Apparently Chris Kelly wasn’t in ‘the loop”, and did not get back onto the District 7 race, and now Hailes is advocating “VOTE BLACK ONLY” in support of Laketha Ashe whom Hailes criticized for entering the District 7t race after Kelly dropped out which SPLIT the BLACK VOTE again. Whatta a slur to the history of Dr Martin Luther King, Jr during the nationwide mourning of Reverend Jesse Jackson…
