I may have to cut the strings with Spectrum...I'm tired of hearing them boast about how dependable they are, while we have experienced so many blips, buffer messages, and outright outages over the past 6 months but was excited when they said they were going to "work on them" while we were out of town. When we got got back, the first thing that happened when we cut the TV on to watch the US Open was that it "froze" and I had to restart the streaming option altogether. Hopefully, WOW has solved the issues that made us change to Spectrum years ago.

With my family having been  active supporters of the kids golf development programs at Godwin  Creek in Columbus, GA for decades, I was shocked to learn there's a chance the City might force the program to end. It seems all the "golf money" is funneled through the "Golf Authority", and little makes it to Godwin Creek, and now, the City is balking at the new lease...seemingly because of a request to update the way-out-of-code bathrooms. The ball's in Columbus GA Council's court.

From the "if you wonder, but you don't know for sure, do ask the question” department - When a reporter asked Resident Biden about him being the "Big Guy" mentioned in taped conversations and Hunter Biden linked e-mails, JoKKKe Biden debased the reporter by asking, why he asked such "a dumb question". I've always supported the premise that there are NO DUMB QUESTIONS.. just DUMB ANSWERS/RESPONSES... I rest my case...
