Queen Pelosi has spoken... she says she's not going to comment any more on Creepy Joe's sexual charges... hmmm... I hope President Trump calls for an additional State of the Union meeting to discuss Covid-19 needs before the DNC Convention... and invites Tara Reade as his ONLY Gallery Guest so the country can see the Democrats turn their backs on all #MeToo! women...

You know, if I had drawing skills, I'd draw Nancy Pelosi dressed as Scarlett O'Hara. standing next to VA Governor Northam dress as "Prissy", with Pelosi saying "Oh. fiddle-dee-dee.. I don't want to talk about it anymore."

---
It's bad enough that the Democrats and MSM-13 are doing all they can to sweep the accusations against Creepy Joe, but now Democrat activists are out saying even though the charges are probably true, they hate President Trump so much they are going to support and vote for Creepy Joe anyway.

As of this morning at 6:00, Worldmeter Statistics has their being 14,815,000 abortion deaths versus 265, 366 Covid-19 associated" deaths. I reported on these Tuesday when death figures were 14,580,000 abortions and 252,000 Covid-19 ones... so in two days, there have been an additional 235,000 more abortion deaths and 13,366 Covid-19 deaths. Why are the Dems and MSM-13 ignoring this, and why aren't Republicans showing charts of both as a reminder of how hypocritical Democrats and MSM-13 are?

https://www.worldometers.info/abortions/ vs https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

---
Of the 74,000 Covid-19 deaths reported in the US, close to 39,000.. nearly 53% (yet have but 11% of the US population)... are in 3 uber liberal states.. New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts are all governed by uber liberals.. now we see why Creepy Joe prefers HIS version of Truth over Facts.

Online story: "The coronavirus pandemic took a brutal toll on state finances in April, with tax collections off about $1 billion in a month when much of Georgia’s economy was shut down. * April’s 35.9% drop is expected to be only the first of several bad months for state government" -- Hmmm.. hey Columbus Council (you, too, MCSB).. are you L-I-S-T-E-N-I-N-G! I ask because you seem more interested in considering spending our tax dollars on frivolous restoration projects than community infrastructure. Oh, and this brings to light in a very big way all the funds that ex-mayor Tom-LYING-son siphoned out of our "rainy day Fund Balance savings account".. it would be nice if we had them NOW .. when it's raining in Biblical amounts..

Saw a video .. well, book selling advertisement.. featuring Dr Judy Mikovits.. here's a website that you should read before giving her any credence.. or buying her book:

You know.. Democrats have been dictatorial in their approach to controlling individual rights.. but this one takes the Marie Antoinette's CAKE!.. A woman in Dallas broke the Democrat Mayor's "edict" and re-opened her salon business. She was arrested and taken to court where a judge who is a "self-proclaimed Democrat activist" sentenced her to 7 days in jail and fined her $7,000.00.. because she would not apologize to him for her being SELFISH... basically because she wanted to be able to feed her child.. This is what Socialist authorities do to every American citizen's right to "pursue happiness",

---
From the "imagine that" department - Online story: "Acting Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell has told House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff that transcripts from the panel’s Russia probe are cleared for public release, as House Republicans demand access to the materials. * Grenell penned a letter -- obtained by Fox News -- this week to Schiff, D-Calif., notifying him that transcripts of all 53 interviews -- which add up to more than 6,000 pages in total -- related to foreign interference in the 2016 election can be released. * “All of the transcripts, with our required redactions, can be released to the public without any concerns of disclosing classified material,” Grenell wrote to Schiff in a letter dated May 4." -- Hmmm... and yet Congressman A Dam Schi** is still stalling... though I don't blame him... well, don't blame him for "stalling".. I do blame his for his lies and vendetta..

---
Did you hear Governor Fredo Cuomo admit the 66% of the Covid cases diagnosed at hospital were patients who had "sheltered at home" where he had ordered them to stay?.. I ask if you heard him admit it because you are not going to hear him admit he was wrong about doing so..

---
Just got PROOF of Biden's mental diminishment.. At 1:15 yesterday, I got an e-mail from Biden with the subject matter, "A Humble Request, Hal".. at 6:24 I got another Biden e-mail with the subject matter, "A Humble Request, Hal".. Aside from him forgetting he's never been "humble", he can't remember who who had already asked for money...

---
Did you actually listen to Obama's endorsement of Biden? Did you catch the part about Joe being able to "bounce back" when knocked down.. what Obama didn't say was that Creepy Joe has been knocked down so many time withing the Democrat Party that he's "punch drunk"...

---
From the "you would think Pelosi has something better to do than this... and you;d be RIGHT!" department - Online story: "President Donald Trump on Wednesday vetoed a resolution that said he must get a nod from Congress before engaging in further military action against Iran. Trump called it “insulting" to the presidency." -- Good grief.. The Democrats must need something new to distract their base with since all their excessive "doom numbers" for Covid-19 are making President Trump look good..

---
Another from the "here.. hold my beer" stupid department - Online story: "A woman attacked and killed by an alligator in a gated community along the South Carolina coast was visiting the homeowner to do her nails and was trying to touch the animal when it grabbed her, authorities said. * After briefly getting away from the alligator Friday, the woman stood in waist deep water in the Kiawah Island pond and said “I guess I wont do this again,” * Cynthia Covert, 58, died of drowning before Charleston County deputies and firefighters were able to shoot and kill the alligator" -- Well... she was right when she said, “I guess I won't do this again,”.... DEAD right...

---
From the "what is it with Democrats?" department - Online headline: "Andrew Cuomo on 'selfish' New Yorkers not wearing masks: 'I just don't get it'" -- What Gov Fredo Cuomo DOESN'T GET is that statistics show that 66% of Covid-19 diagnoses are for people who WERE "sheltered at home".. and masks or no masks was not the issue... Now, is Cuomo going to duplicate the Dallas Texas judge and sentence Covid-19 "violators" to jail... or has he forgotten if he does arrest them, they'll be back out on the street 10 minutes later because of another stupid policy he ordered?

---
From the "it still won't make it right" department - Online headline: "Favre to pay back over $1M for appearances he didn't make" -- Sorry Brett,, you'll never be able to prove.. much less convince people... that you had no idea that you didn't earn that $1 Million when it was paid to you...even if you DIDN'T KNOW...Good bye to your endorsements...

---
From the "your point?" department - Online headline: "2 Utah businesses told staff to ignore COVID-19 guidelines, resulting in 68 infections" -- Good grief.. Utah sent Mitt Romney to Washington, DC as a Republican Senator.. Utah has a greater sickness than Covid-19 (Can't Openly Validate Institutional Democrats)

---
From the "guess who sees the handwriting on the WALL!" department - WRBL-3 headline: Mayor Henderson to propose resolution to delay SPLOST vote" -- Good grief.. a new .. and possibly ENDLESS.. tax.. to raise $350,000,000 dollars is not going to pass this year... or next for that matter. With revenues predicted way down... and confirmed by a recent State of GA announcement... the Mayor and Council have been discussing funding a private restoration project with $3,000,000.00 while potholes grow (in size AND quantity), and the MCSD still wants to fund it's "pretty" projects with a new SPLOST itself while school rankings and tests reveal none of the completed building projects have really helped in the classrooms.

Tomorrow, May 7th, is our National Day of Prayer... I say "our" as in true Americans with hope for our future... wonder what Nancy Pelosi will be "praying for" in opposition?

---
From the "have you noticed?" department - Online story: " The Trump administration failed to prepare for the onslaught of the coronavirus, then sought a quick fix by trying to rush an unproven drug to patients, a senior government scientist alleged in a whistleblower complaint Tuesday." -- Hmmm.. have you noticed that when ANYONE who works/worked in the government says something negative about President Trump, MSM-13 labels the person a "whistleblower".. a National hero, and immediately assumes Trump has done something criminal or impeachable.. yet when someone says something negative about Creepy Joe, that person is a National ZERO?

---
Another from the "have you noticed?" department - Online headline: "'The new normal': Ex-FDA chief warns U.S. may not be able to lower coronavirus infection rate" -- Hmmm... another "EX" nobody official... these are even worse than the typical "unnamed" source or official, because they are obviously glad to get their names aired in public..

---
From the "can anyone blame him?" department - Online story: "President Donald Trump on Tuesday said top health official Anthony Fauci would appear next week before a panel in the Republican-controlled U.S. Senate examining the country's coronavirus response but could not testify to the Democratic-led House of Representatives " -- Good grief.. after the impeachment fiasco, and the State of the Union Democratic Party disgrace, who even wants to hear what Pelosi, Schi** and Nadler are "feeling".

---
My previous on-the-move fast food "meal" use to be 2 Wendy's Double Stacks. I ordered the with no ketchup or pickles because it's hard to eat a burger while driving that has ketchup (dripping red stuff) or pickles that make the other contents "slide". Last week I patiently awaited my turn (8 or 9 cars were in front of me) and when I got to the "speaker" and placed my order, the young woman informed me that Double Stacks were NO LONGER ON THE MENU! ... and she asked if I wanted a Double JR cheeseburger.. I said "no thanks" as I vacated the line...pulled over in the nearby parking lot, and verifies what she said... I have been COVIDed (Can't Order Vittles I Desire)

---
Online headline story: "The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is investigating an incident of a grocery store shopper's wearing what appeared to b a Ku Klux Klan hood as a face covering, officials said Monday. * Photographs that circulated on Facebook and Twitter showed an unidentified white man in cargo shorts and running shoes in the produce aisle of a Vons supermarket in Santee, a San Diego suburb, over the weekend." -- " appeared to be a KKK hood"? "cargo shorts and running shoes"? Hmmm... you know, this was probably the guy that appeared in the picture with VA Governor Northam when he was in "blackface" while in medical school...

---
From the coin flip "Bias? What bias?" or "has she looked in the mirror?" department - Online headline: "Michigan Gov. Whitmer: Protesters 'carried nooses and Confederate flags and swastikas'" -- Good grief.. while the visual symbols were childish.. stupid even, had Whitmer opened her eyes, she'd seen that all the protesters were doing was pointing out her similarity to the orders of Adolph Hitler.. removing people's rights and sending out paid "snitches" for intimidation.

---
From the "Dr King, Jr is rolling over in his grave" department - Online headline/story: "Biden pressed to choose a black woman as his running mate * But black voters and leaders say he needs to go further and pick a black woman. They argue that Biden's success — and that of the Democratic Party as a whole — depends on black people turning out to vote in November. They want a tangible return for their loyalty, not just a thank you for showing up on Election Day." -- Non-political black Americans should be up-in-arms for being told they cannot.. no, SHOULD NOT.. think for themselves, and that a politician should be chosen based on the color of their skin rather their character...

---
Has anyone in the Columbus, GA area seen an update of the stabbing and shootings that happened on Sat/Sun May 2nd/3rd this past weekend? We got truncated stories out fast from two TV stations online, but haven't seen those stories updated.

---
From the "this wouldn't have been newsworthy on Entertainment Tonight" department - Online story: "CNN’s Don Lemon went on a bizarre rant Sunday night accusing President Donald Trump of possessing a severe aversion to his predecessor because Michelle Obama is apparently prettier and more accomplished than First Lady Melania Trump." -- Good grief.. Don Lemon must have seen his ratings and figured no one was actually watching, so "what the heck"...

---
You'd think.. well, at least "feel". that the Democrats would be very good at "safe distancing"... they've always practiced "safe distancing" from the truth...

---
Online headline: "No pass-fail option for Georgia public college students, say Regents" -- Thank goodness! I remember when Stanford adopted such a policy full time.. and it was the students ... the better students ... who rebelled.. they figured their socialistic diplomas did not distinguish who deserved more consideration for better jobs after graduation.. Hey! Muscogee County School Board and GA Legislative members.. are you listening? Without a high school graduation test, who knows what a high school diploma means either..

---
Online headline/story: "Top Georgia Democrats running for US Senate spar in debate * Former Columbus mayor Teresa Tomlinson took an opening shot against former congressional candidate Jon Ossoff, citing a recent internal GOP poll that showed him struggling outside metro Atlanta against Perdue. “People know you, but not enough want to vote for you,” Tomlinson said. * Ossoff fired back by saying that Tomlinson’s “campaign is so weak they didn’t even bother polling your name.” -- Hmmm.. I guess that if another candidate wants the true story on Columbus' ex-mayor Queen TT Tom-LYING-son, they won't find the truth about her in the Columbus L-E.. on the other hand, if her political opponents contact Columbus homeowners, Tom-LYING-son is toast!

---
Online story: "U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler will reserve about $4 million worth of airtime for a trio of new ads pushing back on criticism about her stock transactions during the coronavirus pandemic." -- Loeffler really did get a "bum's rush" on why and when she sold stock.. she reported last Fall that she would be using $20 MILLION of her own funds to campaign with, and her "blind trust" waited until after January 1st to make the sales because of tax determinations and the normal "Santa Claus Effect" the stock market usually gets between Christmas and New Year's Day. Still, damage control is going to be hard for her.

---
Well, well, well... Looks like the NY Democratic Presidential Primary is back on! Former candidates Andrew Yang and Bernie filed lawsuits and a judge ruled in their favor.. and the Judge was not a conservative appointee who was interpreting a personal rights issue, but an Obama appointed one... Guess not every Democrat is thrilled with Creepy Joe being given a "Free Pass"...

---
Everybody say, "Say hey!".... today is Willie Mays' 89th birthday! My Dad saw him play numerous times when the Giants were in New York, and I got to see him here in Columbus, GA's Golden Park when I was of Little League Age.... wonder if he remembers that as much as I do...

---
I still practice "distancing" protocol... I use logic to maintain "safe distancing" in public and "Socialist distancing" when voting..

---
Wow! Pacelli High School just announced a new $1.3 Million dollar project that will revamp it's football, baseball, and soccer fields on campus grounds...artificial turf and modern lighting included.. Wow.. and the Muscogee County School District spent between $6 M and $7 Million fixing up baseball and softball fields at two high schools, Jordan and Kendrick. Seems the MCSB needs to talk with the Pacelli field designers before doing anymore athletic fields at taxpayer expense..

---
It's really very simple...increasing the National Debt to protect our economy and citizens is worthy... using debt money to fund Pelosi's projects is not.

Today IS Cinco de Mayo... please remember not to bring home a "case of Corona"... even Corona Light...

---
From the "Bias? What bias? department - Yahoo online headline/story: "Leaked intelligence report saying China 'intentionally concealed' coronavirus to stockpile medical supplies draws scrutiny * the Trump administration has issued an intelligence analysis claiming China purposely delayed notifying the World Health Organization about the spread of the contagion in order to stockpile medical equipment, according to two recent government documents obtained by Yahoo News. * The analysis, which some former officials and experts are questioning based on its limited methodology, relies exclusively on trade data to draw its conclusions. " -- Hmmm... "leaked intelligence report".... "draws scrutiny"? When is an "issued intelligence analysis" a "leak"? But what we need to note is that MSM-13 is scrutinizing it. Has MSM-13 scrutinized the FBI memos setting up and entrapping General Flynn? Has MSM-13 scrutinized the falsified FISA applications, or Biden's Ukraine or Tara Reade situations... heck Biden's LIFE needs scrutiny? How about Hellary... period.. or Feinstein's stock sales.. how about Pelosi's, SChi**'s, Schumer's or Nadler's Impeachment process? And how about the Democratic governors/mayors who have initiated "Brownshirt" spying on citizens? Now these are "things" that need to be "SCRUTINIZED"!

---
Has anyone thought about whether ex-President Obama even wants Michelle to be Biden's VP/running mate? His title as husband of the VP would be an ego-crush, but also, he's have to move downward to the VP's house...

---
HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline: "Trump changes estimates again, says coronavirus death toll could hit 100,000" -- Good grief.. HuffPOOPOO doesn't ever look in the mirror and see what it predicted.. I do believe it was NORTH of 2 MILLION! President Trump is just leveling with the facts.. now that the official number of deaths "associated with" Covid-19 has reached 60,000 plus, Trump is just realistic about what's possible/plausible.. It does not mean he's given up on keeping the number as low as possible..Trump is just being REAL.. a word the HuffPOOPOO is a stranger to...

---
Online story: "J. Crew Group Inc filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday * The New York-based chain, known for preppy clothing at times worn by former first lady Michelle Obama, filed for bankruptcy in a Virginia federal court with an agreement to eliminate its roughly $1.65 billion of debt in exchange for ceding ownership to creditors. It is the first big retailer to file during the pandemic." -- Hmmm.. it wasn't the styles of J. Crew being worn by Michelle Obama that brought J. Crew to it's knees. It was some weird clothing worn by Michelle Obama by some weird designers people just assumed sh bought at J. Crew.

---
From the "suspicions confirmed" department - With Queen Pelosi controlling the Democrat Representatives lives, they have been at home rather than in Washington. Please note that Pelosi has not ended the current session, so why are the Representatives still getting paid since Pelosi has basically said the Democrat Representatives are "non-essential workers".

---
Let's see....world wide, there have been 252,000 Covid-19 reported deaths this year ....on the other hand, there have been 14,580,000 worldwide deaths by abortions so far this year. How can MSM-13 and the Democrats be so concerned about Covid-19 but yawn when hearing about abortions?

---
From the "here's your Golden Parachute" department - Online story: " NBC News chairman Andy Lack will leave the company by the end of the month as part of a major shake-up at Comcast’s NBCUniversal. * Lack “decided to step down and will transition out of the company at the end of the month,” the company announced in a statement on its organizational restructure taking effect immediately." -- "Lack decided to step down"? Yeah... right...maybe versus getting throw

---
From the "let's parse this" department - Online headline: "Cher slams Trump and his administration, explains why she backs Joe Biden as president: ‘He has a soul’" -- Has a "soul"? Good grief.. Does Cher feel that since his is Creepy Joe's 3rd primary attempt that he will be resurrected? The only reason she "backs" Creepy Joe is that she is a "Never Trump" advocate.

---
Online headline: "President Trump on Monday appeared to take a swipe at congressional leaders, calling it “interesting” that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell would turn down a White House offer to implement rapid coronavirus testing at the Capitol as lawmakers return to work." -- hmmm... I personally would like to see Pelosi have her temperature taken... I don't think she'd get a reading higher than room temperature...

---
Online headline: "Secretary of Senate says she cannot comply with Biden request to release records on purported Reade complaint" -- Hmmm... That's certainly convenient... being able to request your files be opened for scrutiny, but have it denied by the Senate Secretary.. makes you LOOK like you're cooperative, but you already knew the files wouldn't be released.

---
Wow.. Vince Woodward, and his brother Bob passed within hours of each other.. will miss them immensely as they were contributors to my quest for political awareness and truth being spread. To his family.. sorry for his loss.. but grateful for his life...

---
You know, I can understand why CNN, or even MSNBC, would carry NY Governor Fredo Cuomo's daily complaining sessions as they see the writing on the wall that Creepy Joe probably want make it to November, and they need someone other than Bernie, Hellary, or Pelosi to turn to, but why does Fox give him that time without challenging his positions or "facts"?

---
Still waiting on updated info about our high school rankings, but even with the ambiguous reporting by the Columbus L-E, indisputable "evidence" reveals the MCSD System has 3 schools who did not rank in the top 77% of high schools in the US and GA. ..and nothing in the story precludes any of 2 of 3 Columbus high schools possibly being the worst.

---
Online headline/story: "Biden’s campaign assails ‘stunning’ racial disparity in Georgia coronavirus patients * Joe Biden’s campaign on Friday criticized the “stunning” racial disparity of coronavirus patients in Georgia, saying the disproportionate number of African-Americans hospitalized by the disease highlights stubborn inequalities he’ll address if he defeats President Donald Trump." -- Good grief.. "if he defeats President Trump"... then he'll address this, too? Hey Creepy Joe.. whether the "truth" or "facts" are what you believe in, one thing for sure, just like your "cure for cancer", you have no interest in helping America UNLESS you defeat Trump.. . Now digest a few  "truths/facts":
Look at the areas most affected.. large cities where minority population is heavy, and "safe distancing" is not the rule of the day... the "truth/facts" are like unnoticed elephants in the Democrat strategy room.

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer "pot-stirring" headline: "State DPH data may be ‘misleading,’ experts say" -- Good grief.. "may be misleading"? There's no doubt that this L-E headline is DEFINITELY misleading! A media outlet that uses, "may be, could, should, or possibly, and other ambiguous words when reporting should be taken out to the woodshed and properly disciplined!

---
Another ambiguous Columbus L-E headline: "FEMA: Death toll could double by June" -- Good grief... could possibly .. but not probable.. just another of those "pot stirring" L-E headlines...

---
Columbus L-E commentary: "Sports are missed in these serious coronavirus times
BY CHRIS JOHNSON * CORRESPONDENT" -- I agree.. not all sports but some.. like golf majors are particularly missed.. But what's missed even more is "honesty in journalism".. and no one can blame Covid-19 for this..

---
Wow! Did you see the 3 full pages ad for the Muscogee County June 2020 Tax Sale in today's Columbus L-E? There were properties for 50/60 plus delinquencies who haven't paid their property taxes in 2 or more years (I saw one listed as belonging to a person I know who has died, and has different ownership now) yet there was one name I noticed was not on this list.. a person who works for a City entity and has tax delinquencies of owner 2 years on 22 different parcels. Y'all know.. the one I've brought up several times in the last month. This ad suggests that the Tax Assessors' Office IS working during the Covid-19 shutdown of government offices...in spite of what I have been led to believe. It's close to the point I NEED to mention the name of the tax evader...

---
Columbus L-E headline/story: "McIlroy, Johnson will headline charity match * McIlroy and Johnson, both major champions who have reached No. 1 in the world, will face Oklahoma State alumni Rickie Fowler and Matthew Wolff in an event billed as the “TaylorMade Driving Relief.”" -- Wow.. I didn't know that Ricky had given in to TaylorMade.. Did notice his game has been lagging..

---
Don Shula has passed... he was a true coach during the time when players/teams played for the love of the game.. not the humongous annual paycheck.

Monday, May 4, 2020

From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online story: "The Auschwitz Museum and Memorial and Illinois' governor denounced the use of Nazi slogans at a Chicago protest to ease lockdown measures after a photo of a woman holding a sign with a German phrase circulated online. * photo of a woman wearing an American flag mask and holding a sign in German that read "Arbeit macht frei," or "work will set you free," during a protest Friday at the Thompson Center." -- An unfortunate choice at best, but.. when governors and mayors have declared it will pay "snitches" where was MSM-13 asking them about their Nazi "Brownshirt" tactics/orders?

---
HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline headline: "DNC chair brushes off calls to investigate Tara Reade claim: 'I trust Joe Biden'" -- DNC Chairman Tom Perez said, "I trust Joe Biden." Hmmm .. I trust Joe Biden, too.. I trust him to BE Joe Biden... I trust him as far as the ousted President and Attorney General of Ukraine do.. and I trust him to be a Socialist-Democrat.

---
Speaking of Creepy Joe and his Ukraine past, what has happened with the BILLION=plus dollar "loan guarantee" he Biden authorized for Obama? To me a "loan guarantee" is basically a cosigned note for another person to be able to get a loan from somewhere else.. Who did the Ukraine "borrow" the money from, and did the Ukraine pay it back or did the US have to make the loan "good"?

---
From the "How many Oxymorons, lies, and improbabilities can you find in one sentence?" department - Online story: "The New York Times editorial called for records from Biden’s time in the Senate to be reviewed by what they called “an unbiased, apolitical panel, put together by the D.N.C.,” leading Axios' Jonathan Swan to speculate whether the Times actually was serious." -- And I bet the NYTimes feels that having a panel of death row inmates would be a great jury for the next serial rapist/murderer to come to trial.. sadly, I can see our Columbus L-E feeling the same way as the NYTimes.

---
From the "revolving door? No, more like a conveyor belt" department - Online headline/story: "California man arrested 3 times in a day, given citations and released due coronavirus restrictions * The Glendora Police Department said Friday on Facebook that 24-year-old Dijon Landrum from Monterey Park racked up three citations between 8:28 a.m. and 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday after three incidents in the city located about 23 miles east of Los Angeles. * around 8:28 a.m, officers arrived at the scene, they contacted Landrum, who was attempting to drive away in a stolen vehicle from the East Los Angeles area. In addition to driving a stolen vehicle, police said the 24-year-old had stolen property and narcotics with him. * One hour after Landrum was released, officers received a call around 2:20 p.m. of an unknown man carrying a box and walking through the front yards of homes. * "It appeared that the male was placing items in this box as he was walking through the properties," police said. * When officers arrived on the scene, they encountered Landrum for the second time, reportedly with a box of stolen property. He was issued a second citation and released * Several hours later around 8:50 p.m., officers received a call of a vehicle that had been stolen out of a parking lot on the 1300 block of South Grand Avenue. * Officers tracked the vehicle and located it heading along the westbound 100 freeway * Landrum was once again arrested, this time for allegedly being in possession of a stolen vehicle and for evading officers. * "Due to the California Zero-Bail Policy, Landrum was released with his third citation of the day," police said." --- Hmmm... I wish I could say this was limited to CA-razy, but I can't.. I'd also like to think this couldn't happen in Columbus, GA... but I can't.

---
Online headline: "Democratic Rep. Vernon Jones on endorsing Trump: 'I put my country before my party' -- You know, Vernon Jones attitude would get me interested at looking at Democratic Party nominees... again...but what I seen the Democratic Party do to Jones and a Michigan state representative has shown me... proven to me... that the Democratic Party still puts Pelosi ahead of our country.

---
From the "interesting correlation" department - The Pharisees attacked Jesus because Jesus did not agree with their narrative. We are witnessing...experiencing .... a similar pattern happening in our lives today... Democrats..MSM-13, and "some" Republicans attack President Trump simply because his presentation of a successful America doesn't fit their Socialist manifesto.

---
Online NYTimes headline/story: "Trump Moves to Replace Watchdog Who Identified Critical Medical Shortages * President Trump moved on Friday night to replace a top official at the Department of Health and Human Services who angered him with a report last month highlighting supply shortages and testing delays at hospitals during the coronavirus pandemic. * Christi A. Grimm, the principal deputy inspector general at the Department of Health and Human Services, released a report outlining hospital equipment shortages." -- So an "acting official" filed an "embarrassing" report about deficiencies in medical supplies for an unplanned, unexpected emergency (hmmm.. and isn't the definition of "emergency" something that happens because it was a possibility but cannot be predicted when it will happen?), Now, Ms Grimm became the Principle Deputy in January of 2020, but she was a Deputy since 2014 under the Obama Administration.. so why weren't the
medical supplies readily available during her previous 6 years when she was responsible for "knowing" the situation?, and where was she 3 years ago letting her new boss know how badly the Obama Administration had ignore emergency preparedness?

You can read Christi A. Grimm's HHS PR bio here:

Online headline?story: "New York's Cuomo warns against 'blindly' reopening states * he called premature demands that he reopen the state, saying he knew people were struggling without jobs but that more understanding of the coronavirus was needed. * governors in about half the United States partially reopen their economies over this weekend, Cuomo said he needed much more information on what the pandemic is doing in his hardest-hit state before he loosens restrictions." -- "Cuomo warns"? Governor Fredo Cuomo was the servant given 1 talent who buried it versus put it to work to help.. Like other Democratic Party leaders, he has no faith in the Lord or people's ability to overcome adversity. As quoted from Jeremiah 5:21 - "Hear this, you foolish and senseless people, who have eyes but do not see, who have ears but do not hear"

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Harassment, assault absent in Biden personnel complaint" -- Good grief.. What's not to believe about Tara Reade's story... most woman in 1993 assaulted by a prominent Democratic politician would have seen how the women of Clinton were mistreated and been discouraged from standing up firm. And.. let's not forget that in addition to the Clinton-women-abuse era of 1993, how Joe Biden, as Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, tried to lynch Clarence Thomas' Supreme Court confirmation hearings with his abusive tactics.

In addition to the Clinton-women-abuse era, don't forget how Joe Biden, as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee tried to end Clarence Thomas' Supreme Court appointment with his abusive tactics.

Online headline/story: "Virginia Governor Signs Legislation Repealing Voter ID Law 8 Virginia will no longer require voters to present a photo ID in order to cast a ballot, Governor Ralph Northam announced Sunday as he signed several pieces of voter access legislation. * “Voting is a fundamental right, and these new laws strengthen our democracy by making it easier to cast a ballot, not harder,” Northam, a Democrat, said Sunday in a statement. “No matter who you are or where you live in Virginia, your voice deserves to be heard. I’m proud to sign these bills into law.”" -- Voting is a fundamental right of all Americans, but as an American, you..me.. have a right to know that our votes are not offset by fraudulently cast vote. Now, unscrupulous poll workers can look at the voter lists near the end of an election day and see who hasn't voted, and someone... anyone else.. can say they are such a voter and cast that vote fraudulently. You know, Governor Northam brought shame to the office with revelations of his "blackface" days, but this week, he gave Lady Liberty and Lady Justice huge black-eyes.

I think Covid-19 has brought ESPN to it's knees...I saw a TV listing on Saturday where ESPN was broadcasting the 51st Annual National Rock Skipping Championship..I clicked it on just to see for myself, and there it was..obviously taped, from the shores of Lake Michigan . I shook my head, and thought...will ESPN recover from this.

You know, the fundamental difference between President Trump's plans for America versus Pelosi's is that Trump wants to get government out of the people's pockets, and Pelosi wants to get her hands deeper into the people's pockets.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer commentary headline/content: "Politics motivated Trump’s attack on governor of Ga. * BY JOHN A. TURES * Anyone who has heard about Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s plan to reopen the state after the coronavirus lockdown is also probably aware of President Donald Trump’s attacks on Kemp and his plan. While I don’t agree with Kemp’s policy, I think Georgia is being unfairly singled out not only by our chief executive, but also much of the national media. * Trump’s wrath with Kemp went public Wednesday: “I told the governor of Georgia Brian Kemp that I disagree strongly with his decision to open certain facilities.” * On Thursday, he went a step further: “I wasn’t happy with Brian Kemp, I wasn’t at all happy.”" -- What a typical liberal response... Tures has bypassed the ire he has for Governor Kemp simply because it gives him a better shot at President Trump. At least Tures did not truncate the statement's Trump made in order to change the context, but Tures could not refrain his personal animosity for President Trump. Sure, there's been political motive involved, but it's mostly Tures' bias.

Online headline/story: "Biden insiders slam Stacey Abrams’ veep pitch: ‘No one takes Stacey seriously’ * While campaigning for vice president traditionally requires a delicate dance of private lobbying and public demurring, (Stacey) Abrams has flipped the script — openly campaigning for the position. In an April 22 appearance on “The View” Abrams said she has “concerns” about Biden “not picking a woman of color.” -- Obviously Stacey Abrams is not a follower of Dr MLK's "Dream".. she feels her skin color is more important than her character....

From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "White House blocks Fauci from testifying before Congress" -- Good grief! Trump and Fauci, even, are walking the walk in Washington, while the Pelosi Pit has been "sheltered anywhere BUT Washington" doing nothing but talking.. Of course, when Pelosi DOES talk with him, bet she won't ask him why Obama put Fauci and the Chinese Wuhan Labs working together studying Bat viruses...

On my birthday, my now 8-year-old granddaughter serenaded me with a song she composed (as she went) she called it "Rough Times".. It was about how our family coped with social... no, SAFETY distancing, and how happy we were getting together as a family. She was right.. we adapted as we went through this.. learned new ways to express our love and concern and appreciation for each other.. Yes.. we enhanced our connections.. Looks like Walmart has, too. With the limitations imposed by government, and our on wishes to keep safe, customers turned to new ways to shop.. Home delivery was one.. Well, Walmarts studied it.. worked with it, and now will offer a two-hour home delivery option. In fact, Walmarts is adding 74,000 jobs to make this a feature/option in all it's stores. This shows you how the private sector handles adversity... by inventing new and better way.. Compare this to the Democratic Party's agenda that "chaos"creates a new way to take rights away from citizens..

Hearing Creepy Joe Biden say that the charges by Tara Reade "“No, it is not true. I am saying unequivocally — it never happened,” is like getting a bucket of cold water pour on your face...even if you weren't sober, you become sober.. Biden is a 47 year long career politician and the Truth has never been in him..

---
Could you believe that a MSM-13 "journalist" at a White House Press Conference lead by new WH Spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany asked her to pledge not to lie. What I wouldn't give to hear McEnany also add that the public would also like to hear all MSM-13 "journalists" to promise not to lie.

---
Online headline: "Joe Biden picks vetting team as he searches for running mate" -- Hmmm... looks like Creepy Joe may have difficulty in keeping his promise made about his running mate.. he's assembled a team of four to go finds a suitable woman willing to work with him.

---
From the "Biden better hire Bill Clinton to define "this" over the weekend" department - Online headline/story: "Greg Gutfeld on Biden response to Tara Reade claims: He 'was doing great in that interview until he confessed' * "Look, Biden was doing great in that interview until he confessed," Gutfeld said. "First he had the total denial. I think that was pretty good. The denial was pretty strong. And then he says as a complaint. 'You know, I don't know why all of a sudden 27 years (later) 'this' gets raised." -- Hmmm.. even in an soft-pitch interview at your home field, words is words.. and Creepy Joe better find a suitable reason the "this" he remember from 27 years ago AIN'T what Tara Reade remembers..

---
Biden says his Senate records stored at U of Delaware don't have any mention of the Tara Reade incident... let's see...is it possible have others have had access to them and removed any mention, or did Creepy Joe remove them before sending the records there?

---
From the "only in "CA-razy" department - Online headline/story: "California court orders release of 7 high-level sex offenders as gov criminalizes beach attendance * Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes also argued in a statement released Wednesday that the jails are not currently overcrowded, social distancing and quarantine measures have been put in place, thus stressing that freeing these inmates was not necessary." -- Good grief.. CA-razy is almost too weak to describe California politics.. where but CA-razy will a governor declare law abiding citizens exercising their Constitutional rights are criminals, and convicted felonious criminals be set free to resume life on the streets as they see fit..

---
From the "Br'er Governor Fredo Cuomo actually threw Br'er Trump into that Briar Patch again" department - Online headline: "Coronavirus: Amid New York's unused hospital beds and ventilators, critics point to mass waste and mismanagement" -- You know, I was taught that sometimes.. well, most of the time.. to give a complainer what they want is the best way to prove your point and embarrass the complainer. Cuomo was a leading complainer of what he needed to cope with Covid-19 in NY, and Trump "gave it to him".. now all Cuomo can do in the future is explain why his judgment was badly flawed and Trump was right from the beginning.

---
From the "I hope Columbus Council has seen this" department - Online headline: "Georgia agencies told to plan billions in spending cuts due to pandemic" -- Hmmm... Governor Kemp recognizes that revenues are going to be "short" in the next few months, and is taking responsibility to limit the financial damages to the state. Let's hope Columbus Council will take a hint.. even talking about the Virginia College plans or the funding of repairs to the Liberty are not in the best interest of Columbus taxpayers at any time, but especially now.. Council would be wise to pursue the delinquent property taxes that exist on the books to help with cash shortages..especially one's owed by an Authority executive on taxpayer expense.

---
Online headline: "House Democrat Swalwell on Biden sexual assault allegation: Tara Reade 'has a right to be heard’ -- Hmmm.. He's right..Tara Reade has a right to be heard.... funny, Smalwell didn't feel that way about the truth being heard... or spoken .. by Democrats at the impeachment debacle .

Is not the revealing of internal memos of executives in the FBI concerning the unwarranted 'Inquisition" of Gen Flynn reasonable enough to open a full-fledged investigation into the Obama/Biden Administration so the FBI can salvage it's reputation that lays in turmoil today?

---
As disturbing as it is to hear biased and perverted political tripe from the Governors of NY and CA, it doesn't bother me as much about their bias and lies. I figure that both states will vote against President Trump anyway, but I am bothered by the citizen flight out of NY and CA-razy and the impact liberal indoctrinated voters moving to other states affecting the voting results.

---
Just for the record, had a non-impeachable source deliver the official murder toll in Columbus the first 4 months of 2020... 13...even without other non-natural violent deaths, we're still on a pace for 39 such murders, and unless the 2020 Census gets us back over the 200,000 population level..again... we will back over the "20 or more murders per 100,000 population in Columbus.

Am looking at the "phantom" Saturday Edition of the Columbus L-E online.. the irony of this is that it's represented as the digital version of the "Print Edition".. Think about that... the L-E does not actually HAVE a printed Saturday edition, so did any stories in the Online Digital Version actually happen?

---
Columbus L-E front page picture: After all the tax dollars that have been spent making the RiverWalk beautiful and attractive, why does City put up such visual blight? Hmm.. and I'm sure the view from the River, itself, or from the Phenix City side, is even more unattractive..

------------------------
The Columbus L-E had nothing about two assaults that happened over the weekend, so I'm looking for more information concerning the victims of a knifing on Cusseta road, and shootings at the Canty Apartment..let's see if charges of "non-social distancing" are added to the violence charges...

We just finished nearly 3 weeks of grief, celebration and joy and family. Our Atlanta daughter and family came down in the 2nd week of April to be with family as my her grandfathered lingered on in life, and to celebrate her mother's birthday. A funeral happened, then my birthday was approaching as was her niece's, so they stayed. We had nearly 3 weeks of reconnecting with them and watching our grandchildren grow.. Sophia hit 4'8". Win passed the 3' mark, and Mack took his first steps (and does not want to slow down). She and her husband and boys left Saturday.. and we hated to see them go.. their absence became reality yesterday when my bride removed all the safety devices "locking" all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reflected this morning.. about how happy I am because of those safety devices, but even more so, I thanked God for the REASONS we use them.

From the "Bias? What bias?" department - HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline: "Infectious disease expert spells out why Donald Trump’s rally plan is ‘not a good idea’" -- Good grief, and I can find a dozen infectious disease EXPERTS who agree with President Trump.. so could HuffPOOPOO if it wanted to do so.

---
From the "Biased? How about EXCESSIVE bias?" department - Online headline/story: "While Trump minimizes the toll, government orders 100,000 new body bags * The federal government placed orders for well over 100,000 new body bags to hold victims of COVID-19 in April, according to internal administration documents obtained by NBC News, as well as public records. * The biggest set was earmarked for purchase the day after President Donald Trump projected that the U.S. death toll from the coronavirus might not exceed 50,000 or 60,000 people. * The "human remains pouches" have not been paid for or shipped to the Federal Emergency Management Agency yet, according to the company's marketing manager * Body bag contracts bid by Homeland Security and the Veterans Affairs Department are just one illustration of how Trump's sunny confidence about the nation's readiness to reopen is in conflict with the views of officials in his own administration who are quietly preparing for a far worse outcome." -- "according to internal administration documents obtained by NBC News, as well as public records."? Good grief!NBC is proud? Proud that it can find PUBLIC records of this administration wanting to be prepared? The question NBC should be exploring is why the Obama/Biden administration LEFT OFFICE with almost NO disaster equipment/supplies in stock! President Trump deserves MSM-13 PRAISE for his abilities to get necessary things done in such an efficient time period.

--
From the "For real? Or is this a political assassination attempt?" department - Online headline: "Megan Rapinoe throws support behind Joe Biden in Instagram chat, offers to be his running mate" -- Good grief... how would Biden explain Rapinoe after promising to name a woman (versus a 'female') as his running mate? On the other hand, how much damage will rejecting that offer do to the Democratic Party...

---
Hey, Columbus Council...when will debris and recycle pick-up resume, and are we going to get a refund of the fees we've paid for the time frame we haven't had such service?

---
From the "darned if you do, damned if you don't" department - HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline: "Deaf New Yorkers sue Cuomo for not providing sign language interpreter at daily briefings" -- Good grief! Has there been a TV set made this Century that doesn't have a "Captions" option?.. These idiots would be better off suing the NFL for not having a "signer" next to each teams "center" signing out the QB's play changes.

---
Another HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline/story: "Joe Biden denies Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegation * “They aren’t true. This never happened.” -- Hey, Creepy Joe... WRONG ANSWER! You should of used the Clinton standby response.. No, not Bill's "I did not....", but Hellary's, "I do not recall"..

Advice for Creepy Joe: "Hey Creepy Joe, you should contact Congressman Sanford Bishop on how he made Jehmu Greene's similar (and backed by elevator security video) disappear.

---
Online headline: "Over 1 million Georgia voters request absentee ballots" -- Hmmm but over 6,300,000 were sent out to voters .. is there that little interest...or are we seeing preliminary fraudulent activity?

---
Online headline: "Georgia gets an ‘F’ in social distancing, data shows. Which counties did the worst? * Counties earning F grades: Muscogee, Rockdale, Peach, Decatur, Dade, Gwinnett, Crisp, Bibb, Floyd, Troup, Dougherty, Morgan, Spalding, Harralson, Clayton, Catoosa, Thomas, Toombs, Cherokee, Bartow, Laurens, Houston, Coffee, Cobb, Douglas, Cherokee and 43 others." -- Has anyone checked the demographics of the failing counties? Could this, plus reading deficiency skills of public education be the cause of racial targeting of the virus deaths that people are claiming?

---
Online headline/story: "Pompeo clashes with Warren on Iran deal, asks if she's 'good' with China sending tanks to Tehran * Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Thursday clashed with Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., over a Trump administration plan to block weapon sales to Iran by arguing that the U.S. is still part of the Iran nuclear deal because it remains part of a U.N. resolution that enshrined the agreement." -- Seriously? Massachusetts voters are content with Elizabeth Warren being one of their Senators?

Was glad to see Mayor Skip's mesa=sage to Columbus yesterday, and glad to know ..that even with the City government buildings still being off limits to most.. maybe all.. citizens, that the offices were all open and doing their work.. With this in mind, maybe the Tax Assessor will hound the Authority member to pay his two years worth of delinquent property taxes on 22 different pieces. I have to wonder how much in property taxes may be delinquent all over Columbus.. Now that I think about it, that Virginia College property on Veterans Parkway was (is) delinquent as well. Hey Council.. anyone know exactly how much in delinquent property taxes we do have?

---
From the "maybe it's time to review.. and revoke college professors' 'tenure' status" department - Online headline/story: "New Jersey professor responds to backlash after ‘F--- each and every Trump supporter’ comment * A professor at a New Jersey university doubled down Thursday, saying she's tenured, after blaming President Trump and his supporters for the impact of the coronavirus outbreak, claiming it’s their fault African-Americans have been dying at a disproportionate rate. * “F--- each and every Trump supporter. You absolutely did this. You are to blame,” were among the comments * "I said what I meant. And I curse cuz I'm grown," she wrote in part in a series of tweets Thursday, adding, "I have tenure. Rutgers won't be firing me for tweets."" -- Hey, Rutger's Board, every one ..especially civilized alumni.. are looking at you!

You know.. all colleges should review their "tenure" conditions.. professors should not be able to "speak" for their employers..

---
From the "he's got it backasswards" department - Online headLIE: "Cuomo: New York has been 'bailing out' other states for decades" -- Wait a minute, Governor Fredo.. "bail out" is a term you should very familiar with... only because the number of New Yorkers who are "bailing out" of New York for other states because of your states super-high taxes and state budget deficits! A recent survey show's of all the "moving" in New York, only 37% of the moves are INTO New York... 63% of them are for people MOVING OUT of NY.

---
Hmmm...so the homeless are taking over the NYC subway cars... my question, since Mayor ed Bl@sio has called for Gestapo tactics against NYC's Jewish community and shut down open air parks, why are the subway cars and stations even open? Seems to me that the unions would be 'striking ' NYC. Another question is how to practice "social distancing" in a Subway car that is only 8.6 feet wide?

---
Wow! Macy's is opening all of it's stores on Monday.. This is really a great reversal of attitude.. During the 2016 election period, Macy's made a loud point when taking Trump labeled products off it's sales floors, and now Macy's is standing up for his economy.

From the "all Americans are created equal, but some Americans are more equal than others" department - Online story: "Last Friday, Michelle Obama debuted two PSA videos urging African-Americans to stay safe from the coronavirus by staying home – and the very next day her husband Barack was spotted out on the links playing golf * two PSAs by Mrs. Obama were released on Friday, April 24, telling African-Americans to stay home, even if they’re not exhibiting any symptoms of the virus, because they can still spread the disease to others. * Then, on Saturday, her husband, former President Barack Obama, was outside enjoying a round of golf in Virginia * the golf course is an exclusive, member-owned venue that “is at least a 45-minute drive from the Obamas’ home in the Kalorama neighborhood of Washington, D.C" -- Hmm.. 45 minutes from Washington, DC.. what was Obama doing there.. thought his home was on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts...

---
New Jersey is already the nation's leader in population recession.. surveys show for every 32 people who move to NY, 68 are moving out.. It's gonna get worse.. NY has over 800,000 citizens out of work, and NJ Governor Phil Murphey is considering paying ILLEGAL ALIENS in NJ $600.00 a week to help them through the Covid-19 disaster in his state..Hey, FEC.. be ready with a bigger team of voting officials to monitor the NJ polls.. this sounds like voter fraud is about to explode there!

---
Hope every Democrat will view this video of Creepy Joe advocating for a Southern border fend.. 40 feet high...

Thursday, April 30, 2020

You know.. if you see people out driving or shopping, they are probably conservatives and Trump supporters... only Democrats actually enjoy staying at home drawing a government support check without going stir crazy.

From the "why are Comey, Holder, Lynch, and Obama free men this morning?" department - Online headline/story: "FBI discussed interviewing Michael Flynn 'to get him to lie' and 'get him fired,' handwritten notes show * The handwritten notes -- written by the FBI's former head of counterintelligence Bill Priestap after a meeting with then-FBI Director James Comey and then-FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Fox News is told -- further suggested that agents planned in the alternative to get Flynn "to admit to breaking the Logan Act" when he spoke to then-Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak during the presidential transition period. * "What is our goal?" one of the notes read. "Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?" -- Thank heaven for President Trump! America was in a bad way when politicians were becoming socialists, but when Justice Department and FBI Directors joined in, America was about to die as our Founding Fathers created it.

NYC Mayor de Bl@sio announced he was ordering a police state for Jewish congregations... yet has also announced he's delivering 100,000 meals to 32 Muslim sites. Hmmm..that means an average of 3,125 meals will be delivered to those sites. I wonder how many Jewish sites have, 3,125 people congregated?

---
More wonderful news! Our middle daughter and her husband and daughter are announcing a new addition to the family.. November due date!

---
MSM-13 doesn't ask Biden about his aggressive/abusive actions towards women, but more importantly they don't ask Pelosi or Schumer why they aren't pitching to help President Trump lead our country during the worst medical and financial crises of our lifetimes.

---
It's a National shame...an absolute shame..that our nation is having of the worst medical issue which is creating a huge financial crisis , and Democrats have basically abandoned our country...the Democrat leadership won't even bring it's majority House members together to help President Trump. MSM-13 disgusts me...!

---
Hey.. why aren't Congressional members paid "per diem" for the days they work in Washington, DC rather than salaried? Oh, and if Congress persons aren't "essential" enough to be required to be on the job, why are we still paying for their staff members?

---
Wouldn't farmers be better off selling ..even giving away excess foods to 3rd World countries rather than plowing it under or destroying it?

---
Looks like it'll be close to 20,000 people in NY who will succumbs to the coronavirus prior the rescheduled NY primaries..while the Presidential primary has been canceled, other races will be contested as scheduled.. wonder how many of the 20,000 who've died will cast their votes in the NY Democratic Primary?

---
Guess Democrats are relying on a Bill Clinton "definition"... Online headline: "1,700 Babies Have Died Since Pennsylvania Gov Tom Wolf Banned Elective Procedures But Allowed Abortions" -- In April, I had one appointment with my heart doctor swapped from an office visit to a phone call, and another postponed until mid-May (pending further developments)... because they are elective .. on the other hand, abortions are deemed
essential".. Wait a minute.. I thought abortions were a "choice" for women... regardless of how Clinton defines "choice", Webster still defines it as "elective".

---
My comment about Spencer High School here in Columbus, GA being ranked the worst in GA and the Nation may not be true.. There's a possibility it is either Jordan High or Kendrick High.. seems those three were put together in a range of "non-specifically assigned" bad rankings, but I've got someone doing more investigative work to positively identify which of the three is the actual WORST in the State AND Nation.. It shouldn't matter to the MCSB.. Dr Lewis should be "called upon the carpet" to explain why ANY of our schools are ranked so low...

---
From the "have you heard any question about this at the Covid-19 update press conferences?" department - Online headline/story: "DR. FAUCI BACKED CONTROVERSIAL WUHAN LAB WITH MILLIONS OF U.S. DOLLARS FOR RISKY CORONAVIRUS RESEARCH * In 2019, with the backing of NIAID, the National Institutes of Health committed $3.7 million over six years for research that included some gain-of-function work. The program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses, which ended in 2019, bringing the total to $7.4 million." -- Excuse me, but this seems to be a very pertinent question for MSM-13 to ask as this "research program" began under Obama/Biden in 2014...

---
Here we go again... IT"S BACK! The Liberty Theater issue... again.....and Council is entertaining about $3 Million for a privately held entity that has tremendous grant and donation capacities within it's realm. Council seems to be forgetting that sales taxes are taking a hit, there are uncollected property taxes in limbo, we have a growing collection of potholes that need fixing, and I'm sure fees normally collected for traffic Court are stagnant at best. Hey, Council... our City's infrastructure needs should be your only PRIORITY for projects at this time!

---
I'm not letting the City off on charging $1.00 mailing fee, and my being charged a $1.95 "Convenience Fee" for paying via an electronic check on a local bank! It's just wrong.. Besides, some 3rd party is making more off handling this than the City.. that's wrong, too.

From the "Harvard... or Wu-Harvard?" department - Online headline/story: "U.S. NEWS *
Harvard's chemistry chair charged with lying about China contract * Federal agents allege the professor violated U.S. law by not disclosing the money he received to the Defense Department. * Charles M. Lieber, the chair of Harvard's Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology, allegedly violated federal law by not disclosing his involvement in China's Thousand Talents Plan to the Defense Department, including money he received, * The charging documents allege that under the Thousand Talents contract Lieber was paid $50,000 in monthly salary by China's Wuhan University of Technology and another $158,000 in living expenses. He was also awarded some $1.74 million to set up a research lab there." -- This story ran in January, but was under the sight-lines at that time..While Harvard.. with it's $40 BILLION in Endowments... is not "going away", but this and other revelations seem to show Harvard as leaning further left to undermine the US.

---
I hear people claim that wearing a mask is to protect "others" from you... this sounds "backasswards" at a minimum. and stupid as the alternative.. I do not have any symptoms or indications that I have the virus, so if I'm wearing the mash to protect others... what am I protecting them FROM? I guess wearing gloves is the same thing in their minds.. think about that.. I wear the gloves to protect my hands from contacting something from others.. but when I'm wearing them, I'm spreading whatever I've touched to everything .. or everybody.. I touch afterwards.. Like John Wayne said, "Life's tough... and even tougher if you're stupid."

---
In an online Democratic "debate" among candidates wanting to run against Senator Perdue, our ex-mayor Queen TT Tom-LYING-son.. took it on the chin when asked about her "prison work camps", and swung and missed when she tried to undermine Sarah Riggs Amico's Obama endorsement by asking her if Obama knew Amico had supported Republican **it Romney.. Heck, Romney isn't even a RINO .. much less a Republican.. and Obama knew/knows this.

Online headline: "Former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams said during an interview Tuesday that Governor Brian Kemp's decision to reopen businesses was "dangerously incompetent and deeply callous." -- Hmmm... says the self-acclaimed "essential non-employed worker" and 2018 losing GA gubernatorial candidate who obviously feels "shelter at home" does not apply to her...

---
Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline: "Virus pushes US into worst slump since 2008" -- Hmmm... well, I wouldn't give ALL the credit to "the virus".. there's plenty of credit that Queen Pelosi deserves..

---
Columbus L-E story: "Fox News, CNN and MSNBC all posted substantial increases over the same time a year ago. Fox News and MSNBC each set all-time records, and CNN had its highest-rated month in more than a decade as anxious viewers sought the latest news and information about the coronavirus outbreak" -- Hearing CNN and MSNBC had increases reminds me of an old joke about "Reader's Digest".. "How do you un-inform Digest readers,,, take away their Readers' Digest... how do you misinform them.. Give it back..

---
Columbus L-E story: "The NCAA is moving forward with a plan to allow college athletes to earn money for endorsements and a host of other activities involving personal appearances and social media content. * The NCAA announced Wednesday that its Board of Governors supports permitting athletes the ability to cash in on their names, images and likenesses as never before and without involvement from the association, schools or conferences." -- Which makes them "professionals" under any definition.. which also means the NCAA has little defense if it tries to keep College Football players from playing professionally for indoor or summer league football teams during the "off season".

From the "Coin Flip: either the 'Bias? What bias?' or the 'headLIE' " department - Online headline/story: "Unions Angered by Trump's Meat Production Order * The order uses the Defense Production Act to classify meat processing as critical infrastructure to try to prevent a shortage of chicken, pork and other meat on supermarket shelves. Unions fired back, saying the White House was jeopardizing lives and prioritizing cold cuts over workers' health." - Good grief... If anyone in "the Unions" is angry that President Trump has kept their jobs open and meat on their tables, it's the Union Bosses paying lip-service to the Democrats.

You know, I wasn't as upset to hear that the L A Lakers had received a Covid Relief Loan (but are returning it) as I was to realize that the Lakers had to make the application to get it.

Online story: " An Alaska school board removed five famous -- but allegedly "controversial" -- books from district classrooms, inadvertently spurring renewed local interest in the excluded works. * "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings" by Maya Angelou, "Catch-22" by Joseph Heller, "The Things They Carried" by Tim O'Brien, "The Great Gatsby" by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and "Invisible Man" by Ralph Ellison were all taken off an approved list of works that teachers in the Mat-Su Borough School District may use for instruction. * The school board voted 5-2 on Wednesday to yank those works out of teachers' hands starting this fall. The removed books contained content that could potentially harm students* Several books that were not removed from classrooms still came under harsh scrutiny. "The Jungle" and "A Christmas Carol" could be interpreted as advocating for socialism, while "A Street in Bronzeville" was called to question for showing too much "realism" in describing racism against African Americans, according to a district memo." -- Interesting.. the most important aspect of an education is showing students history.. and that people can change to future to improve things.. Interesting, too, is that I've asked our local School board whether or not "Animal Farm" is still required reading in High School as it exposes the pitfall of Socialism.. "all animals are equal, but some animals are more equal" (FTR.. no answer... yet)

---
From the "how dare he!" department - HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline: "Pence bucks Mayo Clinic's mandatory mask policy during visit" -- Hmmm if you are in a room .. or store.. and EVERYONE else "has" to wear a mask, wouldn't you just as safe not wearing one?

---
From the "what's good for the goose. is not for the gander" department - Online headline/story: "Chicago mayor blasts video of 'reckless and utterly unacceptable' house party * The mayor asked citizens to anonymously call police if they see people gathering in groups and not practicing social distancing. * "While most Chicagoans are doing their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19, reckless actions like these threaten our public health and risk erasing the progress we have made. We will hold those responsible accountable," according to the mayor. "I am asking everyone to be in this together." -- Hmm... is this not a perfect example of "some animals are more equal than others"? Just a couple of weeks ago, Mayor Lightfoot deemed herself about her own laws and arranged to get her hair styled.. just because she could.. Welcome to Socialism 101!

---
You know... history is suppose to be a memory.. not a vision..

So Hellary has now jumped on the Biden wagon.. you know, maybe Biden should start feeling wary.. Even the Democrat-base is not that happy with Hellary and Warren and Pelosi on the same page.. especially the "Bernie Bunch".

You know.. I applaud Pelosi for wearing her scarves across her mouth and nose.. not so much because they are masks, but more like "gags". Wonder if she'd wear one made out of recycle plastic grocery bags as a unity sign with AOC..

Online headline : "'Pathetic': Schumer slams Trump's coronavirus testing blueprint" -- "Pathetic"? // No, what's "pathetic" are the facts that Schumer has "no plan" of his own, and has not helped Trump.. or America... AT ALL!

From the "Hey, Brad Raffensperger, are you listening"" department - Online headline/story: "28 Million Mail-In Ballots Went Missing in Last Four Elections * Between 2012 and 2018, 28.3 million mail-in ballots remain unaccounted for, according to data from the federal Election Assistance Commission. The missing ballots amount to nearly one in five of all absentee ballots and ballots mailed to voters residing in states that do elections exclusively by mail. * A significant increase in mail-in voting this fall could greatly incentivize “ballot harvesting,” where third parties collect mail-in ballots on behalf of voters and deliver them to election officials. There’s long been a consensus that such a practice incentivizes fraud, and ballot harvesting is illegal in most of the country. Public debate over the issue has intensified in recent years after a GOP operative in North Carolina was indicted for crimes related to ballot harvesting in 2018. * That same election cycle California legalized ballot harvesting, and observers say the practice played a key role in ousting several Republican congressmen in Orange County in 2018, a longstanding GOP stronghold in a state that has become very liberal in recent decades. " -- And this doesn't even count the 4 tubs of mailed in ballots recently found in Wisconsin that won't be counted..

From the "we believe facts over truth" department - Online headline/story: Biden Has Earned 11 Pinocchios From Fact-Checkers During Coronavirus Crisis * Over the course of three weeks between March 13 and April 3, Biden was fact-checked five separate times for making false or misleading claims concerning the Trump administration's handling of the pandemic." -- Hmm .. while all grievous, none so much as these two: 1 - "Over the course of three weeks between March 13 and April 3, Biden was fact-checked five separate times for making false or misleading claims concerning the Trump administration's handling of the pandemic." and 2 - "Another Post fact check on March 24 gave the campaign four Pinocchios after adviser Ron Klain accused Trump of silencing Dr. Nancy Messonnier of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. "The president and the White House sent a clear message to scientists in the government—there would be a price for speaking out and speaking up," he said in a campaign video released on March 21. Messonnier continued to hold routine phone briefings with reporters in the weeks after she raised the alarm about the virus at a press conference with Trump."

A lot of Socialist "things" sound good until you parse them.. take "universal income" ..wow... getting paid what the government officials feel you are worth... basically room and board.. but not at their level of needs.... and you won't have control of earning any more than the person next to you. Who said slavery ended following the Civil War?

It's sorta ironic..but moronic, too, that Pelosi says she's not calling the House back to work.... Excuse me, but I really haven't remembered it working for America since Newt was Speaker in the 1990's.

---
Shame on the Mayor of Philadelphia. He went on TV to complain about the money being spent on the Blue Angel/Thunderbirds flyover saying he'd have liked that money to spend himself.. President Trump boosted the spirits of First Responders and taxpayers alike with a much needed moment..on the other hand, the Mayor would have wasted the money.

So Jesse Ventura is "testing" the water for a White House run... hmmm bet this doesn't "float" very long.

Got reminded yesterday that the "We Do Amazing" Columbus Chamber of Commerce still hasn't filled their open Executive Director's office. Maybe we should reduce it to "amazing"..... or maybe we can get verification that the top candidate bailed out and the next two declined after hearing that.

Online headline: "Howard Stern suggests Trump supporters take disinfectants and drop dead" -- Hmmm... sounds like Stern is a graduate of the Hellary/DNC "School of Politics", with a major in "Deplorable Identification"

From the "was Columbus even in the running?" department - Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Amazon announces new Georgia facility * The new warehouse based in Columbia County will ship small orders, including books, toys, and household goods * “I could not be more proud to welcome them to the Central Savannah River Area, and I am excited for the hardworking Georgians who will benefit from this new operation,” Kemp said * Columbia County Board of Commissioners Chairman Doug Duncan said the new facility will be the “single-largest” job creation and investment project in the county * Amazon currently employs nearly 3,500 people in facilities across Georgia." -- we lost out on the one built in Macon not too long ago, and now another Amazon Center is opening near Savannah. and we have to wonder whether we were even considered...especially when considering Kemp nor Trump came close to winning here in Columbus...
