Today's WRBL-TV3 online headline: "Columbu GA Council pause on data center zoning ordinance will push any vote past the May 19 election" --Hmmm ....I brought up this "move it pass the May election date" last week... Way to stay on top of things, Chuck....  NOT!

Why is there so much concern that Trump is wanting "regime change" in Iran? Don't forget that it was the CURRENT Iran regime that removed the previous regime back in 1979 when a DemoKrat (my Cuzzin Jimmy), then every President since,  fumbled the ball.

---
Apparently there are two sets of Iranian negotiating groups.. maybe Trump should tell the two groups to "duke it out" to decide which speaks for the Irani people.

You know… it's interesting... interesting why anyone still listens to Stacey Abrams.... After her "big splash" in the 2018 GA political picture, the "fizz" fizzled in 2022... Even though her "voter registration" drive increased the voter roll, and 1.4 million more votes were cast in 2018 & 2022 than in 2014, Abrams got over 100,000 fewer votes in 2022 than 2018, and Kemp had more votes in 2022 than 2018..

Yesterday's results of Virginia's redistricting referendum confirmed even more why it won't stand up to a Supreme Court scrutiny. With 97% of the vote in, 51% of voters (1,574,542) said it was fair that  91% (10 of 11) of the Congressional Districts should have DemoKrat Congresspersons.. while 49% of the voters (1,485,786)  only get a majority in one of the 11 Congressional Districts. In fact, 1 county.. Fairfax… gave more margin of votes to carry he DemoKrat majority result that the other 94 Virginia Counties COMBINED! (262,801 “YES” votes, 115,280 “NO” votes)

WRBL-TV3 online story: "Columbia Residential and the Housing Authority of Columbus, Georgia (HACG) will be having a ribbon-cutting ceremony on April 23 for Miles Crossing Senior Residences, a new 90-unit mixed-income apartment community for individuals ages 55 and up. * This ceremony celebrates the seventh mixed-income community completed through the partnership between Columbia Residential and HACG, representing a $26 million investment in 90 one and two bedroom apartments (with luxury VINYL plank flooring) quality senior housing. * The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at the new housing community located at 450 5th Avenue, Columbus, Ga. 31901 (Intersection of Victory Drive and Veterans Parkway)” -- Hmmm ... I guess spending $26 Million on 90 units (about $290,000 per unit) does qualify as "luxury" but not "affordable" as the need warrants.. maybe the flooring of "Luxury VINYL planks" should be replaced with something cheaper... but, when has any "vinyl" flooring ever been considered "luxury"?
