Jud McMillin (R-Brookville), sponsor of the original welfare drug testing bill." -- I think this would have been a good addition since so much government spending looks/sounds/feels like it was originated amongst a group of drunken sailors with stolen credit cards.

Talent, likability, even accountability are extremely important attributes for the President of a school's PTA, but actually being a parent/guardian of a student at a school seems like it should be the number one prerequisite in selecting a PTA president.
