From the "here we go again" department - Online headline/story: "U.S. intelligence told lawmakers of Russian bid to boost Trump * U.S. intelligence officials told lawmakers last week that Russia is interfering in the 2020 election campaign by aiming to cast doubt on the integrity of the vote and boost President Donald Trump's re-election, a person familiar with the briefing said on Thursday. * The person, who spoke on condition of anonymity because of the matter's sensitivity, said Trump's Republican allies on the Democratic-led House Intelligence Committee questioned the assessment presented by officials of the Office of National Intelligence last Thursday. * "The Republicans responded as you would expect. They went nuts," said the person. "They questioned the intelligence."* "They (the Russians) are favoring one candidate while they do it," said the person, adding that the briefers identified that candidate as Trump. The source declined to elaborate." -- "(Republicans) went nuts"? Of course Republicans... and Americans, went nuts! We've just seen 6 straight months of total lack of "intelligence" from the House Intelligence Committee Democrats... what would ANYBODY think... FEEL for that matter...Now, on the sanity side of logic.. why would the Russians want 4 more years of Trump sanctions and economic successes when a Socialist Comrade would better benefit Russia?

Online story: "A new White House report says the U.S. economy is growing faster than expected, even though the annual gains of 3% that President Donald Trump promised to voters have yet to be achieved. * The annual economic report of the president released Thursday said the economy added more jobs, experienced a lower unemployment rate and grew faster than the projections in an August 2016 report by the Congressional Budget Office. It's part of a broader effort to refute evidence that Trump simply inherited a healthy economy from the Obama administration that had been expanding since the middle of 2009." -- Wow! Just imagine how growth would have accelerated had the DEMOCRATS actually tried to help America the last 3 years!

Again... I'd like to see one MLB manager, coach, or player who has never been involved in a plan to steal and utilize another team signals! Until then. Fiers is merely a snitch... but only AFTER he got the rewards of such.

Online headline: "Bloomberg spends about $7 million per day on his campaign, latest filing shows" -- Hmmm... $7,000,000.00 per day... let's hope he'll campaign himself "broke".. at this rate, his $56,000,000,000.00 will run out in about 21,918 years... maybe a smidge sooner if he invests in some smart pills, and growth hormones..

Online headline/story: "Georgia lawmakers surprised by errors in their voter registration info * Three Georgia legislators recently discovered problems with their voter registration information, soon before the deadline to sign up to vote in the state’s presidential primary." -- Hmmm... and two of the 3 GA legislators are Democrats... and a 4th, State Rep. Alan Powell, a Republican from Hartwell, said someone changed his address to Decatur in August using an online system from the Department of Driver Services, which submits voter registration information to election officials through Georgia’s automatic voter registration program.... but what's more o[]interesting is the Fulton County Director of Elections. Richard Barron.. Fulton County hired him in 2013... not only after he was OUTED from a similar position in Williamson County, Texas, but wooed him with a raise from $89K to $125K. My guess is the errors could be intentional.

Online headline: "Comey says Americans should "use every breath we have" to get rid of Trump in 2020" -- Hmmm.. I reckon Comey would feel this way... Trump's the last man he wants to control the DOJ/FBI investigation into Comey's misdeeds as former Director of the FBI!

Online story: "Former federal prosecutor Ed Tarver entered the race against U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler on Thursday with a focus on bipartisan policies he hopes will distinguish him in a jumbled and polarizing field of candidates in the November race. * The Democrat unveiled his campaign by emphasizing his military background and experience as a U.S. attorney appointed by President Barack Obama. He disparaged a “broken” Washington and warned of values “under assault” by selfish politicians. “I’m running for the U.S. Senate to restore decency to Washington, bring real leadership, and fight for our Georgia values - bipartisan criminal justice reform, fiscal responsibility and access to quality health care,” said Tarver. “We can do so much better than we’re doing today.” --
"a focus on bipartisan policies"? .. "bring real leadership, and fight for GA values"? Good grief.. haven't we just seen how no Democrat in Washington will vote any other way than what PeLOUSY or Schumer tell them to vote? Oh! All he left out was that, like all Beauty Pageant contestants, he wants "World Peace".

Bloomberg says he can be a better president than Trump because he didn't inherit his wealth, he built it...hmmm .. well, Mr Bloomberg, what have you built other than personal wealth from a $10 MILLION buy out of your share of a partnership. Other than his personal homes and personal assistants, there is no legacy that other families can build on or pass on to their families.

WTVM-9 story: "Several Columbus city leaders spent Tuesday in Atlanta representing the city’s interests. * Mayor Skip Henderson said it’s called Columbus Day at the Capitol. Local and state leaders spend the day together talking about goals, budgets, and a legislative wish list. There were also able to score some time with Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. * "It's just an opportunity for us to number one, tell our story and let them know all of the great things that are going in Columbus, but also let them know some things we need,” said Henderson." -- Hmmm... the one thing I am not hearing is that Columbus leaders asked the Legislators and Governor to enact a law requiring all referendums concerning taxes.. local and or state wide.. be restricted to the November General Election date.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer story: " President Donald Trump announced that Richard Grenell, the U.S. ambassador to Germany, will become acting director of national intelligence, a move that puts a staunch Trump ally in charge of the nation’s 17 spy agencies * “Rick has represented our Country exceedingly well and I look forward to working with him,” Trump tweeted on Wednesday. A White House statement Thursday said Grenell “is committed to a nonpolitical, nonpartisan approach” to the job. * News of the announcement was quickly criticized by those who said the job should be held by someone with deep experience in intelligence." -- "criticized by those who said the job should be held by someone with deep experience in intelligence"? Hmm like who... Schi**? PeLOUSY? Nadler? Schumer? Wolf Blitzer? Yeah, right... "those" seem to be people that we KNOW have absolutely no clue what "intelligence" is....

Glad to see the Chattahoochee Valley United Way has "raised" $7,241,800.00.. also wish that it would add ""in pledges" to "raised".. Also wish UW would add how much it expects to actually "net" after defaults and internal expenses... Reality is important...

Columbus L-E headline: "The people bring dog film ‘Call of the Wild’ to life" -- Hmmm... didn't really like the book... and was pleased "Star Wars" killed of Harrison Ford.. no reason for me to see this movie...
