In the Minnesota trial revolving around the death of George Floyd, the judge has decided that a witness who was in Floyd's car doesn't have to testify because he's said that he will plead the 5th Amendment as not to incriminate himself. For that reason alone, that man should be made to testify and plead the 5th so the jury has impact of all the facts and circumstances that were involved the day Floyd died.

What the "story" omits is that during those traffic stops, over 40 law enforcement officers were killed by drivers/passengers in those vehicles, and the law enforcement officer weren't the ones breaking the law.
