Was looking at a story listing the “Best Hitters in Baseball”.. Everyone on the list had a legitimate reason, but if I had to name the best, it was Ted Williams.. 521 career homeruns, and the last player to bat over .400 for a season… but that’s not why I name him #1.. Most people don’t realize.. much less consider his patriotism.. After his 1941 season when batted .401, he went to war.. The “Splended Splinter”  spent 3 of what most player consider their career best 5 seasons in a military uniform, not a baseball one… just imagine… Nos 2 & 3… Ty Cobb and Pete Rose.. the rest were good to great, but Williams, Cobb, and Rose were SPECIAL!

I received a poll email which I took, but the last question pissed me off.. I'm a Conservative Independent voter..( I study candidates and their issues/solutions), but try to vote for the best Candidate regardless of Party affiliation.. but I'm having a hard time supporting any DemoKrats running for a legislative seat..The question was about "GENDER"   IT ASKED ME IF I WAS MALE, FEMALE, or "other"...GIMMEE A BREAK! If a third option “was real”, it should “LOSER”!

I really object to Social Security Cards being used as an ID option... there's no picture! In fact, my original Social Security Card actually STATES "Not to be used for Identification" printed across the face of it!

Sandwiches are no where close to $1.50/$2.00 per...but it does add to the moment for a Masters TV gathering.

This should get and an immediate 9-0 rejection by the US Supreme Court!

I read the Ledger-Enquirer interview with Sadiyah Abdullah who is running for the at-large Post #9 on the Muscogee County School Board against incumbent Kia Chambers and another candidate I'm not yet familiar with (but will research later)..  I don't recommend anyone yet, but Abdullah has a website that gives us some real good information about the shortcomings of our graduating seniors lack of reading skills by school.. I haven't seen these before but her website (listed below) is well worth reviewing.. Chambers website does not mention any of the issues ..period.. I really want to see/hear Kia Chambers' responses and explanations.

It's talking about a runoff in GA District where 14 DemoKrats got their 44% base votes in an off-season runoff... That means that all the Independents voted for the Republican.... The LEFT can try to spin it their way, but they basically screwed themselves into the ground.

You know, if someone wants to run for Columbus GA Council, especially a City-wide seat, they should be required to know the laws.. especially CAMPAIGN LAWS.. Here’s a Post 9 at-large  candidate’s sign stuck in the City Rightaway at River Road and Mountainbrook/Mobley Rds..  It’s gone now, I made a “Citizen’s Arrest” and took it down..
