U.S. District Judge Jeannette Vargas, a Biden (Auto-pen?) appointee in NY’s Southern District, ordered the Trump immigration policy of banning new visas to 75 countries to be stopped because there MIGHT be 1 or 2 applicants that may could afford living here WITHOUT public assistance .. The US Supreme Court has got to stop single judges from having authority to overrule a President's policy or Executive Order!

 

Here’s a “tidbit” about the Southern Federal District of NY… and why you hear it mentioned so often when it comes to actions against Trump: “U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York has 25 active judges (5 appointed by Republican presidents and 20 by Democratic)”. Let me tell you.. it’s no “just coincidence” when DemoKrats file such actions with this District.

I noticed this yesterday after a tiresome purchase error made by a self-check-out error: It use to be that grocery taxes are stores were figured at 9% on processed foods and 4% on "fresh" veggies, fruit, and meats. Today I noticed "Tax 1 was still 9%, but Tax 2 was 5%". ... What happened...and when?
