HuffPost headline: "Putin likes to keep his private life a total secret" -- Well, well, well... the HuffPost never has thought, uh, felt Judas 00-Barnum has needed to open up his private life of school, college, travel, or religion so why is the HuffPost concerned about Putin?
---
Well, I'd say easily that the Billionaire-wannabees' number was reduced by 75% or more last night... Cal Poly, a team with a pre-tournament record of 13-19 favored Texas Southern in a "feed game" to be the 16th seed in Mid-West bracket of the NCAA. If the NCAA has any sense, these 'feed games" will be eliminated for future seasons by the end of this week.

Online story: "(Condoleezza) Rice: I firmly believe that history has a long arc and democracy takes time. If you look back at the history of the United States, we've been through many times of trial and turmoil. We fought a Civil War, we've had challenges with civil rights and equality, we've gone through the Great Depression. Democracy is not easy and it's certainly chaotic at points, but it's the only form of government where people have the right to consent to be governed and elect their leaders." -- "it's the only form of government where people have the right to consent to be governed and elect leaders"? Arrggghhhh!!!!! It's over! We've just about lost! The United States is NOT a democracy! Our form of government is a LIMITED REPUBLIC!

HuffPost headline: "Obama Rules Out Military Involvement In Ukraine" -- Br'er Putin... he don't say nuttin'. He just laff all de way to the briar patch.
---
The "Fed" cannot use a fixed percentage number of unemployment as a guide to make changes in its monetary control formula. The numbers spewed out by Judas 00-Barnum's spinmeisters are so askew from uniformity or reality that the market has no, actually, shouldn't have confidence in them.
---
Online headline/story: "Detroit spends more to issue parking fines than it collects * Restructuring consultants have recommended that Detroit increase its parking fines and crack down harder on people who don't pay to boost revenue for the bankrupt city, which currently pays $32 to issue and process a $30 parking violation. * The revenue-generating proposal would change the current parking fines of $20, $30 and $100 per ticket to a two-tiered structure of $45 and $150, The Detroit News reported." -- This is what happens when Democrats hire more Democrats to solve problems... never is the problem too much expense, but just too little revenue to cover wasteful spending. Instead of looking for ways to cut costs, Democrats look for ways to raise more revenues, and in this case, raising parking tickets will basically discourage drivers from parking in metered shopping areas. Of course, retailers suffer losses from fewer customers and sales taxes and parking fines collected go down as well. Brilliance in business is not the forte of Democrats.
---
CNN headline/story: "Putin's breathtaking lies about Russia * Vladimir Putin's gala address before Russian parliamentarians and officials Tuesday surprised no one when he announced Russia's annexation of Crimea. The interesting part was his distorted view of Russian history, and his proclamation that a bizarre kind of simultaneously aggrieved and aggressive hyper-nationalism is now Russia's official ideology. * In discussing Ukraine, however, Putin seemed to go out of his way to suggest he had no aggressive intentions and was not planning to divide the rest of the country." -- Hmmm, if you replace Putin's name with Judas 00-Barnum's, and "Russia" with "the USA", and you would have a typical Judas 00-Barnum speech, and CNN would yawn.
---
CNN headline: "Lessons from a Chicago ex-gangster" Ooops, my bad.. thought CNN was doing am=nothe Judas 00-Barnum interview.

WRBL3 High Speed Rail Story Update: "Mayor Obamalinson's claim of a 60 minute ride to the Atlanta airport now includes a stop in Newnan for passenger pick up. Not only does a planned stop shoot holes in her "60 minute" claim, it also pretty much reveals that there will not be enough Columbus passengers going to-fro Atlanta to justify a high speed rail to be built here.. Newnan will probably have more passenger interest than Columbus to begin with as it's a "bedroom community" of Atlanta. So, if most passengers on the return trips get off in Newnan, that would mean ongoing passengers loads to Columbus would me minimal.. sorta like the usual number of people riding on our local buses.

WTVM9 story: " Federal officials must help Kansas and Arizona enforce laws requiring new voters to document their U.S. citizenship, a federal judge ruled Wednesday, in a decision that could encourage other Republican-led states to consider similar policies. * U.S. District Judge Eric Melgren in Wichita, Kan., ordered the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to immediately modify a national voter registration form to add special instructions for Arizona and Kansas residents about their states' proof-of-citizenship requirements" -- Wow! A little sanity has returned! Several questions need to be asked, though: 1 - Why doesn't the national voter registration already require proof of citizenship for all voters? 2 - Do you think Judas 00-Barnum will ever put Judge Melgren on a short list of possible promotions? and 3 - When will Judge Melgren's IRS audit begin?

What's with Council's new 'anti-business' edict? No billboards on Manchester Expressway from J R Allen-to-Harris County? Who's drive home is Council trying to protect from commercial interruptions?
---
L-E story: "The preferred term for a mutually beneficial agreement between government and private enterprises is "partnership." When it's done right, as has often been the case in this community, it's an accurate definition. * When it's not, it's more appropriately described with a more traditional political term, such as "sweetheart deal," to use one of the gentler (and printable) ones" -- Talk about "sweetheart deals" that justify a few more "other" descriptive words... Whiterwater Express got one at Columbus taxpayers' expense. The guy gets a now exclusive deal to do business that required him not to sink a single dollar into a $25 MILLION dollar PLUS venue. On top of that.. he doesn't even collect sales taxes for the City or State.
---
Bruce Pearl? Surely Auburn could could find someone with a better ethics pedigree to bring to its basketball program. In fact, if Auburn wanted to lower such a bar,m why didn't it just go out and choose one of the ultimate "bad boys" Bobby Knight or Lefty Driesell?
---
Jehmu Geene..a direct FOX spinmeister/contributer for OObamaCRAP, really opened the door for the critics. She spouted off the 5,000,000 "sign up" number which is the one all Democrats are now using for "the talking points", but went a step further stating that 75% of those have actually made a payment. Hmmmm, it sounds more like only 3,750,000 have signed up, which is even less than Bleep Veep Biden's suggestion.
---
Info on Jehmu Greene: "From 2009-2010, Greene was president of Women's Media Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit media advocacy organization founded in 2005 by writers/activists Jane Fonda, Robin Morgan, and Gloria Steinem." Good grief... doesn't Fox even bother to look for leftists that there's a possible way to offer balance?
---
Online story: "There was a buzz about the exhibition match between Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees – but it had nothing to do with the baseball stars on the pitch. * Instead, it was a swarm of bees which took centre stage as they delayed the game for seven minutes while groundskeepers armed with pesticides intervened. * It was Boston left fielder Mike Carp who pointed the bees out to umpires, who stopped the game at the Steinbrenner Field in Tampa." -- I cannot wait to see how Judas 00-Barnum's EPA friends will react if he throws out the first pitch at a baseball game next month.... heh heh heh.
---
Online story: "A Texas school board proposed Wednesday to not renew the contract of a principal who allegedly banned students from speaking Spanish on a middle school campus, MyFoxHouston.com reported. * Amy Lacey, the middle school principal in Hempstead, has been on paid administrative leave since late last year. She allegedly announced over the school's intercom that Spanish would not be tolerated on campus. Hempstead is a small town about an hour northwest of Houston. * "Students were shamed until they did not want to come to school anymore," Salina Moreno, an attorney with the Latin Legal Voice, told MyFoxHouston.com. Some Latino organizations are calling on the FBI to investigate possible civil rights violations." -- Good grief! This was possibly the best advice these kids will ever receive, but if a FBI investigation is called for, it is to investigate why so many students do not know English.

We cannot continue letting the unionized Postal Service to continue as it is..piling up billions in annual debt while the integrity of first class mail delivery continues to disintegrate. We've recently been busy with pre-wedding events and the number of undelivered or post-event delivery of invitations is astonishing. These are fully paid first class missives and mailed 2-4 weeks ahead, yet intended recipients are not getting them on time or not at all.
---
You know, when Judas 00-Barnum increased the minimum wage for all workers of contractors doing business with the government, he basically raised everyone else's taxes to fund that. Well, those that are actually paying taxes.
---
That robbery case from yesterday's BC concerning "friends"robbing another "friend" from similar life circumstances really demonstrates the break down in cultures that are causing so many crises at the very fiber of the diversity web. In the past, you could almost sympathize certain crimes such as the homeless mom wanting to feed her children, or the idiot flashing gold jewelry and a wad of cash in a desperate neighborhood. You know, sort like the feeling we gave Robin Hood, as he"stole from the rich, and gave to the poor". That euphoric feeling does not exist for this crime.. it was a case of a Robbing Hoodlum stealing from the poor for their own benefit.
---
Online headline/story: "Chick-fil-A CEO says opposing same-sex marriage a business mistake *
Two years after making headlines by publicly opposing gay marriage, Dan Cathy, CEO of Chick-fil-A, admits it was a mistake for he and his company to take a position on the issue." -- Taking a stance was not a mistake.. letting it become a political issue and kowtowing to liberal factions is. To think I went out of my way Aug 1, 2012 to show my support. This truly disappoints me.
---
You know, we have about 500 buses in the MCSD inventory.. they cost between $85,000-$105,000 each. In other words, between $42,500,000 and $52,500,000 has been spent on purchase such buses. This does not include operational costs such as fuel, drivers, mechanics, tires and other incidentals during the life span of the buses, nor is there a depreciation fund for replacing them as needed. This money could stay in taxpayers' pockets or even be better spent in the classrooms.
---
A soldier endangered his own life in jumping into the cold Chattahoochee River waters to save two kids.. ages 9 and 15, who found themselves struggling in the currents. The 9 year old had fallen in, and his 15 year old brother went in after him. Several questions come to mind immediately: Has the City exposed itself to a "attractive nuisance" legal case as it's too easily accessed by young and intrigued boys & girls, and 2: Where were the boys' parent(s)? and 3 - Since it is required by law to wear a PFD (Personal Flotation Device) does the City that passed the law have a legal obligation to monitor the area?
---
Embarrassingly low info voter's L-E "soundoff": " The coal miner who loaded 16 tons and the cotton picker who picked a bale a day worked harder than any rich person today." -- Another liberal's pity party.. most wealthy people became that way by recognizing a human need and finding a better, less expensive way to solve the problem. They discovered it as a way of helping themselves, and the world beat a path to their doors. It's the constant complainer that misses the opportunities to improve themselves.
---
L-E headline: "FORMER AL-QAIDA SPOKESMAN RECALLS 9/11 WITH BIN LADEN" -- Oooops, my bad.. thought the L-E was promoting another Michael Moore movie.

Online headline: "Can the GM brand recover from its recall woes?" -- Whatta fiasco... First, Judas 00-Barnum bailed GM out... and now he's bailed out ON Government Motors.

---
I'm gonna bet naming a woman as the latest head of GM was as calculated as it gets. With all the recalls of late, Democrats are sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for Republicans to attack her as "proof" of the Republican "war on women".
---
HuffPost dueling headlines: "Pat Quinn Wins Primary In Illinois Gubernatorial Race" & "Bruce Rauner Wins GOP Primary In Illinois Gubernatorial Race" -- "wins primary" & "wins GOP primary" Hmmm, looks like even the Democrats in Chicago are trying to avoid association with Judas 00-Barnum.

---
HuffPost headline: "Ukraine's Soldiers In Crimea Allowed To Use Weapons" -- Good grief... Judas 00-Barnum must have used "his pen and phone" to order the Ukrainian aremy to use the same "Barney Fife rules of engagement" our soldiers have if Afghanistan.. 'let the enemy take the first shot, and if you aren't dead, you may take the bullet out of your pocket. load it, and fire back'.....

---
Incredibly as it may seem, the loss by a 16-17 team just eliminated a ton of bracket hopefuls chance at a BILLION dollars. The main question is why a 16-16 (now 16-17 team was invited to play in the NCAA Championships to begin with.

Online headline: "Horror as high speed train arrives at French station with dead body stuck to front" -- Oooops, my bad..thought it was Mayor Obamalinson's political career.

Instant replay: "Horror as high speed train arrives at French station with dead body stuck to front" -- Musta been like a "dear caught in the headlights".

L-E story: "PORTLAND, MAINE — A state lawmaker is demanding answers after a company under fire for its poor performance in providing non-emergency rides to Maine Medicaid patients was paid an extra $1.2 million last month. * State Rep. Drew Gattine says he noticed that Connecticut-based Coordinated Transportation Solutions was paid $3.3 million in February while in previous months it was paid a $2.1 million. * CTS won $28.3 million worth of contracts last year, but thousands of MaineCare patients say they have missed rides to medical appointments" -- Hmmm, we have a CTS operation here in Columbus... It used to be located behind the Veterans Parkway downtown Burger King, but now is situated on 1st Ave. I inquired about it a couple of years ago, but no one in our state government knew anything about what was going on. It appeared to be, basically, a taxi service for indigent medical patients. Counted 18 15-passenger vans parked behind the Burger King one weekend plus several 'regular' cars. After seeing the story about CTS in Maine, I can see why our state legislators didn't want to respond.
---
L-E headline/story: "LONGTIME FRIEND BETRAYS WOMAN TO ROBBER * Two plead guilty to robbing single mother of $3,000 cash from income tax return" --What a sad story.. well, maybe a sadder commentary on cultural decline. Friends robbing another friend, yet the person robbed said she had plans to spend most of it on material things for her child. I can only guess she was not concerned about where she was getting food for her child's next meal from.. the government through taxpayers.
---
HuffPost headline: "Putin Signs Treaty Making Crimea Part Of Russia" -- Hmmm, wonder if Judas 00-Barnum learned anything... you know, about how to cross a "red line"?
---
If Judas 00-Barnum were at the Alamo and drew a line in the sand to see who was going to stand by him, do you think anyone would have stayed?
---
Online headline: "GM CEO apologizes for ignition switch recalls" -- Now, will he take the high road and make good on the repairs or take the liberal road feeling now that it has been addressed, he can move on to something else?
---
Online headline: "White House backs off surgeon general nominee push amid Dem resistance" -- The Democrats obviously don't want to campaign on voting for another guy who's FOR OObamaCRAP and AGAINST the 2nd Amendment.

Online story: "The first phase of a three-year plan by Arizona wildlife officials to bolster herds of bighorn sheep has resulted in the death of half the population, after the 31 sheep were transplanted at a cost of $150,000 into the Catalina Mountains where mountain lions killed 15 of the protected species within a few months. * Some animal welfare groups are pushing for an end to the project, but wildlife officials say the conservation effort is not a failure and expect the projected $600,000, three-year plan to result in greater numbers of bighorns in an area where they once co-existed with mountain lions for centuries." -- Only in the world of government is losing have your project considered successful. Only baseball considers lower percentages a success. Not since the days of the Roman gladiator days at the Coliseum have lions been happier.
---
It's wonderful that Judas 00-Barnum initiated the research to bring the military records of past Black, Latino, and Jewish soldiers to find those worthy of recognition for the Congressional Medal of Honor that may have been overlooked. I find it politically manipulative that he didn't look at or for "wasps" that may have had their acts of heroism overlooked or lost in the processing as well.
---
Online story: "Stunned by an unexpected uprising within their party's minority base, Democratic lawmakers on Monday dropped a push to reverse California's 16-year-old ban on affirmative action in college admissions.
* Constitutional Amendment 5 -- which would have put the issue before voters -- cleared the state Senate in late January on a party-line vote. But as word of the bill spread, so did resistance, mostly from families concerned that race-conscious admission policies would unfairly disadvantage Asian applicants to the intensely competitive University of California system and its flagship campuses, Berkeley and UCLA." -- Hmmm, The Democrat finger-in-the-dike to hold all minority boats afloat is springing a new leak.
---
From above story: "Its author, Sen. Ed Hernandez, D-West Covina, is making no promises about its revival. * "I'd like to bring it back," Hernandez said in a phone interview. "I believe in it. I believe we need to make sure there's equal opportunity for everyone in the state of California." -- How can "affirmative action", the process of favoring one segment at the expense of another even be on the scale that balances equal opportunity?
---
You know... if the US minimum wage was so terrible, why are illegal aliens coming here to get jobs? Not only that, they live here and have money to send home to their families. The minimum wage is not too low. High taxes have eroded the basic foundation of the cost of living. It starts with the unavoidable sales taxes. In Columbus, if you take your family out for dinner, the sales tax is almost as high as what was considered a fair "tip". That's something that can be, no, needs to be corrected.

That proposed traffic circle at River Road-Bradley Park-Green Island Drive-Cascade Road.. After spending about two hours discussing the plans with Councilman Davis last week, I cannot fully verbalize the potential horror stories if it is constructed in either of the 2 plans being discussed. It will merge commercial state highway vehicles (semis, dump trucks, loggers, buses) into residential work/school traffic in a space way to small to handle the needs of the commercial vehicles. Current plans call for a "leveling off" of the intersection area. What that means is the overweight behemoths heading south on River Road will have to downshift to make a right turn into the residential traffic area, then make a rather confined continuous left circle turn (ala NASCAR) which increases the G-force on the loads, then suddenly swing back to the right as they accelerate to get back up to highway speeds. All of this shifting weight and changing centrifugal force will occur on a flat road bed (versus NASCAR banked road beds). Councilor Red McDaniel can remember the joy and relief of the elimination of the old Traffic Circle at Victory Drive and Benning Road back in the early 70s.

How come CNN finds it fit to cover a missing airliner on a 24/7 basis, yet didn't feel Benghazi was/is newsworthy?
---
Latest from Congressman Hank Johnson, D-GA 4: Dear Hal, Last week OUR President, and my friend, Barack Obama, endorsed my re-election for the 4th Congressional District." -- Hmmm... isn't this the same Congressman Johnson who was skeptical about sending more military equipment to Guam for fear that the new equipment would cause the island to tip over?
---
WRBL3 TV story: RE: High Speed Rail project: "While it's the most expensive of the three at a whopping $3.9 billion, Mayor Teresa Tomlinson says it won't cost a dime to taxpayers, as money will come from grants, bonds and private investors. " -- Won't cost a dime to taxpayers as money will come from grants, bonds..." -- Can it be that Mayor Obamalinson is a bigger liar than President Obama? Where does she think/feel/believe grants come from the sugar plum fairies?
---
From above story: And where does she come up with a $41.00 ticket price for a ride that won't begin until 2020 at the earliest? A one-way AMTRAK ticket from Washington, DC to Dover, DE (92 miles) costs $64.50 ($110.50 if you want legroom) TODAY!
---
Online story: "Georgia taxpayers will have to pay the more than $156,000 in legal fees that state Sen. Don Balfour incurred in defending himself against the state’s charges that he tried to falsify his expense reports. * A Fulton County jury acquitted Balfour of all 18 counts against him after a trial in December. * On Monday, a Fulton County judge found Balfour’s legal fees of $156,787.60 to be reasonable" -- Hmmm...a politician runs up $150K plus in legal charges defending his charges of falsifying his expenses... and a another lawyer/judge thinks the fees are reasonable? Did the judge even examine the legak fee charges to see if any were falsified?
---
Online story: "The group People for Bikes picked Atlanta and five other cites as part of its Green Lane Project. * The goal is to help the city build protected bike lanes, meaning lanes that are separated from traffic by curbs, parked cars or plastic posts. *“This design has been used in Europe for the last 40 or 50 years. It’s incredibly successful at getting people to ride bikes because it makes people feel safer,” said Martha Roskowski, who’s with the project." -- Hmmm lanes "protected by plastic posts"... "used in Europe for the last 40 or 50 years"... Good grief.. there are more bicycles than cars in Europe!
---
L-E headline: "City faces growing health care deficits" -- Well, IO guess we can officially rename the Mayor's plan as "ObamalinsonCRAP".
---
L-E's "Thought for Today": "No one is such a liar as the indignant man." - Friedrich Nietzsche, German philosopher (1844-1900) -- Hmmm, add "arrogant" and Nietzsche nails Judas 00-Barnum..
---
L-E headline/story: "Four Georgia football players arrested * Matthews, Taylor and De-Loach are charged with what amounts to double-dipping: Each allegedly took normal stipend checks from UGA and deposited them via a mobile app, and then also cashed them somewhere else, according to UGA chief of police Jimmy Williamson. LeMay is charged with taking his roommates’ deposited stipend check and cashing it." -- I think a charge of "kiting the hand that feeds you" is a better one. I know UGA alumni around the world are ultra proud of the football recruiting standards at UGA... NOT! Bet the NCAA will be tougher on this than the Athens court system.

What's this about the Malaysia airliner being able to avoid radar detection as long as it was under 5,000 feet? That's almost a mile up. I remember movie and war stories talking about the radar bottom being about 200 ft above land. What's so risky about a plane flying at 4,500 feet?
---
Maybe I've read to many Clancy and Ludlum thrillers, and believe they knew what they were talking about in regards of current spy technology, but if a satellite can focus on license plates and pick out/follow a car in NYC/Atlanta rush hour traffic in a matter of seconds, why wasn't a satellite prompted to locate that Malaysia Air plane within moments after the transponder shutdown?
---
Wonder if mainstream media will question why Judas 00-Barnum saw fit to send in SEALs to save a Libyan oil tanker, but didn't see fit to send help to 4 Americans under attack by Libyan citizens?
---
The trouble with the Judas 00-Barnum's form of 'leading from behind' is that he'll never know that when his "army" moves is whether they are going forward or running away as fast as they can.
---
Representative Peter King, RINO-NY (there are no Republicans elected in NY) was on Fox making assinine assumptions about the Malaysia airliner. Fox has got to screen out liberal spinmeisters and Quasipublicans from having access to the microphone.
---
No wonder foreign countries look askance at some aspects of American intrusion.. What authority do we have to want the FBI to barge in uninvited
---
I learned something new today... Being a low info voter doesn't automatically mean one is a Democrat. Driving through the Green Island section yesterday, I saw a yard with campaign signs up for Mayor Obamalinson AND John Wells. Now they do have one thing in common.... neither needs to be re-elected.

---
You know, maybe Mayor Obamalinson and John Wells do share something else in common... they both see "I" to "I".

Online story: "The universe was born almost 14 billion years ago, exploding into existence in an event called the Big Bang. L-E story: "BATON ROUGE, LA. — A nonpartisan government watchdog group has put out a free mobile phone app to help Louisiana residents keep track of their elected officials." -- Hmmm...I had the Judas 00-Barnum-Tracker app but I deleted it because it always seemed to be stuck with his hand in my pocket.
---
HuffPost headline: "Obamacare Enrollment Reaches 5 Million" -- In perspective, 0\OObamaCRAP has reached out and found 5,000,000 out of 310,000,000 people.. about 1.6%. And that's only if you believe anything that comes out of the White House to be transparent and accurate.

Online story: "General Motors is recalling nearly 1.2 million SUVs for defective side air bags, as well as an additional 367,000 vehicles for separate problems. * The American automaker is recalling 1.18 million SUVs, including Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia SUVs from the 2008-2013 model years, Chevrolet Traverse SUVs from the 2009-2013 model years and Saturn Outlook SUVs from the 2008-2010 model years, due to an air bag issue. If drivers ignore the Service Air Bag warning light, side airbags can potentially malfunction during a crash." -- Hmmm, now Government Motors is getting thrown under the bus to make OObamaCRAP look better.
---
WTVM9 story: " Boston Mayor Martin Walsh opted out of his city's ((Boston St Patricks' Day) parade Sunday after talks broke down that would have allowed a gay veterans group to march. * But Ireland's Prime Minister Enda Kenny joined the procession Monday, saying the holiday is about Irishness, not sexuality. * Parade organizers say gay groups are not prohibited from marching, but they aren't allowed to carry gay-friendly signs or identify themselves as LGBT." -- Can't we all just get along... at least one day a year it's about the Irish... not the I-swish.

WTVM9 headline: "Study to test 'chocolate' pills for heart health" -- This is good... called my doctor last night about a slight chest pain.. I thought he'd say to call 911, but he told me to take two M&Ms and call him in the morning.

Forget what I said/asked last week. You don't need a 1st grader to take into the theater to see "Mr Peabody and Sherman". Go! Take your bride/significant other. Haven't heard mine laugh as hard in years. Bonus, my 17 year old daughter laughed at the same jokes/scenes we did. Really fun.. don't miss it!

Latest from the DNC: "Hal -- As we started putting together plans for our new contest to fly a supporter and their guest out to New York City to see the new Broadway show starring Emmy award-winner Bryan Cranston as President Lyndon B. Johnson, a couple people on my team kept asking the same question:
"Are you sure I'm not eligible to win this?"
They're not -- but I get why they're so excited. We're going to send our winner and their guest to New York City at the end of April -- right when the weather's perfect and Central Park is in full bloom -- put them up in a nice hotel, bring them to a VIP pre-show reception, give them good tickets to the show, and then invite them to an exclusive post-show discussion with Bryan Cranston and the show's writer." -- No wonder the Democrats' "War on Poverty" lost...
---
Online quote source: "“The liar's punishment is not in the least that he is not believed, but that he cannot believe anyone else.” - George Bernard Shaw " -- Ironic...
---
Why isn't mainstream media as excited about the Republican sanctions on OObamaCRAP as mainstream media is about sanctions Judas 00-Barnum is imposing on Putin?
---
How was Putin sending in his soldiers to monitor Crimean voting sites any different than Judas 00-Barnum sending in ACORN and Black Panther forces into voting sites in states he knew were vital to his own election/reelection.
---
You know, giving up the recipe/formula for "the Internet" by the Judas 00-Barnum administration is in the same category of Clinton selling our missile/space technology to China. It was bad enough giving China the capability to deliver nuclear warheads to America, but giving terrorists worldwide a way to develop a website system that our NSA/CIA/FBI agencies can't tap for security needs is tantamount to treason.
---
Does anyone know the next numrical designation following a Trillion? From the look of the speed the debt clock is running up, we may need to know before Judas 00-Barnum vacates the Oval Office.
---
You know, the OObamaCRAP rollout fiasco should not have been unexpected. The results mimic all liberal program failures. The corresponding factors are liberals feeling their ideas are so of 'good intent' everybody should love and flock to them....
---
A note to the local Columbus, GA members of the BC. Contact your Councilor and voice your opinion about the "Tammy Faye Bakker" RiverWalk bathroom.

How can mainstream media support the claim that successful black business leaders and black conservative politicians are not worthy of being promoted as successful role models for all children, especially black children wanting to make a difference in their own lives. Liberals spit on blacks that have achieved and are shown as examples of personal accountability. I hope my daughters and granddaughter are more inspired by Condoleezza Rice than Hillary Clinton or Sheila Jackson Lee....even Oprah for that matter.
---
It'll take more than Warren Buffet's $1 BILLION dollar prize to get me interested in playing the NCAA bracket game.. The lottery has better odds and a more likely chance of having some one win. The 4 "feed games" make even just picking the eventual winner like picking one number out of a 68 after picking 4 "Powerballs".

L-E story: " Researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are giving plants enhanced abilities by placing tiny carbon nanotubes within their cells. * Some of the altered plants increased their photosynthetic activity by 30 percent, compared with unaltered plants. The Judas 00-Barnum administration/DOJ is "OK" with anyone selling pot and voting without identification, but requires you have to have a FBI background check to enjoy your guaranteed 2nd Amendment rights. Anyone else see a problem with this?

To the overwhelming majority of us, Happy St Patrick's Day! To the Mayor's of New York and Boston, and beer makers Samuel Adams and Heineken, Happy St PATrinizing Day.

---
I think I've figured out the plot line of the reality show,"Naked and Afraid". It's the campaign strategy of the Democrats who are avoiding Judas 00-Barnum and OObamaCRAP like the plague.

---
Online headline: " Crimea Votes Overwhelmingly To Join Russia" -- If Judas 00-Barnum was concerned about the Crimean elections going the wrong way, he should have sent ACORN registrars to supervise the ballot boxes.

---
From a fellow BCer... a simple question.. a simple truth: If the health plan is a good one why do the people have to be constantly bombarded with suggestion to sign up? Wouldn't that be a natural result of being offered such a wonderful plan, especially if one did not currently have any health coverage? Just asking.

---
Washington Times online story: "(Judas 00-Barnum's spinmeisters have) argued it is tougher on illegal immigration than previous presidents, and immigrant-rights groups have excoriated President Obama, calling him the “deporter-in-chief” for having kicked out nearly 2 million immigrants during his five-year tenure * Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson acknowledged Tuesday that his department’s deportation numbers are now mostly made up of illegal immigrants caught at the border, not just those from the interior, which means they can’t be compared one-to-one with deportations under President Bush or other prior administrations" -- Hmmm... maybe ICE and DHS books should be under IRS audit rather than OObamaCRAP... You know.. with 00-Barnum's penchant for cooking the books and facts of every aspect of his life, maybe it's time to get mainstream media to look into his birth certificate claims again.
---
Online headline: "Obama gets advance copies of ‘Game of Thrones’" -- Huh? What for.. to "proof" it, or is Judas 00-Barnum looking for new ideas on how to rule?
---
Online headline: "Oprah Winfrey To Sell Chicago-Based Harpo Studios" -- Makes sense.. what's not for sale in Chicago politics?
---
What's the NCAA thinking? I can see.. even partially accept "play-into/feed games" to get into the 64 team brackets, but those type games should only between "bubble teams" who could just as well be decided by a coin-flip or straw-draw (but the NCAA sees only the extra dollars of 4 more TV games), but what is this business of having two teams playing into the 11th and/or 12th seed positions? Technically, the two teams playing should be the 11th & 12th or the 12th & 13th seed of their respective brackets, and the 15th & 16th teams should be playing for the 16th seed slot.
---
From above: To make things worse, the NCAA actually has one quadrant that has 3 feed games into the 16 team bracket (another has one feed game, and 2 have no feed games to get in). Tecnically, there are actual odds on a team that wasn't invited on its season ending results to end up winning the tournament.. boy, that would be egg on the face of the NCAA.
---
Soapbox moment: Personally, I think the NCAA should reduce the teams back to 32, but I could be happy if it dropped the teams to 48 in number. Give the top 16 a bye to the second round, and let the other 32 teams play into the round of 16. Better match-ups would create more fan interest and better TV games. Me, I may not watch a single one. Sure I like college basketball even better than pro-ball, but knowing I would have to listen to Dick Vitale or mute the sound if I watch the Final 4 series, I'll find something else to do or watch. Sidenote: Why is the NIT tournament still in existence?
---
Under-informed voter's L-E "soundoff": "Re: to the article about the thousand and thousands of children being reared by the grandparents, where are the fathers of these children? Find them and make them pay." -- Haven't those children suffered enough without dragging deadbeats back into their lives? If they do re-appear, a neutering program would be the best result.
---
Low and mis-info voter's L-E "soundoff": "Before veterans condemn Jane Fonda, they should ask why they were sent halfway around the world to fight Communism when Kennedy allowed a Communist dictator to overthrow the Cuban government." -- Hmm, interesting, since Castro overthrew the Batista government in 1959. This is what happens when libs are put in charge of rewriting history for public school education.
---
Note from above..Current day Cuba is what happens when a Marxist lawyer is given power to rule a country.
---
Notice: To all Americans - The "Dignity" Vietnam Memorial Wall is now in place for viewing at the National Infantry Museum located in Columbus, GA, just outside the gates of Ft Benning. It will be here for 5 years (unless we can get "Dignity" to consider making it a permanent gift to the memories of brave American soldiers and a reminder of what letting liberal politicians run a war will do.).
---
From the "transparency?" department - Online story: "WASHINGTON — The Obama administration more often than ever censored government files or outright denied access to them last year under the U.S. Freedom of Information Act, according to a new analysis of federal data by The Associated Press." -- I see this as the total abandonment of the openness guaranteed to the mainstream media by our 1st Amendment. Judas 00-Barnum knows the "do-you-expect-me-to-leave-my-desk-and work"" ethics of liberals, so he knows that if he blocks the easy way for mainstream journalists to 'fact check' him, then mainstream media will not leave their desks to root out the facts.
---
L-E story: "VATICAN CITY — Christians and Muslims have joined to try to help free millions of men, women and children held in modern-day slavery, forced to work as maids, prostitutes, child soldiers and manual laborers." -- The real test of the Muslim sincerity to end slavery will be when Muslims clean up their slave procurement businesses in Africa.
---
Howard "Bo" Callaway passed at 86 Saturday. He was the first Republican Congressman elected in GA since the Civil War; was the first Republican to win the popular vote for GA's Governor's office but got shafted by the Democrat SUPER- majority in the GA House of Representatives, was Secretary of the Army for Nixon and Ford, and a true Southern gentleman. His memory and legacy will be an inspiration .... until his life is rewritten by liberal public school history book editors/writers.

Later this month, a special collector coin commemorating the Baseball Hall of Fame's 75th year will be minted in three denominations.. $5.00 gold, and $1.00 and half-dollar silver, but at "premiums ranging from $35.00 to $5.00 per coin which will 'fund' Baseball Hall of Fame's non-profit division (and I sincerely hope the Baseball foundation is a lot more charitable than the NFL foundation!). The coins will be in a "curved" baseball and glove design. Naturally, it will be minted in San Francisco. Guess if MLB wanted a "high straight fastball", it would have used the mint in Denver, Colorado.

So now officials are realizing that the Malaysian airliner may be parked in an unknown area being refitted for WMDs. Remember.. you heard that thought here first.
---
Online headline: "Jonathan Martin Ready To Play For 49ers" -- Why are we not surprised?
---
Online story: " Michigan's leading business group is urging the state appeals court to rule out jobless benefits for people who are fired for using medical marijuana. * The appeals court has cases involving people who sought benefits after being dismissed. Judges in Kent and Ingham counties have ruled in favor of the workers. * The cases involve a forklift driver in Grand Rapids and a hospital employee in Charlotte. They say they shouldn't be denied benefits after losing their jobs for using marijuana in a legal way." -- Liberalism has got to be stopped from rewarding itself. Medical or legal or not, being impaired driving any vehicle, or being in charge of someone else's dosing or other medical needs has to be a fireable offense! If either of those to persons were in such need of medical (or not) marijuana to ease pain, then neither should have gone to work. Now, if it had been a teacher in a "drug free" school zone with a "zero tolerance" for drugs, how would a judge explain that hypocrisy to students who have been caught and suspended/expelled for possession?
---
Those ads featuring Magic Johnson for ObamaCare.crap are more waste of our tax dollars. All Johnson tells the audience is they can call or go online and sign up. DOH! Exactly what anybody could have done anytime in the past as well.
---
Online headline: "Russia is isolated internationally * A U.N. vote Saturday showed just how alone Russia is amidst its takeover of Crimea." -- Good grief... with Judas 00-Barnum being a "no show", the UN is a "mouse that roared"... uh .. bored.
---
The RNC's campaign slogan for 2014 & 2016 should be "Real Hope for Change"
---
Inkjet printer cartridges.. With all the truth in advertising laws, does anyone know how Hewlett-Packard gets away with not printing the amount of ink in them? There's no way we can judge whether the XL cartridges live up to the claim that they last as long as 2.5 times as the standard cartridge.

This needs to be investigated and STOPPED.. After the 2012 election, www.barackobama.com changed it's name and focus to "Organizing for Action" and gained a QUICK 501 (3) 4 IRS status (as conservative groups floundered in the "waiting & waiting & waiting" list. A 501 (c) 4 organization is suppose to be primarily an educational organization, and donations are tax deductible if the funds are used for such. Please note that this is not a plea from www.organizingforaction.com nor are any donations tax deductible. This means revenues will not be used in an education way. WHY....Why are the funds being sought and what will they be used for?

Online quote source: "“Don't make a habit out of choosing what feels good over what's actually good for you.”

Looks like Judas 00-Barnum is about to undermine the security of the Internet. Giving up US control of domains will undoubtedly allow dictators in 3rd world and imperiled countries to control info in & out of their countries as never before. In addition, lack of domain control will enable "secret" web worlds where terrorist "chatter" will be hidden from current NSA watches

L-E story: "A LaGrange, Ga., man is accused of entering a home on Clearwater Drive and shooting three people, Troup County sheriff officials said * (_*_) was taken into custody several hours later without incident with help from a police K-9 unit. * (_*_) is being held in the Troup County Jail for a hearing. He is charged with nine counts each of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of first-degree burglary. * Deputies said children were inside the residence during the shooting but none were injured." -- Children were inside "but none were injured"? # people were shot, but no children were injured... Good GRief! Why would a writer say this? The truth is the children were not SHOT, but they are probably "injured" forever. Went back and read the byline, but by thenm, I "KNEW" the writer was Hasn't Ever Ben Wright. He's got to be someone important's kin....

L-=E story: " SEPARATION-OF-POWERS DISPUTE: Voting 233 for and 181 against, the House on March 12 passed a Republican bill (HR 4138) empowering one chamber of Congress to file civil actions compelling the executive branch to “faithfully execute” the law. The bill would codify a Republican narrative that several of President Obama’s executive orders and administrative actions -- in areas such as healthcare, immigration and same-sex marriage -- have gone well beyond what Congress authorized.
Voting results of GA & AL Representatives:

You know... How can voters return Representatives to office when those Representatives have demonstrated they will tolerate lying, deception, and despotism from a member of their political party regardless of the damage it does to our country?

Columbus Police Department Chief Rick Gordon was the FBI's loss and our hain!

From "Not-Identified-As-Democrat-Campaign-Staffer-For-Congressman-Bishop" columnist Karl Douglass:
"I believe that people who break the law should be punished. Reasonable minds can differ on what constitutes an appropriate sentence given the facts of a particular case, but I expect there is broad agreement that there should always be consequences associated with breaking the law. * I also believe that once a person has completed his or her sentence that should be the end of the consequence. People who have served their time should not continue to wear a scarlet letter that marginalizes them or prevents them from acting as anything other than a full citizen in Georgia." -- What liberalism! ...The forgiveness factor I can abide with, but when someone has served his/her time, it's up to that individual to tolerate other people's misgivings, and do what is necessary to gain or re-gain other people's trust. That's human nature, and a law of survival. Failure to make the efforts required is a failure of the released to show he/she has gotten his/her act together again. The funny part, the one liberalism cannot grasp, is that when a person realizes others has reaccepted them into society, that it creates a genuine rush of self-esteem... BECAUSE he/she EARNED IT! Unfortunately, earning is not a concept liberals understand....

HuffPost headline: "John Kerry: Crimea Vote Will Not Be Recognized By U.S., International Community" -- Atlas Yawned and Putin Shrugged... sure to be a best seller and a trilogy movie.
---
You know.. tough stances, tough words should come from Judas 00-Barnum himself... but Kerry has more credibility... and that's pretty pathetic.
---
HuffPost headline/story: "Professor says heroin addiction isn't a public health concern * Columbia University psychology professor Carl Hart says the way the government measures the number of heroin users is all wrong. And only a fraction of those users are actually addicted, he claims. * "Most heroin users go to work, pay their taxes * "They don't need help." -- First.. Carl Hart is but an associate professor, but his opinion of drug users who go to work and pay taxes don't need help must be tied in with his support of Columbia graduate (we must assume as no records are available) Judas 00-Barnum.
---
Online story: "President Obama also appeared on popular web series “Between Two Ferns” with “Hangover” star Zach Galifianakis. * White House Press Secretary Jay Carney claimed Tuesday that the Galifianakis video was the "number one referral" to HealthCare.gov the morning it was released online. * He said he believes the "viral" video will be a big factor in getting young people to visit the website and explore coverage." -- Hmmm, if Jay Carney says it's true, then.... yeah right. The truth is that one of the chairs the two weeders between the two ferns won the debate.. Galifianakas is no Clint Eastwood.
---
When you think about it... Two weeds between two ferns, talking 00bamaCRAP, and Jay Carney being excited it has gone "viral" is quite appropriate. nothing is going to get solved.
---
HuffPost headline: "MSNBC defends Obama's 'Between Two Ferns' appearance" -- Golly Gee! Being defended by MSNBC must make Judas 00-Barnum feel as safe as the Benghazi Consulate being defended by Judas 00-Barnum..
---
Online story: "Two major beer manufacturers on Friday dropped sponsorship of St. Patrick's Day parades in New York City and Boston to protest bans on gays marching openly. * Sam Adams pulled out of Boston's parade, which takes place on Sunday, and Heineken yanked its support of the New York City parade, slated for Monday. Both parades are allowing gay groups to march but are banning signage about sexual orientation." -- And Budweiser, Miller, and Coors are crying all the way to the bank! I'm surprised at Sam
Adams' stance, but Hinny-Can was always a little suspect.
---
From same story above: "In February, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that he would not be marching in this year's parade in support of the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. Boston Mayor Martin Walsh has vowed not to attend the parade unless LGBT groups are allowed to march openly" -- You know... NY Mayor de Blasio marched in the gay/alternative parade on March 2nd, so if he's as diversity conscious as he claims, shouldn't he march in both parades?
---
Hmmm... do you wonder if straight celebrants might be banned in marching in the San Francisco parade?
---
Online story: "President Obama and his top aides have for months rejected demands from Hispanic activists that Mr. Obama wave a magic wand to end deportations, an action the White House saw as so antagonistic to Republicans that it would destroy any hope for a bipartisan immigration overhaul and even open the door to impeachment. * But the growing sense of desperation among Latinos about the deportation of nearly two million illegal immigrants has engulfed top Democrats on Capitol Hill, who fear that Hispanic voters’ anger at the president could disastrously sink turnout in the coming midterm elections. * The result is a shift in direction for the president, who signaled on Thursday night that he wants to find a legal way to reduce the number of otherwise law-abiding families who are torn apart by deportation." -- You know.. the saddest aspect of Judas 00-Barnum... and Democrats in general... is that they are willing to undermine.. to sell out America's future in order to keep their jobs. Thank God these people were not the Founding fathers... we'd still be speaking 'the Queen's English', and Starbucks would be a series of tea houses.
---
Online confirmation story: "Obama "has asked Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson to do an inventory of the Department’s current practices to see how it can conduct enforcement more humanely within the confines of the law," the White House said in a Thursday press release." -- You know.. I don't have a problem with Judas 00-Barnum treating our enemies and illegal aliens as humanely as possible as long as he acknowledges that such are enemies and illegal aliens under our Constitution, and as long as he operates under the laws of our Constitution.
---
Online story: "Scott Brown, the former senator from Massachusetts, took his biggest step yet on Friday toward a campaign for the Senate from New Hampshire." -- Democrats are up in arms, but how quickly they forget how they embraced a former First Lady or Arkansas and the White House into the Senate race in NY.
PS - Polls were already in that noted she could not go back to Arkansas and win the Senate race there.
---
Online story: "U.S. officials say the missing Malaysia Airlines jet with 239 people on board may have crashed into the Indian Ocean. * White House spokesman Jay Carney said the United States may expand its search into the ocean because of what he calls "new information." He did not elaborate" -- "new information"? "did not elaborate"? Good grief.... the mainstream media doesn't even know Jay Carney's real title... White House Misinformation Officer.
---
Online headline: "John(_*_)than Doody sentenced to 249 years for 1991 temple slaying * Doody, was 17 at the time of the crimes * Doody was spared the death penalty in his first trial. * Prosecutors couldn't seek the death penalty in his retrials because of a 2005 U.S. Supreme Court decision that prohibits authorities from pursuing that punishment against defendants who were younger than 18 years old when the crime occurred." -- Good grief... what liberal judge came up with this? Is the Judge running for re-election and wants to look tough on crime? It'll be appealed, and since he's been in jail for 23 years at taxpayer expense, some California judge will feel he's served enough time since he only killed 9 people and 6 of those were just monks.
---
As seen on a Columbus area billboard ad: "Come Nappy, Leave Happy" the NappyRoot." -- Don Imus got vilified for referring to a black woman basketball player's hair as "nappy". Communications has to be two-way for America to go forward.
---
Online headline: "Representative Sheila Jackson Lee, D-TX, says Constitution 400 years old" -- And we wonder why our children aren't being taught the same history we learned when we were in school....
---
HuffPost headline: "Lady Gaga Was Puked On (For Art) During Her SXSW Show" -- Hmmm, I'd check it out to see if she might have been doused in Chelsea's diarrhea
---
Space travel... affordable space travel may be realized in our lifetime. SpaceX is working on a reuseable rocket..one that returns to Earth and lands softly & upright. A prototype leaves for the ISS Sunday, and will return a few days afterwards. It's not going to land on "land", but a text to see if legs can be activated will be tested as it lands in the ocean. Exciting! ...and a great innovation of private industry which realizes the waste of just disposing of previous rockets and building another $100 Million dollar one as was NASA's inclination.
---
Online headline/story: "Challenger Jason Carter leads Gov. Nathan Deal * The Democratic challenger to Gov. Nathan Deal has pulled into the lead, according to a public-opinion survey released Thursday. * Jason Carter, a Democratic state senator from Atlanta and grandson of Georgia’s only president, is slightly ahead of Deal, 41 percent to 38 percent." -- Good grief..Democrat pre-election polls for any office will get 41% approvals for yellow dogs.
---
L-E headline: "FORT BENNING * BENNING WORKERS URGED TO RETIRE DUE TO CUTS * Voluntary separation also suggested for 900 civilian employees to avoid possible layoffs" -- Hmmm.. this is actually intended to reduce the number considered jobs lost and keep the number of people filing for unemployment benefits before the November elections down... on paper... or maybe I should say "in mainstream media papers".
---
L-E story: " A challenge was filed Friday against a Muscogee County School Board candidate, alleging he improperly filled out a document and requesting he be disqualified. * Paul Voorhees, owner of the Ranger Joe’s military supply store, filed the challenge against John F. Thomas" -- I know Paul Voorhees personally.. a fine man... but I do wonder why he's filing such a challenge... I woukld think any challenges would have to be filed by the Superintendent of Elections or one of the candidates in the race.. Even odder, is why would the registration form not be checked for properness when it was submitted?
---
Misinformed.. but on an even keel... voter's L-E "soundoff": " Over 50 percent of U.S. citizens voted for Obama twice. If you love America and are patriotic, you are a moron." -- In a word, "WRONG!".Correctness is that over 50% of the votes cast went for Judas 00-Barnum.. In truth only a bout 1/3rd of the people in America actually voted, so basically, Judas 00-Barnum was elected by 1/6th of the populace...hardly a landslide.. especially when you consider how hard the DOJ and Democrats worked at making sure that most voters did not have to identify themselves at a polling station.
---
I hate to put a damper on something good, but the UW ads not only are a waste of money that could be spent on services (doesn't matter if the costs are donated, this amount would help needed services) different people need, but what's missing is that the claims is wrong. $7,030,034.00 was not raised.. that's the amount of pledges, and usually pledges to UW are underpaid by about 10-to-15% if past history is looked at.
---
L-E headline: "Kerry: U.S. will not recognize Crimea vote" -- That's fair... besides, no one recognizes the US as a world power anymore, either.
---
L-E story: " Police are searching for a juvenile robbery suspect after an 11-year-old reported he was robbed of $100 near the 3200 block of Macon Road, according to a Columbus police report. * The victim told police his assailant used physical force to take his money while he was in a car lot Thursday afternoon. He described the suspect as a 12-year-old to 14-year-old black boy wearing dark colored pants and a white shirt. He had a short hair cut." -- Lotsa things going on here.. The 3200 block of Macon Road is where Mayor Obamalinson's campaign headquarters is located, but why was an 11 year old walling around flashing $100.00 so anthe boy of the approximate age would rob him? Oh, maybe the victim was going to make a campaign contribution to Mayor Obamalinson... yeah, that's the ticket..
---
L-E story: "S***** R**(_*_)**l, 38, faces charges of intent to distribute meth, possession of drug related objects, driving while license suspended and illegal parking * Once in custody, R**(_*_)** told police that he only sold the drug to make some money on the side," -- Hmmm, maybe honesty is not the best policy all the time...even though he was hoping it would help his case.
---
L-E story: " Since it was announced last week that there was a possibility that two-time Canadian Olympic gold medalist Shannon Szabados would join the Columbus Cottonmouths, the anticipation to see how she would perform on the ice has been building." -- Hmmm. I'm not going to the hockey game... again.. but I must say I am more excited about not going than usual, so maybe she is making an impact.
---
L-E story: "GREENSBORO, N.C. — Talib Zanna had 19 points and a career-high 21 rebounds to help Pittsburgh beat No. 15 North Carolina 80-75 in the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament quarterfinals Friday." -- Excuse.. but when did Pitt join the ACC..and I can ask the same follow up question to both Pitt and the ACC... "Why"?

Soapbox moment: If the LGBT community is so supportive of alternative lifestyle acceptance for women, why do they obviously frown at women, regardless of "orientation", who enjoy looking like attractive women?

Looks like Senator Graham not only has crossed the aisle, his open-mic comments sounds like he wants to hold hands with Kerry. Maybe now Fox will shut off his access to the microphones that he talks to from the other side of his mouth..
---
It looks like that missing Malaysian airliner flew another 4 hours (2500 miles) after the transponders were cut off. Sounds more like a hijacking which should mean authorities can stop looking for it in the oceans, and concentrate on terrorist countries with obscure airports that can handle a landing. I'd look for military bases.
---
Online story: " A Malaysia Airlines plane was sending signals to a satellite for four hours after the aircraft went missing, an indication that it was still flying * "It's like when your cellphone is off but it still sends out a little `I'm here' message to the cellphone network," the official said. "That's how sometimes they can triangulate your position even though you're not calling because the phone every so often sends out a little bleep. That's sort of what this thing was doing." -- While I wonder why there's still no location for the plane, did you catch the part about your cellphone being traceable, even when off? That's SPYING and too Big Brotherish!!! I guess we need to take the battery out when vacationing... hmmm, now that's not such a bad thing to consider anyway.

Online story: "Los Angeles has shut down more than 100 pot shops since the summer, the city attorney announced this week. * The city is enforcing a new law, approved by voters in May, to limit the number of medical marijuana dispensaries in LA to 132 shops. Enforcing the law, called Proposition D, is no small task given the estimated 800 pot shops that exist across the city, according to the city attorney's figures. * Despite the passage of Prop D, nearly 300 new dispensaries were issued tax registration certificates after it took effect, Antoinette Christovale, said the general manager of the LA Department of Finance * Christovale said the city does not plan to stop issuing certificates to dispensaries, unless directed otherwise * The city attorney's office said that tax registration certificates do not protect shops under Prop D. In other words, shops that just opened are subject to forced closure and prosecution." -- Tax registration certificates don't protect but/and are still being issued? HUH? Sounds to me that LA genearl manager of the Finance Department has been on the stuff too long himself, and has set LA up for a barage of lawsuits... in thsi case, well deserved law suits.

Online headline: "McCain Eviscerates Fellow GOPers: 'Don't Call Yourselves Reagan Republicans'" -- I want to know who appointed McCain to speak for any other Republican? It doesn't even matter what he says now, he had opportunities in 2008 to be a Reagan Republican but didn't.

A report is circulating that more than a few rounds were pumped into Osama bin L(_*_)den by SEAL Team 6. The unconfirmed number could be in the 100s, could be close to 1000. Nearly 3000 people in America died at his command.. 3,001 bullets would have been a "top this" tribute for those Americans who died. PS - I'm glad the SEAL Team 6 members had clips with more than 7 bullets in them.

Interesting fact picked up unexpectedly: "As of 2006, Happy Meals no longer feature children's favorite Disney characters. In explaining its change of heart, Disney said that it was a company "that prides itself on being family friendly" and wanted to "distance itself from fast food," especially given the food's links to childhood obesity." -- "Disney...family friendly"? Isn't Disney the company that just pulled contributiuons from the "family friendly Boy Scouts"? Isn't Disney the company that has special "gay days/weeks" and doesn't let families know that when parents are in the process of booking their "family friendly" vacations? I think I'm going to block the Disney Channel from my TV's and purge our movie collection before our granddaughter gets sucked into "Disney".

HuffPost story: "Eight Florida same-sex couples and the American Civil Liberties Union filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday evening challenging their state's refusal to recognize gay marriages legally performed in other states. * The Supreme Court’s 2013 decision to strike down the Defense of Marriage Act invalidated a federal law barring the recognition of same-sex marriage, the ruling did not address states' rights to refuse recognition of legal same-sex unions." -- Excuse me, but where in the Constitution is the Federal Government given domain of what states do if the specific power is not granted?

Online story: "On Tuesday, Chelsea Clinton sat down to chat at the South by Southwest festival in Austin, Texas, and wasted no time beating around the bush.* "Does that mean you're going to let me talk about childhood diarrhea?" Clinton asked the moderator within the first 30 seconds of a Q&A session. "I'm obsessed with diarrhea ..." -- As MLK, Jr said, "and the truth will set you free"...I imagine Chelsea IS obsessed with diarrhea... she was exposed to it everytime her parents opened their mouths...

Physician.. heal thy Hippocratic Oath... do no harm!

Online story: "“In a massive college diversity fail, the so-called diversity and equity program managers at South Puget Community College organized a party for professors … that is, some professors, those that are not white. The organizers, among them Karama Blackhorn, program coordinator for the school’s Diversity and Equity Center, emailed invitations to teachers they consider to be ‘of color’ advertising a happy hour. Recipients had to write back to get the secret time and location of the meeting, a step that was necessary to make sure no white people attended. * “As revealed by King 5 News in Seattle, Karama Blackhorn canceled the happy hour after news broke that white people were being excluded. But, she then defended the officially sanctioned shunning of white professors with this incredible statement: “this space is not for white people; this space is for people of color.” -- First, do not discount that this happened in Washington State... Secondly, when did "white" get become the "Pluto" of the color chart?
---
What do Osama, Obama, and Karama have in common... moments not to be remebered in future Black History months.

Online quote source: ""If A is success in life, then A equals x plus y plus z. Work is x; y is play; and z is keeping your mouth shut." - Albert Einstein" -- Hmmm... "z" just eliminated any politician from being considered "successful"..

From a Letter to the L-E: "What puzzles me is how some people, even to this day, seem to not understand how wrong it was to enslave others. How can you not see how taking away another person's freedom was a monstrous act on inhumanity? Can you not put yourself in their shoes?" -- Hmmmm.. Mr Roberts... "white guilt" will be present in liberals as long as liberals believe apologizing for the past makes them look caring and concerned. Well, didn't Judas 00-Barnum's "apology tour" show you what happens when you apologize to your political foes? Your political foes just believe you are weaker than they thought before and push the buttons harder to get more for themselves.

L-E story: "Marshall Middle School employees reported several SMART Board projectors stolen Wednesday, according to a Columbus Police report. * Employees told police they were attempting to take some SMART board projectors down from several classrooms when they discovered some were missing. The number of devices missing was not disclosed in the report" -- Obviously not enough of the $270,000,000.00 budget is spent on security. Bet we won't find out about how many laptop computers distributed "free" to students at schools are still working and accounted for..
---
You know, the only thing scarier about Judas 00-Barnum's lies about whether he knew what was going on (and when) is that he actually was telling the truth and really didn't know what is/was happening within his administration. Well, after watching "House of Cards", thinking Biden being smarter than he appears may be a shade scarier than that.

Online story: "The Obama administration on Thursday threw its weight behind a proposal that it says could cut the average prison sentence for a federal drug defendant by 11 months, a change designed to help reduce the massive U.S. prison population." -- Yeah, put'em back on the street quicker so they can re-engage, get caught again, and use tax dollars to support another lawyer's work through the court system until they are back behind bars.

Remember when Mayor Obamalinson tried to ram TADs (Tax Allocation Districts) through Council by citing "successes" in Atlanta...that turned out to be less than accurate? Now she's trying to do the same with high speed rails. She's already spent $350K on surveys (300K in tax dollars, 50K private donation) on a pie-in-the-sky plan that will take 20+ years for fruition. She's spent multi-millions on setting up a private business to rake in whitewater profits without privately investing in the build out, built dog runs that do not generate operational funds, built a natatorium that doesn't pay its way, spent an extra $64,000.00 on Service Center/Natatorium radio boosters which should have been covered under the original Motorola contract, and on bike trails that don't generate fees or taxes that help with operational costs. How much more can she spend if she gets 4 more years?

From the "look what I found" while browsing department - "California (55), Illinois (20), Iowa (6), Maine (3), Maryland (10), Massachusetts (11), Minnesota (10), Nevada ( 6), New Jersey ( 14), New Mexico (5), New York ( 29), Oregon (7), Pennsylvania (20) , and Vermont (6) do not require ID to vote. They all voted for Judas 00-Barnum and accounted for 212 Electoral votes Washington State mails in all ballots so no ID is required ( 12) that brings the total to 224 for 00-Barnum. In addition, most (perhaps all) states do not require any ID for absentee ballots. Obversely, Nebraska (4) W,Virginia (5), Wyoming (3), Utah (6), and Montana (3) also did not require voter ID and cast 21 Electoral votes for Romney. This proves that the Democrats don't even care enough about winning in Nebraska, WV, Wyoming, Utah or Montana to go there and stuff the ballot boxes.

Yesterday, my bride got an in requested, pre-approved credit card offer from Citibank. I opened it shredded the name/address and offer numbers and was tossing the rest away. Then.... then I noticed on the back of the envelope was one of those QR scan boxes, and in small print it said I could scan it and it would provide the info to apply via any mobile device. This needs to be stopped immediately.. Garbage scavengers or unethical postal handlers could scan it and be on the way to stealing your identity. Call your representatives and get this terminated TODAY!

Online headline/story: "New Jersey Becomes Third State To Ban Tesla Sales * State motor vehicle officials have approved a regulation that would require all new car dealers to obtain franchise agreements to receive state licenses, a move critics say will hurt the electric-car industry's attempts to expand. * The regulation, adopted Tuesday by the state's Motor Vehicle Commission by a 6-0 vote, effectively prohibits companies from using a direct-sales model, which cuts out the middleman and takes vehicles directly to customers through smaller retail establishments. It will take effect April 1. * The regulation was supported by the New Jersey Coalition of Automotive Retailers, which has noted that state law has long required automakers to sell their vehicles through dealers * Tesla Motors, one of the electric-car companies that would be affected by it, called it "an affront to the very concept of a free market." -- And don't you know the main question asked at union halls around NJ asked themselves, "free market"?....what's that? Welcome to the Government Motors/Judas 00-Barnum world of union manipulation.

How can Rand Paul claim that Congress doesn't have "standing" in the eyes of the court to sue Judas 00-Barnum for not obeying the laws Congress has passed, and he accepted at face value? Just do it!

You know...forcing employers to pay overtime to management and independent creative personnel would bring business expansion to a halt.. well, a slow crawl, anyway. Into the night, and weekend brainstorming sessions would be curtailed once someone in the group said, "OK, that's my 40 hours.. I'm out of here unless I get overtime.

L-E "headlie": "HOLLY HEARN HOMICIDE * ‘NOBODY WINS TODAY. BOTH FAMILIES LOSE.’ * Emotional testimony from families as judge sentences Lonnie Ragan to life without parole plus 50 years in shotgun murder" -- At best a partial truth.. The public won't have to address his criminality again, but we're stuck for the upkeep.
---
L-E story: " Failings exposed last spring at a U.S. nuclear missile base, reflecting what one officer called “rot” in the ranks, were worse than originally reported, according to Air Force documents obtained by The Associated Press." -- Hmmm.. how come the mainstream media is so anxious to print this, but shies away from doing the same about OObamaCRAP, Benghazi, Syria, Egypt, and the current Malaysia airliner disappearance?
---
L-E story: "SAN FRANCISCO — The United States should join the dozen other nations that allow transgender people to serve in the armed forces, an independent commission said in a report released Thursday, saying there is no medical reason for the decades-old ban and calling on President Barack Obama to lift it." -- Good grief! How would someone who has vacated his manhood or added non-working manhood believe he/she/it have the manhood to be a soldier? Sounds more like an opportunity to create a base for some kind of non-gender discrimination law suit.
