There's a judge having to decide if there's enough evidence to try an assassin with execution as a verdict; there's a jury split on whether a mother who killed her 3 children is guilty enough to be "tried"; and whether another assassin, who killed an American major corporate CEO, being treated as a celebrity hero; and an Islamic Terrorist involved in  the horrific event of 9-11-01 25:years ago who still hasn't gone to trial. Come on America, we are better that this! Correct the problems, vote all DemoKrats OUT OF OFFICE!

Wow! Detroit Michigan pays student not to be "truant"! Think about that... The DemoKrats are against parents having any sort of "school choice" for their kids at taxpayer expense, but will pay to keep  kids in failing schools! You know, it's obvious why...taxpayers pay school systems based on the number of children enrolled in a system, and teachers are hired by the number of students attending, and teacher unions get more dues/fees from the number of teachers hired. Looking further into Detroit, we see over 7,000 high school students are getting $100.00 a week to show up at school… Do the math.. 7,000 x’s $100.00 is $700,000.00 PER WEEK! Based on schools being open 36 weeks, that’s $25,200,000.00 annually… and none of it going to improve education!

Online half-truth: “Warnock wants moratorium on data centers as debate rages in Columbus GA" -- In one way, I agree with SINator Pastor Warnock... The presentation by BOTH sides of the issue has been horrible...  There should be a cooling of period while both sides get better informed... There's no doubt that in the end, the Data Centers across the state WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for their utility usage, but local politicians must reassure their constituents of this, and come up with a plan on how local taxpayers can get some offset property tax relief by the huge influx of local tax revenues generated by such Data Centers.. Of course, SINator Pastor Warnock is only interested in trying to get more votes for DemoKrat candidates in November from the disgruntled taxpayers in Columbus, GA..

It's good start... a much needed update communication.. BUT...  "links" to subject matters need to added..

 

Also, Council should make sure a monthly report is made on all the fines/collections made from the "School Zone SPEED TRAP cameras.. I found one month's report several months ago and was stunned at the amount, yet I haven't found “page” since.. How about publishing the report or give Columbus GA taxpayers the numbers.. Also... Council should consider property tax reductions for a portion of that.
