I was talking with a former mayor a week ago who had asked a Council person where was the money from the LOST that is suppose to pay for those 100 extra police officers each ear.. He was assured that the money was being saved/accumulated and not being spent.. Somehow, that doesn't seem plausible. My thoughts on this seem to look at the fund balance that was raided so often during the Tom-LYING-son reign, and I think that after 10+ years of not spending the $10 Million or so in annual LOST taxes for the 100 new officers, the City should have an account with in excess of $100,000,000.00 in it, and since it is a PUBLIC SAFETY issue, and Council cannot use $100,000,000.00 to back pay 10+ years of not hiring the 100 extra officers, why don't they USE IT TO REBUILD the new Government Center so the PUBLIC IS SAFER.

Elizabeth Warren is STUPID! There's no other word for it... first she says she's targeting BILLIONAIRES with a wealth tax.. now she's come up with a cutesy "Billionaire calculator" which insults some of the best mathematical brains in the country.. it's like she wants to stand in the middle of the street in Pamplona, Spain during the "running of bulls" and while waving a red cape. It's obvious that she knows nothing about wealth accumulation as being "worth a billion" is not the same as "having a billion in cash".. that n[money may have to be raise by selling off stock in which a capital gains tax would be realized, or selling off a business and ending the jobs that were required. This is more STUPID than claiming she was a Native American because her mother said she was... hmmm.. I'll bet her mother probably said she was STUPID, too, but Warren didn't want to believe that...

I never thought that Jessica Tarlov was stupid before, but she sure exposed herself to this thought process on Fox Outnumbered yesterday. The discussion was on Jeff Sessions getting into the Alabama Republican primary.. Somewhere in the exchanges, Tarlov whined in that.. it's Alabama..they will elect a Republican. Is Tarlov a victim of a liberal education or what? Wish someone had reminded her that late Governor Wallace was a DemocRAT?

Why are news anchors trying so hard to second guess President Trump? Even the Fox ones feel he needs to have a strategy now, and not wait for the Senate trial.. Are these folks blind?
