From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online story: "The Auschwitz Museum and Memorial and Illinois' governor denounced the use of Nazi slogans at a Chicago protest to ease lockdown measures after a photo of a woman holding a sign with a German phrase circulated online. * photo of a woman wearing an American flag mask and holding a sign in German that read "Arbeit macht frei," or "work will set you free," during a protest Friday at the Thompson Center." -- An unfortunate choice at best, but.. when governors and mayors have declared it will pay "snitches" where was MSM-13 asking them about their Nazi "Brownshirt" tactics/orders?

---
HuffPOOPOO "poop" headline headline: "DNC chair brushes off calls to investigate Tara Reade claim: 'I trust Joe Biden'" -- DNC Chairman Tom Perez said, "I trust Joe Biden." Hmmm .. I trust Joe Biden, too.. I trust him to BE Joe Biden... I trust him as far as the ousted President and Attorney General of Ukraine do.. and I trust him to be a Socialist-Democrat.

---
Speaking of Creepy Joe and his Ukraine past, what has happened with the BILLION=plus dollar "loan guarantee" he Biden authorized for Obama? To me a "loan guarantee" is basically a cosigned note for another person to be able to get a loan from somewhere else.. Who did the Ukraine "borrow" the money from, and did the Ukraine pay it back or did the US have to make the loan "good"?

From the "How many Oxymorons, lies, and improbabilities can you find in one sentence?" department - Online story: "The New York Times editorial called for records from Biden’s time in the Senate to be reviewed by what they called “an unbiased, apolitical panel, put together by the D.N.C.,” leading Axios' Jonathan Swan to speculate whether the Times actually was serious." -- And I bet the NYTimes feels that having a panel of death row inmates would be a great jury for the next serial rapist/murderer to come to trial.. sadly, I can see our Columbus L-E feeling the same way as the NYTimes.

From the "revolving door? No, more like a conveyor belt" department - Online headline/story: "California man arrested 3 times in a day, given citations and released due coronavirus restrictions * The Glendora Police Department said Friday on Facebook that 24-year-old Dijon Landrum from Monterey Park racked up three citations between 8:28 a.m. and 8:50 p.m. on Wednesday after three incidents in the city located about 23 miles east of Los Angeles. * around 8:28 a.m, officers arrived at the scene, they contacted Landrum, who was attempting to drive away in a stolen vehicle from the East Los Angeles area. In addition to driving a stolen vehicle, police said the 24-year-old had stolen property and narcotics with him. * One hour after Landrum was released, officers received a call around 2:20 p.m. of an unknown man carrying a box and walking through the front yards of homes. * "It appeared that the male was placing items in this box as he was walking through the properties," police said. * When officers arrived on the scene, they encountered Landrum for the second time, reportedly with a box of stolen property. He was issued a second citation and released * Several hours later around 8:50 p.m., officers received a call of a vehicle that had been stolen out of a parking lot on the 1300 block of South Grand Avenue. * Officers tracked the vehicle and located it heading along the westbound 100 freeway * Landrum was once again arrested, this time for allegedly being in possession of a stolen vehicle and for evading officers. * "Due to the California Zero-Bail Policy, Landrum was released with his third citation of the day," police said." --- Hmmm... I wish I could say this was limited to CA-razy, but I can't.. I'd also like to think this couldn't happen in Columbus, GA... but I can't.

Online headline: "Democratic Rep. Vernon Jones on endorsing Trump: 'I put my country before my party' -- You know, Vernon Jones attitude would get me interested at looking at Democratic Party nominees... again...but what I seen the Democratic Party do to Jones and a Michigan state representative has shown me... proven to me... that the Democratic Party still puts Pelosi ahead of our country.

---
From the "interesting correlation" department - The Pharisees attacked Jesus because Jesus did not agree with their narrative. We are witnessing...experiencing .... a similar pattern happening in our lives today... Democrats..MSM-13, and "some" Republicans attack President Trump simply because his presentation of a successful America doesn't fit their Socialist manifesto.

Online NYTimes headline/story: "Trump Moves to Replace Watchdog Who Identified Critical Medical Shortages * President Trump moved on Friday night to replace a top official at the Department of Health and Human Services who angered him with a report last month highlighting supply shortages and testing delays at hospitals during the coronavirus pandemic. * Christi A. Grimm, the principal deputy inspector general at the Department of Health and Human Services, released a report outlining hospital equipment shortages." -- So an "acting official" filed an "embarrassing" report about deficiencies in medical supplies for an unplanned, unexpected emergency (hmmm.. and isn't the definition of "emergency" something that happens because it was a possibility but cannot be predicted when it will happen?), Now, Ms Grimm became the Principle Deputy in January of 2020, but she was a Deputy since 2014 under the Obama Administration.. so why weren't the
medical supplies readily available during her previous 6 years when she was responsible for "knowing" the situation?, and where was she 3 years ago letting her new boss know how badly the Obama Administration had ignore emergency preparedness?

You can read Christi A. Grimm's HHS PR bio here:

Online headline?story: "New York's Cuomo warns against 'blindly' reopening states * he called premature demands that he reopen the state, saying he knew people were struggling without jobs but that more understanding of the coronavirus was needed. * governors in about half the United States partially reopen their economies over this weekend, Cuomo said he needed much more information on what the pandemic is doing in his hardest-hit state before he loosens restrictions." -- "Cuomo warns"? Governor Fredo Cuomo was the servant given 1 talent who buried it versus put it to work to help.. Like other Democratic Party leaders, he has no faith in the Lord or people's ability to overcome adversity. As quoted from Jeremiah 5:21 - "Hear this, you foolish and senseless people, who have eyes but do not see, who have ears but do not hear"

---
Columbus L-E headline: "Harassment, assault absent in Biden personnel complaint" -- Good grief.. What's not to believe about Tara Reade's story... most woman in 1993 assaulted by a prominent Democratic politician would have seen how the women of Clinton were mistreated and been discouraged from standing up firm. And.. let's not forget that in addition to the Clinton-women-abuse era of 1993, how Joe Biden, as Chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, tried to lynch Clarence Thomas' Supreme Court confirmation hearings with his abusive tactics.

In addition to the Clinton-women-abuse era, don't forget how Joe Biden, as chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee tried to end Clarence Thomas' Supreme Court appointment with his abusive tactics.

Online headline/story: "Virginia Governor Signs Legislation Repealing Voter ID Law 8 Virginia will no longer require voters to present a photo ID in order to cast a ballot, Governor Ralph Northam announced Sunday as he signed several pieces of voter access legislation. * “Voting is a fundamental right, and these new laws strengthen our democracy by making it easier to cast a ballot, not harder,” Northam, a Democrat, said Sunday in a statement. “No matter who you are or where you live in Virginia, your voice deserves to be heard. I’m proud to sign these bills into law.”" -- Voting is a fundamental right of all Americans, but as an American, you..me.. have a right to know that our votes are not offset by fraudulently cast vote. Now, unscrupulous poll workers can look at the voter lists near the end of an election day and see who hasn't voted, and someone... anyone else.. can say they are such a voter and cast that vote fraudulently. You know, Governor Northam brought shame to the office with revelations of his "blackface" days, but this week, he gave Lady Liberty and Lady Justice huge black-eyes.

I think Covid-19 has brought ESPN to it's knees...I saw a TV listing on Saturday where ESPN was broadcasting the 51st Annual National Rock Skipping Championship..I clicked it on just to see for myself, and there it was..obviously taped, from the shores of Lake Michigan . I shook my head, and thought...will ESPN recover from this.

---
You know, the fundamental difference between President Trump's plans for America versus Pelosi's is that Trump wants to get government out of the people's pockets, and Pelosi wants to get her hands deeper into the people's pockets.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer commentary headline/content: "Politics motivated Trump’s attack on governor of Ga. * BY JOHN A. TURES * Anyone who has heard about Georgia Governor Brian Kemp’s plan to reopen the state after the coronavirus lockdown is also probably aware of President Donald Trump’s attacks on Kemp and his plan. While I don’t agree with Kemp’s policy, I think Georgia is being unfairly singled out not only by our chief executive, but also much of the national media. * Trump’s wrath with Kemp went public Wednesday: “I told the governor of Georgia Brian Kemp that I disagree strongly with his decision to open certain facilities.” * On Thursday, he went a step further: “I wasn’t happy with Brian Kemp, I wasn’t at all happy.”" -- What a typical liberal response... Tures has bypassed the ire he has for Governor Kemp simply because it gives him a better shot at President Trump. At least Tures did not truncate the statement's Trump made in order to change the context, but Tures could not refrain his personal animosity for President Trump. Sure, there's been political motive involved, but it's mostly Tures' bias.

Online headline/story: "Biden insiders slam Stacey Abrams’ veep pitch: ‘No one takes Stacey seriously’ * While campaigning for vice president traditionally requires a delicate dance of private lobbying and public demurring, (Stacey) Abrams has flipped the script — openly campaigning for the position. In an April 22 appearance on “The View” Abrams said she has “concerns” about Biden “not picking a woman of color.” -- Obviously Stacey Abrams is not a follower of Dr MLK's "Dream".. she feels her skin color is more important than her character....

From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "White House blocks Fauci from testifying before Congress" -- Good grief! Trump and Fauci, even, are walking the walk in Washington, while the Pelosi Pit has been "sheltered anywhere BUT Washington" doing nothing but talking.. Of course, when Pelosi DOES talk with him, bet she won't ask him why Obama put Fauci and the Chinese Wuhan Labs working together studying Bat viruses...

On my birthday, my now 8-year-old granddaughter serenaded me with a song she composed (as she went) she called it "Rough Times".. It was about how our family coped with social... no, SAFETY distancing, and how happy we were getting together as a family. She was right.. we adapted as we went through this.. learned new ways to express our love and concern and appreciation for each other.. Yes.. we enhanced our connections.. Looks like Walmart has, too. With the limitations imposed by government, and our on wishes to keep safe, customers turned to new ways to shop.. Home delivery was one.. Well, Walmarts studied it.. worked with it, and now will offer a two-hour home delivery option. In fact, Walmarts is adding 74,000 jobs to make this a feature/option in all it's stores. This shows you how the private sector handles adversity... by inventing new and better way.. Compare this to the Democratic Party's agenda that "chaos"creates a new way to take rights away from citizens..

---
Hearing Creepy Joe Biden say that the charges by Tara Reade "“No, it is not true. I am saying unequivocally — it never happened,” is like getting a bucket of cold water pour on your face...even if you weren't sober, you become sober.. Biden is a 47 year long career politician and the Truth has never been in him..

---
Could you believe that a MSM-13 "journalist" at a White House Press Conference lead by new WH Spokesperson Kayleigh McEnany asked her to pledge not to lie. What I wouldn't give to hear McEnany also add that the public would also like to hear all MSM-13 "journalists" to promise not to lie.

---
Online headline: "Joe Biden picks vetting team as he searches for running mate" -- Hmmm... looks like Creepy Joe may have difficulty in keeping his promise made about his running mate.. he's assembled a team of four to go finds a suitable woman willing to work with him.

---
From the "Biden better hire Bill Clinton to define "this" over the weekend" department - Online headline/story: "Greg Gutfeld on Biden response to Tara Reade claims: He 'was doing great in that interview until he confessed' * "Look, Biden was doing great in that interview until he confessed," Gutfeld said. "First he had the total denial. I think that was pretty good. The denial was pretty strong. And then he says as a complaint. 'You know, I don't know why all of a sudden 27 years (later) 'this' gets raised." -- Hmmm.. even in an soft-pitch interview at your home field, words is words.. and Creepy Joe better find a suitable reason the "this" he remember from 27 years ago AIN'T what Tara Reade remembers..

---
Biden says his Senate records stored at U of Delaware don't have any mention of the Tara Reade incident... let's see...is it possible have others have had access to them and removed any mention, or did Creepy Joe remove them before sending the records there?

---
From the "only in "CA-razy" department - Online headline/story: "California court orders release of 7 high-level sex offenders as gov criminalizes beach attendance * Orange County Sheriff Don Barnes also argued in a statement released Wednesday that the jails are not currently overcrowded, social distancing and quarantine measures have been put in place, thus stressing that freeing these inmates was not necessary." -- Good grief.. CA-razy is almost too weak to describe California politics.. where but CA-razy will a governor declare law abiding citizens exercising their Constitutional rights are criminals, and convicted felonious criminals be set free to resume life on the streets as they see fit..

---
From the "Br'er Governor Fredo Cuomo actually threw Br'er Trump into that Briar Patch again" department - Online headline: "Coronavirus: Amid New York's unused hospital beds and ventilators, critics point to mass waste and mismanagement" -- You know, I was taught that sometimes.. well, most of the time.. to give a complainer what they want is the best way to prove your point and embarrass the complainer. Cuomo was a leading complainer of what he needed to cope with Covid-19 in NY, and Trump "gave it to him".. now all Cuomo can do in the future is explain why his judgment was badly flawed and Trump was right from the beginning.

---
From the "I hope Columbus Council has seen this" department - Online headline: "Georgia agencies told to plan billions in spending cuts due to pandemic" -- Hmmm... Governor Kemp recognizes that revenues are going to be "short" in the next few months, and is taking responsibility to limit the financial damages to the state. Let's hope Columbus Council will take a hint.. even talking about the Virginia College plans or the funding of repairs to the Liberty are not in the best interest of Columbus taxpayers at any time, but especially now.. Council would be wise to pursue the delinquent property taxes that exist on the books to help with cash shortages..especially one's owed by an Authority executive on taxpayer expense.

---
Online headline: "House Democrat Swalwell on Biden sexual assault allegation: Tara Reade 'has a right to be heard’ -- Hmmm.. He's right..Tara Reade has a right to be heard.... funny, Smalwell didn't feel that way about the truth being heard... or spoken .. by Democrats at the impeachment debacle .

---
Is not the revealing of internal memos of executives in the FBI concerning the unwarranted 'Inquisition" of Gen Flynn reasonable enough to open a full-fledged investigation into the Obama/Biden Administration so the FBI can salvage it's reputation that lays in turmoil today?

---
As disturbing as it is to hear biased and perverted political tripe from the Governors of NY and CA, it doesn't bother me as much about their bias and lies. I figure that both states will vote against President Trump anyway, but I am bothered by the citizen flight out of NY and CA-razy and the impact liberal indoctrinated voters moving to other states affecting the voting results.

---
Just for the record, had a non-impeachable source deliver the official murder toll in Columbus the first 4 months of 2020... 13...even without other non-natural violent deaths, we're still on a pace for 39 such murders, and unless the 2020 Census gets us back over the 200,000 population level..again... we will back over the "20 or more murders per 100,000 population in Columbus.

Am looking at the "phantom" Saturday Edition of the Columbus L-E online.. the irony of this is that it's represented as the digital version of the "Print Edition".. Think about that... the L-E does not actually HAVE a printed Saturday edition, so did any stories in the Online Digital Version actually happen?

---
Columbus L-E front page picture: After all the tax dollars that have been spent making the RiverWalk beautiful and attractive, why does City put up such visual blight? Hmm.. and I'm sure the view from the River, itself, or from the Phenix City side, is even more unattractive..

------------------------
The Columbus L-E had nothing about two assaults that happened over the weekend, so I'm looking for more information concerning the victims of a knifing on Cusseta road, and shootings at the Canty Apartment..let's see if charges of "non-social distancing" are added to the violence charges...

We just finished nearly 3 weeks of grief, celebration and joy and family. Our Atlanta daughter and family came down in the 2nd week of April to be with family as my her grandfathered lingered on in life, and to celebrate her mother's birthday. A funeral happened, then my birthday was approaching as was her niece's, so they stayed. We had nearly 3 weeks of reconnecting with them and watching our grandchildren grow.. Sophia hit 4'8". Win passed the 3' mark, and Mack took his first steps (and does not want to slow down). She and her husband and boys left Saturday.. and we hated to see them go.. their absence became reality yesterday when my bride removed all the safety devices "locking" all the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. I reflected this morning.. about how happy I am because of those safety devices, but even more so, I thanked God for the REASONS we use them.
