hospitalized; a 17-year-old boy was grazed by bullets on his face and arm. * Lee, according to authorities, then fired from his car at two passengers in another Grand Prix, grazing one of them in the back." -- Hmmm, whattaya bet that Anthony Jamal Lee will win a seat at the next "dinner with Barack", have a limo pick him up at jail on November 6th, and take him to the poll to vote? Wonder if Lee has an "Obama-phone"?
---
The NFL had indoor field goals of 58, 59, and 60 yards this weekend, and the media is doing backflips. Perhaps none of the media is old enough to remember the best, the longest, and most dramatic field goal of all, Tom Dempsey, front-on styled, club footed handicap, cropped square toed shoe kicker for the N.O. Saints eyed the spot on his own 37 yardline, swung that custom made shoe into the football with all his might, and sent it over the goal post for the longest field goal ever (since tied by some ballet slippered soccer kicker). If you can locate it, find the Johnny Carson Show tape of Alex Karras describing that moment when he was on the field for the Detroit Lions.
