Crisis Update: From the "laughing all the way to the bank" department - Online headline/story: "U.S. downs Chinese spy balloon, resulting in a tense exchange between the two nations * The U.S. downed the Chinese surveillance balloon off the Carolina coast on Saturday, a U.S. official said, setting off a tense exchange between both nations." -- Hmmm more of a case of Biden trying to "save face" for not taking the balloon out when it violated air space over the coast of Alaska, and China having to act indignant having it "shot down" after it completed it's mission over the entirety of the US...

---
Ask yourself.. better yet, ask your Congresspersons, why haven't we seen any executives from the National Archives brought forward by the House Committee.. or preferably, on their own initiative, to explain why classified documents are/we're in the hands/homes/offices of any Vice President or Congressperson?

---
On Friday, the Pentagon's General Patrick Ryder spoke about the Chinese balloon, and after he dodged every pertinent question about specifics, he closed and stepped back from the microphone. Fox's Harris Faulkner summed up the session with a most appropriate and poignant comment. She said, "I wonder in the balloon had as much hot air as we just heard." Faulkner is an anchor superstar!

---
China seems to have breached both of our land borders... China is flooding our Southern one with Fentanyl, and now is floating a surveillance balloon over our Northern one.... and the White House "handlers" don't have a problem with either open border.

---
You know... When you think about that Chinese balloon, it could be that China and Google are in partnership, and Google is using China's satellite pictures on it's MAP APP. This sorta makes sense as China and Google were high donors to Democrat politicians.

---
Online "headLIE": "White House: Biden chose not to shoot down Chinese spy balloon, but keeping 'all options on table' " -- " keeping all options on the table"? NOT! The White House "handlers' took shooting it down "off the table" pretty fast!

---
Hmmm... President Biden said Friday that he does not take responsibility for the ongoing inflation crisis, claiming the issue existed before he came into office." -- First, it seems he doesn't take "responsibility" for anything, but President Biden said Friday that he does not take responsibility for the ongoing inflation crisis, claiming the issue existed before he came into office. Secondly, the only way inflation was higher when he took office would be he thinks higher numbers are better than lower numbers,,

Online headline/story: "High-speed pursuit of 12-year-old, 15-year-old migrant smugglers ends in shocking car crash * the 15-year-old driver led Texas Department of Public Safety troopers on a high speed pursuit on IH-35. * a 12-year-old passenger who authorities said was a runaway and also involved in the smuggling * the illegal immigrant being smuggled was located in the vehicle with "incapacitating injuries" and transported to a hospital. * The vehicle was stolen out of San Antonio, and the 15-year-old has been charged with evading arrest causing bodily injury, human smuggling causing bodily injury, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and drug possession." -- Good grief! Some liberal judge/DA will try to treat the 15 year old as a juvenile! No WAY!

---
Online headline: "Tennessee lawmakers push to replace Columbus Day holiday in favor of 'Super Bowl Monday'" -- Whoa! Christopher Columbus is a better example of American Pride than the NFL "any day"! The NFL allowed...encouraged ... our National Anthem and our Flag to be disrespected.

---
January gaffe Supreme: "Biden said "20,000 lbs of fentanyl is enough to kill 1,000 people in this country," a massive math error, as that amount of fentanyl could kill an estimated 4 billion people." -- Who is "feeding" his Teleprompters? Actually if he believes that 20,000 pounds (10 Tons) will kill "ONLY" 1,000 people, then he really isn't too concerned over 5,000 pounds ..

---
Gaffe of the year? Resident Biden actually stated this: "More than half the women on his team are women." You know.. he may be accurate ... but at the same time he's confessed than he does not consider transgender females as women... What are the "LETTER" people saying about this?

---
You know... maybe we heard Biden WRONG when we though we heard him say he would be the most "transparent" president we've ever had... maybe he said he'd be the most "trans apparent" president we've ever had...

---
Online headline/story: "Democrats’ intra-party feud: DNC set to back Biden plan to upend presidential nominating calendar *It’s Democrat vs. Democrat as the party pushes forward with a new presidential nominating calendar proposed by President Biden * New Hampshire has been the first state presidential primary since 1920.. (Iowa has a caucus)" -- Hmmmm .... could it simply be that in all his previous New Hampshire Presidential Primaries, JoKKKe Biden has never won a New Hampshire DELEGATE... and fears the streak could continue in 2024 as well?

---
Online headline: "Biden slaps 20-year mining ban on Minnesota land, gives more power to China" -- Wait a minute... first Biden went after our oil /fossil fuel industries, and now he's going after the green energy industries,,, The only way green energy can work in America is if America has a surplus of specialty minerals that afford American companies to also ship some abroad..

---
Online headline: "Maher accuses Biden of 'tragedy porn' for having family of Tyre Nichols at State of the Union: 'Exploitative'" -- Hmmm... Maher, in 2 words, "NAILED IT!"

---
Online headline:"Philadelphia teen shot by victim he allegedly attempted to carjack faces charges * The Pennsylvania teen was reportedly on probation from a nearby county at the time of the shooting." -- hmmm .. another 2 word situation, "NAILED IT!"

---
Online headline/story: "New Jersey high school swimmer disqualified from race over size of American flag on cap, dad claims * The swimmer had worn the cap for his grandfather who died on 9/11, " -- Wait a minute! Who made the DQ decision... Colin KaeperPrick?

Writer's note: This item was blocked on FOX news forum.

---
Online headline: "Interior secretary's daughter member of group that participated in violent protest at Interior headquarters * Connections between protesters and Interior officials could explain why the Biden admin would 'downplay' the protest, watchdog director says" -- Hmmm This is the first mention of this I've seen over an October 2021 hostile event... you know... if I was defining "insurrection" this is a far better example than what went on in Washington on Jan 6, 2021.

---
From the "figures don't lie, but liars figure a lot" department - Online headline: "'Strikingly good news': President Biden takes a quick jobs report victory lap * Friday's numbers showed growth of 517,000 jobs in January and a 3.4% unemployment rate, shocking observers who had expected growth of 188,000 jobs and a rate of 3.6%" -- Hmmm.. what's not mentioned is the number of normally "temp" December workers needing to continue working, the number of non-employed recipients now needing to supplement their government checks, and all the many, many 1,000s of hi-tech laid off from "Google, Facebook, Amazon, and Microsoft employees needing multiple new jobs to make up for the ones they lost to inflation...

---
Online headline: "Sexist, racist and classist (sic): Why the feds are getting involved in school dress codes" -- Wait a minute... surely the 10th Amendment prohibits the Federal government from interfering with state issues!

---
Online headline: "Justice Clarence Thomas may have statue if Georgia GOP gets its way" -- Hmmm... bet there'll be a Democrat protest about a statue of Justice Clarence Thomas "not being BRONZE enough".

---
Online headline: 'Kemp, Jones vow to hold rogue Georgia prosecutors accountable for giving criminals a pass" -- YES!

---
Online headline: " Exclusive: Assessment contends 1800 gang members in Columbus, GA" -- Remember when Ex-Mayor TT Tom-LYING-son stated "we don't have a gang problem?"... And if you asked her again, she'll probably tell us the same thing...

---
Online headline: "Black History Month: Horace King" -- Undoubtedly a pioneer example.. especially in the Columbus, GA area.. but how come no Black History stories are written about GA native, Dr. A. Seale Harris? His pioneer work at Tuskegee on diabetes is still the standard over 100 years later?

---
Online headline: "Instant runoffs bill introduced in Georgia House" -- Stop this in it's tracks! I wrote 3 of our local political State leaders a while back (Senator Randy Robinson, and Representatives Richard Smith and Vance Smith).. and it's very important we all let them hear from you:
"Y'all cannot allow the elimination of runoff Elections to become "the law".. doing so will cost GA dearly by weakening the conservative voice at the state and local levels.. Y'all have seen how the effect of adding Libertarian candidates on the statewide ballots has hurt Republican candidates and GA alike. If Raffensperger "gets his way", we will see a Democrat effort to put more and more conservative-sounding "independents" in key races hoping to split the conservative vote, this allowing Democrats to win with a plurality of voters.. Gentlemen... whether a Republic or a Democracy, our leadership NEEDS to be elected by the MAJORITY of voters."

Online story: "The timber industry contributes greatly to our south Georgia economy, and our community supports policies that will help our agribusinesses to thrive and create good-paying jobs. The logging trucks crisscrossing our region take much-needed timber to points across the world and support families right here at home. * Statistically, we know beyond a shadow of a doubt that heavier trucks would lead to more road deaths. Even under current regulations, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has reported that accidents involving logging trucks are 69% more likely to cause a fatality than a semi-truck wreck." -- Basically, increasing the "load capacity" of logging truck will mean stacking more logs higher, and that means making logging trucks even more TOP HEAVY, and MORE SUSCEPTIBLE to "roll overs" when making turns. Two particularly dangerous sites here in Columbus, GA are the River Road "roundabout" with it's sustained left turn, and at the entry ramp to the J R Allen Parkway from the River Road with it's basically left=to-right U-Turn to head west... Both sites are HEAVILY traveled logging routes...

---
Online story: "National Democrats voted Saturday to overhaul the presidential primary process and put Georgia near the start of the schedule. But the party’s plan to elevate Georgia won’t mean anything without support from state Republicans so far unwilling to endorse the change. * Members of the Democratic National Committee decided at the party’s meeting in Philadelphia to back a proposal that puts South Carolina at the top of the 2024 lineup, followed by New Hampshire, Nevada, Georgia and Michigan." -- Pure Grandstanding! To begin with, why are taxpayers FUNDING private party primaries?Secondly, the Democrats want to move New Hampshire out of it's :first in the nation primary" position just in case Biden doesn't back out of the 2024 election process... because.. get this, Biden...in his many primary attempts.. has never... NEVER.. NADA...won one a single delegate in a New Hampshire Democratic Party Primary election!

---
WRBL-TV3 headline: "Chattahoochee Valley Sports Hall of Fame elects five new members" -- Congrats to all, but it sure was nice to see Dave Platta again.. Looking back at his unceremonious release from WTVM-TV9 in Columbus, GA because he refused to get a Covid-19 vaccination looks rather shortsighted. In fairness, it was not a local decision... "corporate" made it such an inflexible policy.

---
Online headline: "This Georgia city was ranked the second worst city for chocolate lovers in the US" -- Good grief! Another reputation killer for Columbus, GA! And we're hearing this right at Valentine's Day.... I have no clue as to how a city gets designated "2nd Worst City for Chocolate" but along with our "Homicides per 100K People" reputation, the world may think Cupid goes around Columbus shooting people with a 9mm semi-automatic pistol....

---
Online headline: "United Way of the Chattahoochee Valley to host 3rd annual Black History Panel Discussion" -- Seriously? No history or history discussion is complete, much less fair and accurate, unless all sides, all aspects, and all viewpoints are presented and discussed openly.... with an eye on the future rather than on the past. What a waste of DONATED money that could have actually helped some family in need!

---
Online story: "U.S. agriculture officials on Friday proposed new nutrition standards for school meals, including the first limits on added sugars, with a focus on sweetened foods such as cereals, yogurt, flavored milk and breakfast pastries. * The plan announced by Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack also seeks to significantly decrease sodium in the meals served to the nation’s schoolkids by 2029, while making the rules for foods made with whole grains more flexible." -- Thinking back at my school days, I can only imagine how much more wasted food we would have left on our plates had sugar and salt seasoning been reduced!

---

What a catastrophe for Columbus local elections! We already have our local non-partisan elections during the primary date in May and the local winners don't take office until January. Hey, Council..hey, local legislators .. Richard Smith in particular, get our local elections back on the November General Election date! Raffensperger has to go!@ Not only does he want to move the primaries to an earlier date, he also wants to eliminate runoff elections which will play into the devious hand of Democrats

---
"HeadLIE": "Ga. recipient of $36 million grant from Biden-Harris" -- Good grief! it's not from Biden-Harris... it's not even from PeLOUSY and Company or Warnock, Ossoff or Bishop, either... it comes straight from taxpayers and their children's pockets!

---
Online headline/story: "Gangs and guns fueling shootings and deaths in Columbus as law enforcement fights back * By Tim Chitwood * When Columbus gym owner Terrence Flowers quit buying snacks at nearby convenience stores, it wasn’t for a diet. * “What made me stop going to some of the stores off Buena Vista Road is seeing young people walking into stores with firearms, without rhyme or reason, not really caring, actually bragging sometimes that they had it on them, and they weren’t worried about nothing.” * He decided it wasn’t worth the risk." -- Hey, Columbus, GA Council...you, too, Mayor.. are you listening... this guy hears gunshot almost every day..maybe the 520 or so shooting events the CPD reported as happening in 2022 is "light"...

---
Online headline: "George Santos' former staffer accuses congressman of sexual harassment, violating pay rules" -- The Democrats "indignation" has nothing to do with Santos "lies"... Democrat voters KNOW Democrat Politicians lie to get elected and it never stops Democrat voters from electing/ reelecting them.... it's only because Santos beat a Democrat in New York...

---
Online headline: "Millennials' ability, ambition comes into question following new polls: 'Go out and get a job'" -- Hmmm... Millennials living off their parents.... Hmmm... maybe because their liberal college degrees aren't in demand... You know, the recent Atlanta "Cop City Protest" was filled with millennials without jobs.....and this probably explains why so many open jobs aren't being filled.

---
Online headline: "NBC's Chuck Todd asks Pete Buttigieg why Biden's accomplishments aren't being celebrated by the public" -- Good grief! The "Public" no longer wants to hear Biden nor other Democrats LIE anymore! It's that sim[le!

---
Online "headLIE!": "NBC's Chuck Todd asks Pete Buttigieg why Biden's accomplishments aren't being celebrated by the public * Buttigieg said, 'there have been so many accomplishments under this administration, it can be difficult to list them'" -- "so many accomplishments under this administration, it can be difficult to list them? -- Hmmm... hey, Mayhem Pete, since it would be hard for you, I'm gonna do you a favor and let you "list" just one...of course, that's no easier, is it?

---
From the "sounds like "woke" has finally awaken" department - Online headline/story: "Miami Black leaders apologize to Gov. Ron DeSantis after a member called him racist *
DeSantis moved to restrict course on African-American history that he said pushed political agenda * Pierre Rutledge, chair of the Miami-Dade Black Affairs Advisory Board, issued a statement on behalf of his board that apologized to DeSantis for a comment made at their Wednesday meeting from a member who said, "Our governor is racist." * "We take it to heart when someone uses the term racist," Rutledge said Friday. "Words matter. And so as chair, I must start by saying we want to pull that back. There’s nothing wrong with saying ‘we’re sorry.’ That’s not what we intended to say or be depicted by anyone. And that’s not the feeling of this board."" --That apology should just be the beginning... Hmmm.. with any justice.. maybe the Miami-Dade Black Affairs Advisory Board will "APOLOGIZE FOR" Biden, Sharlatan, BLM, NAACP, AOC, and Stacey Abrams!

---
Talk about a Socialist-Democrat police state! New Orleans has given the power to the Police Department to 'close business up to 2 years" that "are harboring "violent and serious crime,"... Hmmm.. you know, it this is a "known factor" would n;t make the police's job easier knowing where to "camp out" and catch the criminals?

---
Online headline/story: "Arizona hospital on brink of collapse after spending $20 million on migrant care: 'Nobody has a solution' * Dr. Robert Treschel said the $20 million care cost does not include infrastructure expenses" -- "Nobody has a solution"? Well... no Democrat has a solution! Hmmm.. while this doesn't prove "voter fraud" in Maricopa County Arizona, it does pretty much prove that there are more voters there whose main source of revenue is an unemployment check...

---
Online "headLIE": "Chinese spy balloons over US during Trump admin 'discovered after' he left office: senior Biden official" -- Hmmm... It didn't take for Dems to "walk that back!". Of course, "walking back" a LIE doesn't mean MSM will stop reporting the LIE as true...

---
Online headline: "Surfer Bethany Hamilton speaks out against new rule allowing transgender women to compete with females" -- Hey Bethany Hamilton.. we know your story and you are our hero..... but the only thing that will shut the liberals up would be for you and other championship quality women surfers to declare yourself "transgender males" and enter the Men's Competitions "topless".
