DemoKrats created the "unaffordable housing" issues and fight Republicans, especially President Trump, on eliminating those issues.. The Dodd-Frank (by DemoKrats) bill kept mortgage companies from vetting applicants for credit/income issues, inane construction regulations...especially on government program housing plans,.. were bad enough, but then the DemoKrats opened the border and let in millions of illegal aliens which flooded the available market and ran prices even higher.  A great Columbus GA area example is a government project complex in South Columbus cost taxpayers $300,000 per 1,000-1,200 sq ft apartments, while a similar private apartment built just outside of Muscogee County cost about,, $120,000 per unit ..

His latest rant: Headline/story:  “The seat Evelyn built: Has District 4 Lost its Voice for the Voiceless”  * Toyia Tucker won the District 4 seat in 2020, stepping into shoes that were always going to be hard to fill. But it is not the size of the shoes that troubles many of her constituents. It is the pattern of her votes on the two most consequential personnel decisions this city has faced in a generation — decisions that removed the two most prominent African American public servants in Columbus government.” --  Toyia Tucker should be the HERO of the current Columbus GA Council! Her decisions to vote out former Police Chief Blackmon and former City Manager Hugley (now our mayor -elect ) were based on” character issues rather than skin color, and elevated her status as a forward think/moving Councilor for All of Columbus.. Do I agree with every vote she makes…NO… but I respect her decision be ause she works hard at informing herself over all aspects of the subject and votes accordingly how she see how her decision will affect Columbus GA looking forward… she’ll make a great one day.. if we can keep her.

Here's why she's in the city" --  Hmmm ...why does media give time and space to crackpots... especially "A" crackpot? I'm willing to bet the solo woman either walked within the viewing range of the L-E, or the L-E received an anonymous "tip" of her presence, and that as soon as the L-E photographer left, she probably did, too. On the other hand, at least she wasn't dressed up as a "furry"...
