How does Nevada get to "declare" a Senate winner when none of the candidates has a majority of the votes? How can a candidate....or a Party.... declare he/she/they represent the majority of people in a state when only the larger plurality of voters agree with them... there is nothing in the definition of, or the protection of "DEMOCRACY" that says "plurality rules". While our Constitution has a specific system.. the Electoral College... to determine a winner in our presidential races, there needs to be a uniform national standard for Senate races.

This Supreme Court corrected a flawed.. and hyper-political ... interpretation by the 1973 Supreme Court. Have you seen the deforestation of 25 acres on River Road here in Columbus, GA... and the eviction of the wildlife there?
