Question: Will BLM accept a reversal of the 1st and 2nd Degree Murder charges Derek Chauvin was found guilty of committing? Minnesota Law covering the 1st Degree murder charge (609.184) requires "premeditation" and "intent", and neither of those should apply when Chauvin was sent to the location to handle a 911 call placed by a citizen to handle a crime. Minnesota's 2nd Degree charge must meet the "intent", but not the "premeditation" requirement. There is an "iffy" statement in 609.19 - Subdivision 2 - Paragraph 2, but under the circumstance of being a random meeting event caused by the commitment of a crime, I'd find it hard for an appeals court to uphold the verdict. While many aspects of the charge for 3rd Degree (609.195) murder were met, enforcing those on a law enforcement officer called in to handle a crime situation will probably discourage existing enforcement personnel from staying on the job. Things happen when "alleged" criminals disrespect police authority and crowds become hostile.

The judge in the Minnesota trial made a good point about the inflammatory rant by Maxine Waters, saying that Waters crossed the line reserved for the Judicial branch of government. Then Prez JoKKKe Biden did the same kind of thing yesterday while the jury was locked in debate. A TV anchor felt it was "OK" for Biden to speak because the jury couldn't hear him... but the rest of the world.. especially the "on premise" groups were listening, and they would be fueled for violent reaction if they had issue with the jury decision.

You know.. if Congresspersons even attempt to give statehood to Washington, DC, then a price that includes all the current value of government buildings, memorials, and parks etcetera created to serve the citizens of all the current 50 states, Washington, DC will have to compensate all the citizens of the other 50 states with such amount before being given any of he rights he other 50 states have in running our government. In addition, tax payers of the other 50 states cannot be required to have any of their tax dollars spent on rent or property taxes for those entities nor other fees to fund the coffers of Washington, DC to pay for maintenance, Police or fire expenses.

Did not most employees not have commute and wardrobe savings? Did not school employees receive "stimulus checks"? Why not use the influx of tax dollars to reduce the overall bond debt paid for from local citizens pockets? Even easier, why not rebuild the "rainy day fund" to make our future bond debts have lower interest rates?
