Hmmm... Jeff Bezos just made donations of $123,000,0 00.00 (Bless his heart) to 40 organizations to help homeless people get into permanent housing. "Get into permanent housing"? What does this mean exactly? Are they buying homes and giving them to homeless people? Or, are the 40 organizations just going to pay 1st month and security deposits to get homeless into public housing.. or something like that? Let's parse a bit.. if 40 organizations buy houses .. say at..$150,000.00 each, 850 homeless people would have a modest home they could sell eventually and be back on the street with money... for a while... or, 40 organizations would get a little over $3 MILLION in cash flow which would pay a lot of 40 organizations executives salaries and get a bigger number of homeless off the street... again for a while... unless their SS or VA benefits or a job cover their needs.

 

As of last week, Jeff Bezos was worth $116 Billion... while $123 Million is a lot of money, to Bezos, that's barely 1/1000th of his current net worth.... hardly a tithe...

Alaska has a problem... voters were bamboozled into "ranked choice voting" which means the Democrat "ground game" will win every election until the Republicans realize they cannot allow two of their candidates on the ballot ever again...and Republican VOTERS learn NOT TO VOTE for 2nd, third, or 4th choices...
