I’m trying to find out more about qualifiers for the GA House District 139 Special Election, I found out that one candidate (Moeller) did not put and E-mail address on his form, and another(Mallard) listed an E-mail address to a company he said he no longer affiliated with. The other two, Knox and Rice, were more forthcoming.
