Spectrum is OUT!
Yesterday evening, we got back from our grandsons' baseball game only to find
out our WiFi and Cable were "out". A call to Spectrum got a robotic
response saying service would be back at 12:30 AM. Well, now it's 11:00 AM and
Spectrum won't even give us an anticipatory "fix" time, NOR allow us
to talk with a living technician! As far as I'm concerned, it's a "Popeye
Moment"... "it's all I can stands cause I can't stands no
more"! Ah! Fixed at 11:20!
Now, whether to go back
to WOW, or get a satellite service...that is my question..
