While I believe the Constitution made it very clear that states should determine their own voting policies and protocols, the Founding Fathers didn't anticipate some states would find a way to not give voters a choice on the General Election ballot.. While there are issues in Alaska, but in California, in 6 House races, both choices were Democrats... that's over 10 % of californians that have no real choice in the general election because of the "jungle primaries"..

Crist has become the first high profile politician to lose a high profile election as a Republican, an Independent, and now as a Democrat Hopefully, we've seen the last of Crist in Florida...
