As more and more of the data and pictures on Hunter Biden's "laptop" are released, it won't take much traction until after the election, and if JoKKKe Biden wins.. While I'm opposed to hindering "freedom of speech", I do think there needs to be some reasonable restrictions on political donations.. One broad regulation being that "If you cannot vote for a candidate, you cannot donate to that candidate.. this would be fair to all.. Every US citizen could donate to a Presidential campaign.. every State citizen could donate to every Senatorial candidate in their state, every District citizen could donate to any Congressional candidate in their Congressional District. In State and local races, every citizens who lives within said Districts, County or City Limits could donate to candidates who live in those Districts, Counties, or City Limits, Political Action Committees also need to have a registered list of activists responsible for distributing donation, and those PACs could ONLY donate to races/candidates that a MAJORITY of PAC members are eligible to vote. Sounds pretty simple to me.. and no doubt this would help clean up vicious and untruthful ads..

Here's question that surely will influence the Supreme Court's process in deliberating whether absentee ballots should be counted or rejected.. If any such ballots are hand delivered into an outside ballot drop box, and show up in post Election Day bundles, there want be any USPS postage marking showing they were filed before the polls closed.
