Asa Hutchinson on Monday vetoed legislation that would have made his state the first to ban gender confirming treatments or surgery for transgender youth. * The Republican governor rejected legislation that would have prohibited doctors from providing gender confirming hormone treatment, puberty blockers or surgery to anyone under 18 years old, or from referring them to other providers for the treatment." -- Good grief! This should have been a "no-brainer" decision.. No parent or doctor should be able to mutilate a minor child under any circumstances. This is not a treatment, it's a life altering change that should only be made by the person affected when he/she is old enough to make some legal decisions for themselves.

No voting rights are hampered for any legally registered GA citizen, and the only "restrictions" about "giving water and food" pertain to Party campaign representatives doing so with 150 feet of the polling centers. The only people against the new GA bill are those who are ignorant of the law or those against "fair and honest" elections.

WTVM-TV9 story: "According to the Columbus Police Department, there were 42 homicides last year, the most ever for the city of Columbus. So far this year, the number sits at 23." -- Wait a minute! There were a RECORD 46 homicides in Columbus in 2020, and while the CPD is reporting "only 23" so far in 2021, I think the number as actually 26.. and judging how 2020's figure has been altered, I believe my number for 2021 is accurate.
