Not a bad weekend for the SEC.......14 & 2... and maybe Texas and Alabama can get on the bandwagon this week. Of course, Arch Manning just blew his "favored" status but Texas did win the "statistics game".. even though Ohio State had more points, and more "time of possession, Texas held Ohio State to only 11 First Downs, and  barely 200 yards total offense, and only 77 of those yards was "on the ground"...

Did you see the sideline "station" erected for Deione Sanders on the Colorado sideline this weekend? Following Sanders' recent surgery, it was determined Sanders needed a "facility" much closer than the locker room, so one was built for him and sponsored by "Depends". When Colorado scores a touchdown this season, can't you hear one of the announcers cracking up saying he wonders if Sanders is "going for  1 or for  2"?...and his partner says, "it depends".....

Over the weekend, I had a local Columbus GA candidate question… CHALLENGE… my statement that Councilor Byron Hickey is a real asset for Columbus GA because I said Hickey had kept Columbus safe and shown he could.. will … make good decisions about Government leadership.. I responded that Byron Hickey had served our City as a Police officer and would make good future decisions for the taxpayers, but it really bothers me another candidate did not recognize Byron Hickey’s courage…
