Maybe IT IS time for modifying our Constitution to address issues with electing Congresspersons and Senators.. Not only are term limits a major issue, but residency of representatives need to be looked at.. First, Congresspersons should actually be required to RESIDE in the District they represent.. secondly, States should have 2 Senatorial "districts" with 50% of the population in each.. With Senators running statewide currently, each state's "major city" has too much influence on electing Senators who aren't as interested in other areas of the state..

In 1959, Muscogee County had a population of about 160,000 and 32,000 public school students (20% of population) between the County and City School Districts Now we're at 199,000 and student aged population should be around 40,000 proportionately. A percentage decline of this magnitude in public school students really is an indicator that "all IS NOT WELL in the MCSD...

While I don't have anything "personal" against Missouri, Texas, or Oklahoma, I don't like that school from those states have... or are being considered .. to be in the SEC...I would much rather see expansion via Clemson, FSU, GA Tech, Miami or Memphis . Let's keep it in "the family".
