Keep your thoughts and prayers on Texas!

---
Online headline: "Georgia starts process to remove 500,000 inactive voter registrations" --  I hope RATTensperger had  the state send those notices out with "Do Not Forward" and "Return to Sender if addressee not living here" BOLDLY printed on them!

---
WRBL-TV3 online headline: "Synovus Park ranked No. 3 on Newsweek’s “Best Double-A Ballparks” list" --  Wow! Columbus GA taxpayers got hit with a $50 Million dollar bond debt, and stadiums 6-8 years older are still considered better.. While "3rd" is not a horrible spot, it would have been more exciting if the Braves "AA" team playing in it were in 3rd (or better) place....heck...even a winning record would be much better.

---
Former Columbus, GA "0 & 5 Clingstone" pitcher Didier Fuentes... What's happened to Didier Fuentes? Atlanta's 20 year old star of the future.. now he's on the Braves 40-man roster..... though not on any playing field.. anyway, maybe he'll finally get a "W" before the season ends...

---
Hmmm…ex-City Manager “I-see-a-nothing” Hugley has “thrown his hat” into the 2026 Mayor of Columbus, GA Mayoral race.. Hmmm… since his “retirement” is not official until Dec 31, 2025, shouldn’t he have to give up his continued pay now because he’s become an official candidate for an elected City job? Oh… one thing I noticed on his “Declaration to accept Campaign Contributions” for the Office of Mayor is that he used a P.O. Box for an address rather than a street address. Does a P.O. Box actually qualify as “proof of residency” in Columbus, GA?

---
Online headline: "Biggest Gender Transition Care Center for Trans Kids in US Is Closing" -- Los Angeles, CA of course.... You know, there are reasons we have an age when children are considered "adult"... to keep them from making life changing decisions and entering contracts are two of them. Others include, driving, voting, drinking, sexual consent, handgun purchasing/possession.. et al...

---
Online headline: "Federal Grand Jury Indicts Democratic Congresswoman" --  Hmmmm...so she's doing "her job" as she "sees fit", and she sees physically accosting federal law enforcement officer doing their sworn duties as something she's entitled to do as an elected official.... hmmm... Sorry, Congressperson McIver, D-0MD, your sworn job duties are to represent LAW & ORDER...and protect American citizens....you know, the thought of her being imprisoned for 17 years is not enough!

---
You know, every DemoKrat in both the Senate and the House voted against the "One Big Beautiful Bill"  .... so what they actually did was vote FOR  raising taxes on 62% of the American taxpayers.

---
Online headline: "Mother of Lia Thomas opponent reveals emotional toll that drove her to raise funds for women's sports lawsuits" --  Well, I wanna know if Lia and his mom... in fact, I want to know if ALL the moms of "Tranny-girls" comfortably share bathrooms together with their sons at home. Oh! Another good question is are all the Dads of "Tranny-Girls" now prepared to pay for their "daughters" weddings?

---
Online headline: "Tim Walz blasted for costing Minnesota taxpayers $430K in legal prep ahead of Hill hearing" --  Wow! $430,000.00 for inquiry preparation... I'd really like to see the detailed & audited receipts on that bill... Wonder if Stacey Abrams was part of his prep team?

---
Online headline: "Epstein files ‘destroyed’ by Biden administration: Rep. Burchett" -- Hmmmm... now this makes as much or more sense than anything CNN has ever said .. you know that if there had been anything against Trump, Biden & Harris would have spent that $1.5 BILLION in campaign money on exploiting  it to the max! Bet it also explains why Epstein's flight logs are no longer available... Hmmm... Anybody look under Resident Biden's Corvette in his Delaware garage?

---
I agree with Columbus GA Councilor Glenn Davis that filing a grievance about the amount of legal fees presented to Council by Heather Hollowell and her attorney is more than warranted… in fact the GA State Bar should question them, too.

---
Online headline: "New Allegations Emerge from 'Alligator Alcatraz' Including Extreme Temperatures, Lack of Access to Confidential Legal Calls" --  Hey! Here's a great idea for potential prisoners... sign up for a free ticket home and a $1,000.00 bonus when you get off the plane rather than trying to elude the ICE & CBP agents who are going arrest you and send you to Alligator Alcatraz.. isn't that simple?

---
Online headline: "Federal judge blocks Trump's birthright citizenship ban for all infants, testing lower court powers" --  Seems a state. Maine,  without enough people much less enough to warrant  2  US Congressional seats, has a judge who feels he's a "mouse that roared". Shut him down... AGAIN... US Supreme Court!

---
Online headline: "Human-induced warming contributed to 1,500 deaths in last week’s European heat wave" --  Seems the calculations are in line with the liberal contention made during Covid-19 days that "2+2=5".

---
Online headline: "‘Illegal and Cruel’: ACLU Responds to Supreme Court" --  Hmmmm....I think the 21st Century ACLU has forgotten what their initials stand for.... it's the American Civil Liberties Union, not the Alien Civil Liberties Union.

---
WTVM-TV9 online headline: "South Lumpkin Road to get $10 million facelift in Columbus, GA" -- Somehow, the concept that older established roadways in North Columbus GA are any better than older established roadways in South Columbus are somewhat MISCONCEPTIONS! And what's this about 10' wide sidewalks for mix-use? It's actually against the law (unless it's been changed recently) in Georgia for someone older than 12 to ride a bicycle on sidewalks...The one "BRIGHT" issue is that visitors to the National Infantry Museum, whatever they call "Westville" now, and the Oxbow Meadow Complex will have a better road to ride on.. but then, of course,  there's the "BLIGHT" issue of the condition of all.. well... MOST of the businesses enroute that will scar the impression first time visitors will be left with when they leave town...

---
Seriously… who, in Columbus GA, would want to wear… much less enter a drawing to win… a "used" baseball jersey for the "Malmö Oat Milkers" emblazoned on it? Whoops.. I forgot about the Clingstone players… even being an “Oat Milker” is might better than being a “Clingstone”..
