Online story: "The president retreated to a desert resort in Nevada for three days of intensive debate preparation for Wednesday night. He was joined by a cadre of top advisers, who are focused on helping Obama trim his often-lengthy explanations to fit the debate format. Equally important is coaching Obama to look calm and presidential during an onslaught of criticism from Romney." -- Why should the sitting president need to sequester himself to think up answers to possible/probable questions? If King Arpege has been doing a good job, he should just be able to point out his decisions he's made.

---

From same story: "Obama's campaign has tried – to the point of hyperbole – to lower expectations for the president and portray him as an underdog who hasn't had enough time to get ready." -- Expectations? "lower expectations"? How do you get lower than the bottom of the barrel?

Proverbs 31: 4-5 NIV - It is not for kings, Lemuel—it is not for kings to drink wine, not for rulers to crave beer, 5 lest they drink and forget what has been decreed,
and deprive all the oppressed of their rights. - warns of the leader who drinks beer. King Arpege not only loves his beer, he has his own craft brewery in the White House.

From a fellow Bcer:

---

King Arpege asserted the two former Navy SEALS who died in BengHazi were part of the Embassy security team. New information decries that. Hope this is brought up in all 3 debates!

---

Word on the street is that it came down to Susan Rice or Hillary Clinton to be Chief Liar to hit the Sunday Talk Shows and perpetuating the White House position that the 911 assault and death of Ambassador Stevens was an act of spontaneity caused by a certain video. Rice drew the assignment because Hillary refused to fall on sword for King Arpege... this time.
---

There's a move going on demanding that UN Ambassador Susan Rice resign over her delivery of King Arpege's lie about the Libyan assassination of Ambassador Stevens. She's just the messenger; get rid of her boss if you want a cure.
---

This weekend, King Arpege was proclaiming Al Qaida was losing and Osama bin Laden is dead. Doesn't he bother to read newspapers, either?
---

Why is DC sniper Lee Malvo bring given media time? I no longer care whether he has or hasn't developed a sense of regret now; his victims are still dead.

---

Now they've gone and done it...DIM&DUMBERats, that is. Illegal aliens in California can get a driver's license IF they have applied or are eligible for a work permit. California did this based on a King Arpege executive order. A valid driver's license in one state is usually accepted in another state, and becomes the necessary I'D to getting registered to vote.

Online story: "Amtrak's mechanics and signal operators had the highest rate in 2011, testing positive for drugs four times as often as those working for other railroads. Although Amtrak also tests for alcohol, the larger problem in recent years has been with drugs – specifically cocaine and marijuana." -- Hmmm, and Mayor Obamalinson wants these folks running high speed trains to & fro Atlanta..

---

WRBL3 news story: "For years, the 2nd Avenue Bridge in Columbus has been a haven for the homeless. But the use of the space for shelter officially came to an end Monday. * The sign says it all. The homeless can no longer find shelter under the bridge. Signs were posted throughout September, telling the homeless they had 30 days to relocate. It's part of the city's 10 year plan, to end homelessness in Columbus." -- Homeless "relocate"? There's something "oxymoronic" in the word choices. Wonder if one-way bus tickets elsewhere are included?

---

Online headline: "Hackers Break Into White House Computers" -- How about calling them Patriots!

---

Online headline: "Jets Owner: Romney Win More Important than Team" -- Hmmm, maybe NY is in play for Romney...

---

L-pE headline/story: "Court Upholds Case of Man Who Murdered Pregnant Wife * The defense (Columbus Public Defender Robert Wadkins) argued that the sentence was too harsh, requiring that Platt, who was 33, to serve 60 years before he's eligible for parole." -- "too harsh"? OK, let Platt out on parole with the stipulation he be handcuffed to Wadkins 24/7. Of course, next week, the GA Supreme Court will probably rule that Platt be given another trial based on "inefficient counsel".

Did I read it right in today's L-E that Kentucky is a 14 point favorite over Mississippi State? Then odds-makers must be thinking basketball.
