Now it's been a full month since Nancy Guthrie, literally, disappeared... and I'm not sure who has handled the situation the worst... The Pima County Sheriff, the Arizona governor, NBC, or the Democratic Party. We know they have DNA taken in the house, and though "they" say they have two mixed samples, and that has slowed down the processing... but.. information they can get is gender, race/ethnicity... and they even aren't giving us that...

With very important local elections coming up in May, I want a Mayor ..and Councilors, too, that put Columbus' future ahead of their own desires... I want leaders who will push for November Elections; I want leaders who will put emphasis on maintaining our current infrastructure rather than pushing new SPLOSTs funded by continued, (or possibly new) sales taxes.  The current 9% sales tax figure is I-in-11 of our NET income dollars,  and they are on top of our property taxes, which, too, are taken out of our NET income...I want leaders that either remove  the "school speed trap cameras", or at least put the receipts into the general City & School tax funds and lower our property taxes accordingly (oh! and at every school, not just half of them)  .. I also want leaders who are tired of hitting potholes every day doing their daily routines, and leaders looking past their next re-election campaign...and while I'm thinking about it, leaders that will get TERM LIMITS for Councilors as well .
