Hmmm... could it be as simple as the records she "used" were only "criminal" on her part, and she's disposed of that evidence?

Also, for an 11 year old to have been doing "ding dong ditch" at many homes in that neighborhood, other...and probably true older teens... we're "influencing" (possible gang initiation/conditioning) the 11 year old to do such .. ...  The adult was obviously wrong, but circumstances demand further investigation..
