Spent some time thinking about what our local school system is planning for the 2022-23 School year... The MCSD wants to take it's best performing elementary school ... and "transform" it.. Isn't that a little backwards? If it were me, I'd want to look at the worst performing schools, and transform THEM!

Last week I posted this: "GA's law enforcement community should be demanding Stacey Abrams and the Socialist-Democratic Party be begging them to accept an apology! I heard an ad featuring "Dennis, a former deputy sheriff" saying that Gov. Kemp's new bill eliminating the need for a permit to carry a firearm will allow felony criminals to carry guns in public! Good grief! That's exactly why Kemp and the Republican legislature passed the bill....so LAW ABIDING Georgian citizens could carry guns and be able to defend their families and themselves from those armed felons who break the law regardless!

Well... to top it off, "Dennis" asks people to vote Kemp out of office... Not to vote "FOR STACEY ABRAMS".. Guess she couldn't get Dennis to back her, but get him to vote for the LIBERTARIAN candidate which IS A VOTE for Abrams. If you vote a third party candidate (Hazel, Bartell, or Boddie), in reality..you have voted for Stacy Abrams/.

If you can imagine such, the story about the 10 year old girl being impregnated by an illegal alien gets even worse.. the doctor involved first reported the rapist was but 17 years old (which made the initial charge be of a minor (under 18) raping an under 13 year old minor.. Even worse in the girl's mother defended the rapist (who was living at the same address). I still don't have a time line/history of the 10 year old's mother's status in America, but the illegal alien rapist came in 7 years ago during the Biden/Obama allowed surge...

Of course it's HOMICIDE... murder even... but if it's like previous years' policies in Columbus, this won't be counted in the total of homicides that happen here.

Weekends are a terrible time to find crime news in Columbus, GA.. while we were out=-of-town this weekend, WRBL-TV3 Columbus reported a story that occurred at the Sonic Restaurant on Whittlesey where 5... FIVE... police cars were dispatched...the initial story said that " there was an erratic person in the area who has since been taken into custody" and "Stay with WRBL on-air and online as we continue to monitor this incident." -- Hmmmmm... we're back in town now, and there's no follow-up we can find....

I can literally turn in my 25 year old gun, get a $250.00 "gift card", go buy a new .410 shotgun for under $200.00 and still have money left on my "gift card". You know what.. I think I may turn it in, and if I do, donate the "$250.00 to the local Police Benevolence Fund...
