For Colombian coffee to be competitive, it has to retail at the same level at every other countries' similar coffee does.  Plus, Colombia probably already has inflated margins because it has lower base costs than some other countries coffee, and has taken advantage of American coffee drinkers by maximizing the most money it can from previous sales to America!

It’s rather disturbing that Columbus GA Council and the Columbus/Muscogee County GA School Board sit idly by… twiddling their thumbs, rolling their eyes, and whistling nonchalantly into the air when inflation not only drives the cost of living up for local taxpayers… and they know, they are collecting more tax revenue than they originally imagined on all those six 1-percent LOST/SPLOST taxes that have grown exponentially with inflation. Hey.. Councilors.. you too School Board members… y’all were elected to represent the taxpayers of your districts best interests… Taxing them to death is not in their best interests!
