Disney did not disappoint us TWICE this past weekend  but for different reasons… my bride and I took our 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren  to “Disney on Ice” and  the show delighted us all.. if it was possible, my bride and I believe we had even a better time than our grandchildren! Even with the way overpriced flashing light toys attracting our 4 grandsons’ eyes like fireflies on a dark night, dishing out $20.00 a pop was a grandparent’s cost of great joy for them, but I did overwhelm the “Cotton Candy Vendor”.. I asked him how much a plastic bag was, and he sheepishly responded … $18.00….and after a 5 second interval, he added “but that  includes the Gold Crown”!  Yes, there was a “gold crown” that may have cost a few cents in China, but Disney obviously was pricing it based on the SPOT PRICE OF 24 Karat GOLD BARS. The guy gulped when I took his last 4 bags… my grandkids loved the cotton candy, and this grandfather  enjoyed being ready for the greed of Disney.. this wasn’t our first Disney on Ice venture… though it easily qualified as the most costly in dollars.

Interfering with an expert witness by the judge (rather than the prosecutor with a legitimate "objection") should be ruled a mistrial, and/or get an immediate ruling of a new trial and judge by the Court of Appeals.
