From the "did you look in the mirror before you pointed your finger?" department - Online story: "Singer and actor Barbra Streisand is following on the heels of her hero Hillary Clinton by condemning women who voted for Trump as mindless sheeple. While promoting her new album, she told the Daily Mail, “A lot of women vote the way their husbands vote; they don’t believe enough in their own thoughts." -- Oh...so, women who vote like their husbands are sheeple...who did Streisand's and Hellary's husbands vote for?

From the "does our Mayor Tom-LYING-son have a cousin who's the mayor of Stockbridge, GA?" department: Online headline/story: "Stockbridge spent more than $600,000 to defeat Eagle’s Landing cityhood * Stockbridge officials spent more than $660,000 of taxpayer funds to beat back an attempt by the Eagle’s Landing community to break away and become its own city, financial records show. * The majority of the money — almost $481,000 — was paid to law firms that represented Stockbridge in unsuccessful suits to keep the cityhood referendum off the Nov. 6 ballot. * But the city also spent more than $120,000 on lobbyists, who tried to convince the state Legislature to oppose the cityhood effort; more than $20,000 on studies that looked at the impact the separation would have on Stockbridge; and $17,000 on postage for anti-cityhood fliers and postcards sent to homes." -- Hmmm.. Hmmm... anybody got the total Mayor Tom-LYING-son spent.. tax and private funding... trying to strip Columbus citizens of "the Freeze"?

Have you noticed that when the Democrat Congresspersons address the future, it's always about the future of the Democrat Party, not the future of our children or country?

From the "bias? What bias?" department - Online story: "Defeated Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and her allies are taking on Georgia’s shoddy election system in the right way: through a big and bold lawsuit. At the very least, the lawsuit will shine the light of day on how c. If the lawsuit achieves its more ambitious aims, a court could put Georgia’s voting system back under federal supervision for up to 10 years." -- "how Defeated Democratic gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and her allies are taking on Georgia’s shoddy election system in the right way: through a big and bold lawsuit. At the very least, the lawsuit will shine the light of day on how Georgia makes it much harder than many other states to register and successfully cast a ballot. If the lawsuit achieves its more ambitious aims, a court could put Georgia’s voting system back under federal supervision for up to 10 years."? -- Good grief.. Making sure only valid citizens of GA benefits every voter and taxpayer in the state! It should be the model and goal of EVERY state...

Mueller outsmarted himself in making a deal with Cohen. How? Because Cohen has admitted to making secret recordings of conversations without Trump's knowledge or permission, unless Mueller can produce a tape of Trump admitting to collusion, then it didn't happen.

From the "worst failure of our education system" department - Online headline: "Nearly Half of Young Americans Believe US Is Racist and Not 'Greatest' Country, Survey Finds *- 38% of younger Americans do not agree that “America has a history that we should be proud of”

- One in eight (14%) of millennials agree that “America was never a great country and it never will be”

- 46% of younger Americans agree that “America is more racist than other countries”

- 84% of Americans do not know the specific rights enumerated in the First Amendment

- 19% of millennials believe that the American flag is “a sign of intolerance and hatred”

- 44% of younger Americans believe Barack Obama had a “bigger impact” on America than George Washington"

-- Kids do not get this from their parents .. probably the most disturbing is that 46% "agree that “America is more racist than other countries”. Think about this.. how many of this 46% has ever lived in another country to witness this?

---
Listening to post-Presidential Obama talk about the successes of his administration, you almost have to remember it's like a sequel to Hellary's "Reset" button with Russia...another futile attempt to rewrite history.

---
From the "whoa there, son, hold your horses" department - Online story: "Migrants who came with the caravan are suffering from respiratory infections, tuberculosis, chickenpox and other serious health issues, Tijuana's Health Department warned on Thursday morning. * The spokesman told Fox News that out of 6,000 migrants currently residing in the city, over a third of them (2,267) are being treated for health-related issues. * There are three confirmed cases of tuberculosis, four cases of HIV/AIDS and four separate cases of chickenpox, the spokesman said. * t least 101 migrants have lice and multiple instances of skin infections, the department’s data shows." -- Hmmmm ...aren't those diseases that you cannot enter the US with anyway?

---
Online headline: "Al Gore calls Donald Trump the 'face of climate denial,' says Americans are tired of president's 'constant craziness' -- Hmmm... says the wooden faced personality of Pinocchio..

---
An elementary school in a wealth community of Darien, CT is in shock. The Superintendent has issued a ban on parents visiting the school on occasion to have lunch with their children. Well, what do libs expect when they elect liberal politicians who agenda includes removing parental influences on their children? Schools have pretty much taken over feeding, transporting, deciding curriculum, and dress codes so taking over societal "molding" is just another step..

---
From the "bias? what bias?" department - Online headline/story: "Lost jobs, shrinking growth, and rotting crops — here are the ways Trump's trade war is hurting America * The US, which the trade war was ostensibly launched to protect, looks as if it is likely to be the worst affected, with some forecasters suggesting that as much as 1% could be knocked off economic growth in the coming years." -- Good grief.. even if (but it won't) the GDP under Trump were to lose 1% in the coming years, our economy will still be better than the BEST GDP year Obama ever had..

---
M/C L-E headline/story: "Developer denied low-income tax credits for midtown project * Help Save Hilton began organizing in early May, just as the Atlanta developer’s deadline for submitting an application for low-income housing credits was approaching. The group quickly raised $100,000 to fund its effort, which included some marketing signs and sending an official opposition letter to the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The letter raised the group’s concerns with the developer’s overall approach to the project and lack of transparency by failing to involve the community in its plans. * The group’s letter was accompanied by another from Mayor Teresa Tomlinson — and with a resolution from Columbus Council members" -- "accompanied by a letter from Mayor Tomlinson"? Wow.. that must have been tough... a choice of offending her local donor or her future statewide ones... of course, the situation is not "over", and TBG Residential will pursue other avenues to get the eventual approval... my guess is after the 2020 run for Senate by Tom-LYING-son...Now... the real question I would like to know the answer to is HOW MUCH did the property sell for in 2015? It is not on the tax database..Pull up the Columbus Consolidated Government tax database (2551 Wynnton RD or Parcel ID 067 038-001). Owners are Hilton GBT Residential AND Mary B. Dobbs and a PO Box at the Fortson PO is the mailing address but no other info is available.

M/C L-E headline: "Columbus State professor, art student team up to create comic book to teach children about fractions" -- Other than "isn't this something students should still be taught in early elementary math?", what is the audience.. to give remedial math college classes a "math in pictures" textbook?

Online headline: "Stormy Daniels says Michael Avenatti sued Trump for defamation against her wishes" -- Hmmm... maybe he needs a more appropriate name... say... Michael AveNazi!

From the "Yoo Hoo... you've missed something rather obvious here" department - Online headline/story: "Stunning new report details Trump's labor secretary's role in plea deal for billionaire sex abuser * A new Miami Herald report gives stunning details about how President Donald Trump's labor secretary went to great lengths to help downplay billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein's sex crimes when he was the US attorney for Southern Florida. * According to the report, local and federal investigators had gathered enough evidence to put Epstein away for life in 2007 when then-US Attorney Alexander Acosta met with one of Epstein's lawyers, Jay Lefkowitz. * Acosta and Lefkowitz were former colleagues from their time at top-ranked law firm * Government documents obtained by the Herald show that in exchange for a lowered sentence, Epstein provided unspecified information on federal investigations." -- "in exchange for lowered sentences, Epstein provided unspecified information on federal investigations."? Wow.. isn't that exactly what Mueller is doing trying to get current politicos to swear to lies about Trump? . But the obvious "800 pound Gorilla in the room" is Slick Willie Clinton.. Clinton is DOCUMENTED with 26 flights on Epsteins's personal jet ("Lolita Express").. some with and some WITHOUT his Secret Service team. All the Epstein "deal" was encapsulated in 2007-08 during the end of "W"'s "lame duck" presidency, and while Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House. Hey, MSM-13... Clinton was your BIG STORY, and STILL is your BIG STORY!

The most popular baby names list is out...the only surprises are which names you would think would be on the lists.. aren't.. For the boys, James, John, William, Thomas, Richard, nor Robert made the Top 10, for the girls, Elizabeth, Mary, Ann, Carol, Susan, Kathryn nor Margaret made it.. and even neutral Taylor made neither list..

The only thing "Blue" about the midterm election is the future of the Democrats.. The "Blue Wave" did not happen.. and, in fact, there was a "Blue Whirlpool" in the Senate as the Dems LOST two seats.

---
Looks like California has it's "machine" operating at full speed.. A week ago, I mentioned that California now had 45 Democrats and * Republicans "House Bound" in January.. further... and continuing.. counts of ballots purportedly cast November 6th now have 47 victorious Democrats and only 6 Republicans. You know, with California casting 3.8 MILLION more votes for Democrats (about the same excess as was seen in the 2016 vote for Hellary), and knowing some cities openly allow illegal citizens to register and vote, California is probably f\more fraud infested than Florida's Broward County... only, unlike Florida, there are NO Republican politicians who can call for investigations.

---
From the "when you're hot you're HOT, when you're not, you're SNOT!" department - Online headline: "A San Francisco politician is trying to get Mark Zuckerberg's name removed from the hospital he donated $75M to " -- be sure an "share" this with your FB Friends.

---
You know.. being a phone pollster is a dying job.. With today's electronic gleaning/eaves dropping methods, it's rather obvious to cable-connected polls data that we have one or more of our grandchildren visiting with us.. the TV shows move from Fox News and Hallmark (plus Last Man Standing) to Disney and PBS.

---
From the "most devastating" discovery of the year" department - Online headline/story: "16 U.S. Postal workers took bribes to deliver cocaine in metro Atlanta * Sixteen U.S. Postal Services workers in metro Atlanta were sentenced to federal prison for accepting bribes, some as low as $250, to deliver cocaine, * To catch the postal workers, federal agents posed as drug traffickers looking for postal employees delivering packages of cocaine in exchange for money while law enforcement officials recorded the interactions." -- Good grief.. and of the 16, 7 were sentenced to less than 5 years in prison.. and you know that with 16 being caught in Atlanta, the problem is far worse than we can imagine, and what a thought it is to imagine the infiltration rate in California... especially in the "sanctuary cities".

---
Online headline: "Obama says Fox News viewers, New York Times readers live in 'entirely different' realities" -- Good grief.. Hmm.. and I wonder when Obama will turn on the NYTimes after the NYTimes remembers when it's slogan was "All the News that's FIT (instead of Sh*t) to Print"?

---
Washington State passed a new referendum severely limiting citizen's gun rights. The sheriff in Republic, WA said he wasn't going to enforce it...in fact he was going to make Republic a 'sanctuary city'. Liberals are furious and are demanding he uphold the laws. Hmmm...where were the liberals when Obama and Holder refused to uphold our immigration laws and provided automatic guns to Mexican drug lords (Fast and Furious)?

---
Even worse than Democrats vowing to hinder the growth and safety of our country is their spinmeisters on on network news trying to support and defend them.

From the "how embarrassing" department - Tuesday, GM announced it was closing plants in Canada and the US, but not Mexico or China..In fact, GM said it was going to make more electric vehicles in China. Then yesterday, BMW said it was going to build another manufacturing facility here in the US because it's better here than China..

To boot, in other news announced yesterday, A South Korean battery maker plans to create more than 2,000 jobs in Jackson County, GA, according to an announcement Tuesday from the governor’s office. * The company, SK innovation, develops and manufactures lithium-ion batteries for hybrid electric vehicles and has committed to investing $1.67 billion in a new factory, according to Gov. Deal.

---
Online headline: "Google employees: We no longer believe the company places values over profits" -- Good grief...sounds like this is the 21st Century's equivalency of selling swamp land or the Brooklyn Bridge, and Disney is going to expand "Fantasy Land with a "Google Employee Section".

---
Think about this... yesterday I mentioned the contract of H&K to supply new super rifles to the US Marines, and that H&K have a manufacturing facility here in Columbus. You know, we use to have a NCR (National Cash Register) facility here in Columbus making ATMs and that the largest bank in the area opted to buy all new ATM's from a German Company rather than from NCR.. Now, NCR has pulled out of Columbus.. and not too long ago, the Columbus Police Department bought new guns for our officers, but not H&K Columbus manufactured guns.. We can only wonder if H&K might be considering to move as well..

M/C L-E headline/story: "Columbus mayor reflects on career, offers insight, advice * The conversation with the person, whom Tomlinson did not name, became starkly blunt as it unfolded in the fast-food eatery, and she asked his thoughts about her considering elected office, a challenge she had never tried before. * His assessment: You’re definitely going to lose. Why, she asked. Nobody cares about economic and community development, he said of the issue that Tomlinson was considering putting an emphasis on as mayor. * “I don’t even know what you’re talking about. People only care about crime and schools,” the person responded, which drew Tomlinson’s retort that community development has everything to do with crime. * The future candidate said the adviser then tossed out another observation, declaring that “you’ll never win because white men don’t like you.”" -- "you'll never win because white men don't like you"? Good grief.. notice she's not naming anyone, because it more than likely didn't happen...Guess she's priming up a sequel to Hellary's book, "Didn't Happen" by Mayor Tom-LYING-son. Now, what's really true is whether even in this uber liberal Democrat "nest" that's out of step with the rest of GA, she cannot even say she would have won... at all... if the elections were held in November rather than May when less that 11% of registered voters could elect someone. And Columbus KNOWS her economic impact has been disastrous as noted by the number of major retailers and manufactures who have pulled out, the drop in LOST/SPLOST revenues, and the proliferation of new bars and non-family restaurants... oh, and speaking of such.. Downtown has lost two recently.. Meritage and River & Rail...

---
Well it's down to less than 5 weeks before Mayor Tom-LYING-son leaves office.. maybe Columbus.. she will not be as missed as Bubba Ball.. now, Bubba left a legacy Columbus will always be proudly remembered.

---
Have you noticed that the GA DOT is lot more likely to announce the beginnings of road projects in Columbus than the completions of such..

M/C L-E commentary headline: "The day we used tear gas against children * BY LEONARD PITTS JR." -- Good grief.. whatta warped perspective,, how about illegal alien women .. even illegal alien men using children as shields involved in an assault attempt to rush our border... of course if you didn't know better, you'd have thought "Leonard "the Pitts" dusted this piece off from 2013 and simply crossed out Obama's name and inserted Trump's...

Wednesday, November 28, 2018

Defeated Mississippi Senate Democrat candidate Mike Espy said to his opponent, "I don't know what's in your heart, but I know what came out of your mouth." Hmmm... I thought.. you know, for as long as I've known Espy to be a Democrat and Clinton ally, I've never heard him say, ""I don't know what's in your heart, but I know what came out of your mouth." to Louis Farrakhan..

Online "headLIE": "Massive Australian cow nearly as tall as Michael Jordan goes viral * Knickers, a 7-year-old male Holstein-Friesian cow, clocks in at a whopping six feet three inches tall — just three inches shy of NBA legend Michael Jordan" -- You know, all my life, I have been told that cows are females, and their male counterparts are bulls.. I guess it makes sense in liberalism that now such can determine their own gender.

Two unsolved.. at least not publicly admitted, mysteries are still with us... has the cast iron fountain that went missing from Heritage Park been recovered, and what happened to "Boris" the Stegosaurus that was last seen on the Broadway median?

---
With an assist from a fellow BCer: Was alerted to an ad for a orthopedic clinic in California that did a hip replacement on a Canadian within a week since it would be years before the guy could get one in Canada. My question is: Where will Canadians go for prompt medical help when our system adopts the Canadian one?

---
Online headline: "Trump 'very disappointed' with General Motors after plant closures" -- Hmm.. you know, as disappointed as Trump has a right to be, it pales at the disappointment that GM dealers and potential customers feel...

---
I see Representative Sanford Bishop isn't the only CBC member to abuse the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation scholarship fund...seems like a lot have directed scholarship funds to their family and/or staff members. Sorta seems it's the norm... and at epidemic levels.

---
When does the next forensic audit of the City Departments get published..hopefully the Mayor's and City Manager's will be before Tom-LYING-son's exit...we could use a nice Christmas gift.

Manafort just blew Mueller out of the water...now, nothing Mueller 'has' will be credible against any other target Mueller has in his sights.

---
Cyber Monday sales were just announced....$7.9 BILLION on Monday alone. That's 20% higher than.last year ..another $1.3 Billion over 2017.. now, when is MSM-13 going to admit...and acknowledge, that Trump's economy is the reason.

Online headline/story: "Josh Donaldson signs one-year, $23 million deal with Atlanta Braves * The 32-year-old Donaldson batted a combined .246 with eight home runs and 23 RBIs in 52 games for Cleveland and Toronto last season. He missed more than three months in the middle of the season with a lingering calf injury, which also hampered him during spring training." -- Good grief... Atlanta would get better results filling the stands by handing out $23 Million in free tickets! This makes Biff Pocaroba's 6 year contract look reasonable.

---
Online headline/story: "Stalled Amtrak Passengers Offered Luxury of Pooping in Cardboard Box * Passengers on a Boston-bound Amtrak train were stuck for six hours yesterday having only just left Penn Station. They had no reception and they had no power. And no power meant “unflushable” toilets. Amtrak, dauntless, had a compromise for its stalled passengers: taking a dump in a cardboard box." -- Sounds like the toilets on Queen TT's high speed rail to Atlanta may also have her signature Queen TT Lounges on board.

---
Online headline/story: "Introducing Heckler & Koch's M27: The Marines New Super Rifle Is Here * The U.S. Marine Corps has picked the Heckler & Koch M27 as its new infantry rifle. Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Robert Neller confirmed the selection in an interview with Military.com ." -- Hmm... you know, Columbus, GA has a H&K factory here.. wonder if our Chamber and Council know this?

---
From the "Hypocrisy.. thou art a liberal" department - Online headline/story: "School blocks Chick-fil-A as dining option, cites values * Rider University removed the restaurant from a survey asking students what restaurants they would like on campus, "based on the company's record widely perceived to be in opposition to the LGBTQ community." The fast-food chain was included in previous surveys. * Chick-fil-A says it has "no policy of discrimination against any group," and that its corporate purpose is "to glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us." * Rider says it understands some may view the decision as a "form of exclusion." But the school says it wanted to be "faithful to our values of inclusion." -- "faithful to our values of inclusion."? Hmmm... well, I know of no adage or fable that uses exclusion as a form of inclusion...

---
NPR headline: "Where The Suburbs Moved Left — And How The Shift Swung Elections" --
Good grief...after sweeping turnover in California, particularly, the 5 uber-lib states of CA, NY, IL, NJ, and MA, now have 100 out of 120 House Representatives who are Democrat. With the 20 Republicans in those states, combined with the Republicans in the other 45 states, there are 201 +/- Republicans versus 134 +/- Democrats. Sounds more like suburban women are still in the Republican camp.

---
Online headline:/story: "Lawsuit alleges votes went missing in Georgia lieutenant governor race * For some reason, there were tens of thousands fewer votes cast in the Georgia lieutenant governor’s election than any other statewide race.
A lawsuit alleges that the drop-off in votes indicates the election between Republican Geoff Duncan and Democrat Sarah Riggs Amico was flawed and should be redone. Duncan won by more than 123,000 votes." -- Let's look at CA as well...how do 11.5 Million voters cast ballots for the Governor yet only 9.6 Million voted for a Lt Governor.. and in the Senate Race, only 10.2 Million voted.. A lot of voters think the Gov/Lt Gov is a joint ticket like the President/V. President and only vote on the Governor's race.

---
From the "so much for the previous accolades" department - Online headline/story: "3 GEORGIA CITIES MAKE 'MOST SINFUL CITIES' LIST * Atlanta ranks highly, but two other cities also make the list. * Overall, Atlanta had a "Vice index" of 52.27. For comparison's sake, Las Vegas scored a 61.32 and the "least sinful" city on the list, South Burlington, Vermont, had a score of 21.19. * Augusta, Georgia was in the top half of "sinful cities", ranking in at #71 with a Vice index score of 38.41, while Columbus, Georgia, was right in the middle at #111 with a score of 34.97." -- Sorta blows holes in the claims Columbus is a "safe" city...

---
M/C L-E story: "The Muscogee County School District is selling a former school. *
During its monthly meeting Monday night, the Muscogee County School Board authorized superintendent David Lewis to accept the offer of $850,000 from the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley to buy the former Edgewood Elementary School." --Finally...something somewhat agreeable done by the MCSD/MCSB!

---
Again..don't be mislead by Democrat claims of a House popular vote 8.6 million "landslide". Five uber-liberal states (CA, NY, IL, NJ, and MA) generated over 9.1 excess Democrat votes in House elections, so.. in reality, Republicans received a majority of votes in the other combined 45 states. Hellary tried to make a similar claim she won the popular vote by 3,000,000 votes, yet over 3.5 million of her "lead"were in CA..which means Trump won the overall popular by 500,000 in the other 49 states.

---
From the "ain't this special" department - M/C L-E headline/story: "Group files suit decrying Georgia election process * A political organization backed by Democrat Stacey Abrams filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday challenging the way Georgia’s elections are run, making good on a promise Abrams made as she ended her bid to become the state’s governor. * “The general election for governor is over, but the citizens and voters of Georgia deserve an election system that they can have confidence in,” Lauren Groh-Wargo, Abrams’ campaign manager, who is now CEO of Fair Fight Action, told reporters on the steps of the federal courthouse in Atlanta. * More than 40,000 people called to report problems they faced when they tried to register or vote, and their stories bolster the allegations in the lawsuit, Groh-Wargo said." -- Hmmm.. Lauren Groh-Fargo..related to Joseph D. Wargo.. partner of Wargo-French in Atlanta.. Funny, it was just announced that Stacey G. Evans.. Democrat runoff loser to Stacey Abrams was just brought in to Wargo-French as a partner.. looks like another bed full of Democrats.

---
M/C L-E headline/story: "Columbus police investigate shooting of father, 3-year-old son * A Columbus father and son were gunned down in the driveway in a double homicide outside 6 Stuart Drive, authorities said Tuesday. * Joseph Banks, 41, and his 3-year-old son were pronounced dead at 9:22 a.m. in the yard near the house, said Muscogee County Chief Deputy Coroner Freeman Worley." -- Hmmm.. looks like murders 31 & 32 for sure with a couple of others with the verdict still out, so we could be talking a total of 34. Anyway, we have a whole month left to surpass last years 35. Now... when will this carnage STOP!

---
Did you see the L-E pic of the ribbon cutting at CSU's Lenoir Hall? I can't imagine how Mayor Tom-LYING-son missed such a photo-op like this.....

From the "Bias? What Bias?" department - Online headline: "Trump strongly defends use of tear gas on caravan migrants" -- "Trump strongly defends"? You better believe it.. it's HIS JOB! Good grief.. First, people who want to invade.. force themselves into another country, are NOT migrants... secondly, MSM-13 did not even challenge President Obama's call for tear gas in a similar "invasion attempt" in 2013.

---
MSM-13 and Democrats are attempting to shame President Trump for defending our county from illegal aliens attempting to overrun our border with tear gas. "They are horrified at mothers and children being 'gassed'. Well, what mothers deserve to even HAVE CHILDREN when they intentionally expose them to such circumstances?

---
Online story: "New York Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand called the use of tear gas “horrendous.” * “We must hold those responsible accountable,” Gillibrand tweeted. “Children who approach our country looking for asylum should be welcomed with open arms, not with tear gas.” -- Good grief..how about holding the mothers responsible for putting their children in such potential situations!

---
You know.. In 1969, my generation was in awe of landing a man on the moon some 240,000 miles away.. yesterday, we landed an unmanned probe on Mars... Mars is about 100 Million Miles away and millennials  hardly blinked.

One thing about the landing is a real tribute to the growth of technology.. The last six minutes of the landing required the pod to go from over 12,000 MPH to ZERO. It was done with parachutes and programmed reverse engine thrusts...but totally blind. Signals from Mars-to-Earth take 8 minutes ..each way...once the pod began descent, no adjustments, no corrections, could be made...well, even if this generation is not impressed, mine is.

---
Normally I mention dragged out issues on Mondays, but yesterday was already l-o-n-g..so here goes...nothing from Zeph Baker, nothing on the Mayor's car accident, the Roundabout on River Road just finished its first month with maybe 8 days of work and not much to show for $191,000.00 (1/24th of $4.6 million), no word on the man with the bashed in head who was pulled out of the river last August, and we're getting near to the countdown to new folks sitting in local government slots.

---
Online headline: "The White House Continues Its Tradition of Turning Christmas Into a Horror Film" -- It's sad when MSM-13 cannot find anything in the world to say something nice about what the Trumps do. Did I say sad? I think I meant PATHETIC!

---
I have my own ideas about why GM sales suck..looked at a Cadillac CT6 last Spring..it's suppose to be a big car, but it totally failed in being a big man's car..no headroom/ legroom for a 6'6" man in front, nor in the back. And Buick...who can figure out visually a Buick from any other car, and none of the sedans are 'large'. Then their are the "matchbox sized" offerings when people want safety and comfort..

---
HuffPOOPOO headline: "Chris Cuomo Gets Slammed For Saying Police Gassing Migrant Caravan Were Doing 'Duty'" -- Just proves Trump's claims that MSM-13 would rather publish Fake News versus the truth.

---
Online headline: "Barbra Streisand rips female Trump voters: ‘They don’t believe enough in their own thoughts’" -- Well, I'll damned if I ever advocate to my daughters that Hellary should be any kind of positive role model for them to hold in esteem.. she's vicious, she's a liar, she's a criminal, she's hindrance to equality for women, she tolerates an intolerable womanizer for a husband, and doesn't know how to bake cookies.

---
Online headline: "Ocasio-Cortez compares members of migrant caravan to Jews fleeing Nazi Germany" -- Wait a minute... this is the same Socialist-Democrat who supports Palestinian attacks against the Jewish in Israel! I don't see much difference in her view and Hitler's.

---
Have you seen that ad for "Coravin"? You know..the one where you stick a "needle" through the cork, pour out your wine, then pull the needle out and the cork reseals so it will taste good a year from now...I don't believe that.. at all... sticking that needle in and pulling it out will not keep new air from entering the bottle, and "new" air damages wine.

From the "Big Brother's partner in crime" department - Online headline/story: "The Next Data Mine Is Your Bedroom * Google wants to scan your clothing and listen to you brush your teeth. Welcome home. * In the first patent, Google imagines devices that would scan and analyze the surroundings of your home, then offer you content based on what they detect. According to the patent, the smart cameras in such a device could, for example, recognize Will Smith’s face on a T-shirt on the floor of a user’s closet. After matching this analysis against your browser history, the device might then say aloud, “You seem to like Will Smith. His new movie is playing in a theater near you.” -- Stop! Before you read one more word, put tape over your computer camera lens, and disconnect your Google "HOME". If you have a Google "HOME", you've probably been jolted awake when the voice sudden erupts with a "I didn't get that" when you weren't addressing the device.. Just to be safe, cut-off your phones "location" app whenever you are not using it to find something you want to find.

---
From the "suspicions confirmed" department - Online headline/story: "Plunge in Clinton Foundation donations fuels GOP scrutiny amid DOJ probe * The tax filings, which were made public this month, show the Clinton Foundation pulled in $62.9 million in 2016, but only $26.6 million the following year, representing a nearly 58 percent drop. Tax documents for 2018 are not yet available." -- As suspected.. the Clinton donations were part of her foreign "donors" having to "pat-to-play" when Hellary was Secretary of State and probable 2016 Presidential winner.. now foreign domains realize "she can't get them nothing anymore!"

---
It's really a shame that the L-E still feels it's relevant in our community...one of the former public services the L-E blessed the community was the "Mug Shots" of charged felony arrests . Why.. because it demonstrated that more than half of the new arrest charges were being made against felons who were in violation of the terms of their parole or probation..this showed that most of the crimes would not have been committed if the previously convicted felon had simply served their entire sentence of their previous conviction.

I tell what..any parent who rushed our Southern Border with their children as shields trying to illegally breach the security of our country and then complain about tear gas being used should have their children removed from their custody.

---
Think about this.. our housing markets would be more stable if a single lower interest rate were used by all mortgage/banking companies. As it is, mortgage companies take a buyers info and decide risk factors which determine a wide range of interest rate choices. What if a single low rate was all such companies had to work with, and the companies just allowed buyers to finance what they can afford based on a set formula? As it is, buyers take a high interest package to buy over their income level which means the buyers are more at risk of not being able to afford their home payments.

CB&T became Synovus, and went from the "Bank of Here" to the "Bank of Where". Now Synovus is getting more and more outsiders in management.. guess the next slogan will be the "Bank of WHO?"

Hey, Columbus.. did you know Auburn was playing at the Maui Invitational? Yes they were. In fact, Auburn won 3rd place beating Arizona.. Just thought you'd like to know despite what the L-E feels...

Judge Roberts --- I'm not sure what his purpose was other than trying to shake his horrible decision of agreeing with Obama that taxpayers could be FINED for not buying a mandated product if he called it a tax, but why did he comment about Trump's pointing out the 800 pound gorilla in the room? Did you ever hear Robert's respond to Obama's flaming rhetoric about certain Supreme Court decisions? Did you ever hear Roberts speak out about Supreme Court decisions/judges being eviscerated during any of Obama's SOTU speeches? No.. so why now?

From the "welcome to the real world.. our world" department - Online headline/story: " Mexico detains 213 Central American migrants in 4th caravan * Mexico's National Immigration Institute said 213 migrants were detained and taken to a processing center. Those found to lack proper documents may face repatriation to their home countries." -- Well, well, well..now Mexico is understanding how America feels when Mexico "waved the matador's cape" for undocumented illegals to pass through on their way to America, but now Mexico is having to deal with them since President Trump has shutdown the border.

---
From the "how to sanitize a personal moment" department - M/C L-E headline: "Ledger-Enquirer is opening up to community as we change * BY LEDGER-ENQUIRER STAFF online@ledger-enquirer.com" -- Good grief.. a personal plea for understanding,, with a generic byline! On the other hand, is there anyone still left at the L-E who really wants the public to know he/she works there?

From the above "double-speak" story: "Local journalism is more important now than ever. Recent studies of communities without local papers show that without their watchdog role, the costs of local government increase and the communities suffer. * The Ledger-Enquirer is a vital and essential part of this community. Remaining so requires change, and we hope you’ll join us on this journey." -- Good grief! Stuff goes on in the City and MCSD that the L-E has been fully aware of yet has "glossed over" or just didn't bring it out for public consternation... and the L-E freely admits that to be a "vital and essential part of this community", the L-E "requires change"..

---
Now we know.. Chuck Williams is going and will re-emerge at WRBL? Hmmm does anyone know what channel that is on Charter/Spectrum?

---
My next door neighbors were not looking forward to Saturday.. One went to GA Tech, another to Auburn, and a child goes to South Carolina...on Saturday their schools were engaged (in order) with Georgia, Alabama, and Clemson.. somehow, I felt they'd all be ecstatic to win any of those games with the point-spreads..

---
You know.. the US District judges that "interpret" our Constitution like they are drafting up their own "fill-in-the-blanks" version... are they wearing wearing actual judicial robes or have they just modified burqas?

---
Good grief... MSM-13 is horrified that President Trump is thankful for his family, and that he thinks America is better today than 2 years ago, and that he's had an opportunity to help make America Great Again.. What MSM-13 should be concerned about is that he's helped America become strong again and America has become so without any help from the MSM-13.

---
From the "hmmm... and we know how normal his thought processes .... AREN'T!" department - HuffPOOPOO headline: "Stephen King tweets 3 sentences of unadulterated rage about Donald Trump" -- Heh heh heh.. do you think Stephen King even knows what a backhanded compliment he gave President Trump?... 3 tweets rather than the subject of one of his warped books...

---
Maxine Waters...What a condemnation of the overall California Democrats concept of defining a Congressional Representative to send to Washington.. Waters won over 77% of the votes cast in the CA District 43 election... Think about that 3.. no, more than 3-out-of-4 District 43 votes cast went to Waters who doesn't even LIVE in that District! To boot, Waters cannot even legally vote for herself.. but it is California, so we don't know for sure how many votes were cast illegally anyway.

---
Speaking of California voting enigmas, take a look at the statewide races....how do 11.5 Million voters cast ballots for the Governor yet only 9.6 Million voted for a Lt Governor.. and in the Senate Race, only 10.2 Million voted.. meanwhile, down ballot, 11.3 Million voted for the Atty General, Insurance Commissioner, Treasurer and Controller. How/why is there such a discrepancy in votes cast in statewide races?

---
From the "let's parse this liberal ranting" department - Online headline/story: ":"Democrats won House popular vote by largest midterm margin since Watergate * With votes continuing to be tallied more than two weeks after Election Day, Democrats hold a lead over Republicans in the House popular vote by more than 8.6 million votes." -- This is also a part of the California enigma, too.. there were a total of about 11.2 Million votes cast in the 53 CA House Districts.. of those 7.5 Million were for Democrats leaving only 3.7 Million for Republicans..once you remove the inflated Democrat vote in California..the Dem "edge" is but 3.8 Million.

Now we look at New York.. 5.8 Million voted.. and this pretty much matched the amount that voted in the Gov's, Senator, and Congressional races.. Democrats got about 3.7 Million votes and Republicans got about 2.1 Million.. That's another 1.6 Million more Democrat votes With California's 3 Million more Dem votes, that puts CA and NY having 5.4 Million of the 8.6 Million extra Dem votes.

Then we move to Illinois.. In the Governors race, 4.4 Million voted with 2.4 of those for the Democrat.. but what tells the tale of Illinois politics is that the Secretary of States race also generated 4.4 Million votes but over 3 Million went for the Democrat..In the Congressional races, a total vote of 4.3 Million were accounted for (wonder where the other 100K went?).. and Democrats got 2.6 of those. This is another jolt of 1.6 Million Dem voters that are perpetual, and now the surplus votes for Dems in CA, NY, and IL total 7 Million of the 8.6 million Dems are cheering about.

On to New Jersey - another 1.1 million DEM votes more.. now it's at 8.1 surplus DEM popular votes,, add MA's surplus of over 1 Million, and the total of those 5 states is 500,000 more than the overall "popular vote Margin" the Dems feel is a landslide.. but in actuality, the Republican garnered MORE VOTES in all the OTHER 45 states..

Yet, when you add up all the Democrat Representatives in those 5 states CA-45, NY-21, IL-13, NJ-12, and MA-9, these states give Pelosi 100 "don't read, just vote like I tell you" votes out of the 218 she needs to pass/block legislation in the House. Trump was right.. again.. a vote for a Democrat was a vote for Pelosi.

---
You know.. there was no "blue wave".. After the 2018 midterms which generally influence the make up of Congress, there are two more Republican Senators for the next two years, and no matter how it's "spun" the Democrats still have less representatives than the Republicans had in the last term.

---
What is it with media.. MSM-13.. and Fox News, too, are referring to the caravaners as "migrants".. They are not MIGRANTS.. they are illegal aliens that have violated the Southern Mexican border, and want to violate ours as well!

---
Online story: "Thanksgiving day is tracking toward one of the fastest growing retail days in online shopping history. * By late Thursday afternoon, online sales reached $1.75 billion representing growth of 28.6 percent year-over-year, according to Adobe Analytics data. By Ken Martin" -- Did you noticed how uplifting even MSM-13 was about the Post-Thanksgiving Day Weekend Sales volume? Now, name me one MSM-13 "journalist" who gave any credit to the consumer confidence index enthusiasm created by the Trump economy?

---
From the "Hypocrisy, thy name is Democrat" department - Online story: "Mississippi Democratic Senate hopeful Mike Espy is facing ethical questions over his work for a company that paid $2.5 million to settle a lawsuit concerning bribing of officials in a bid to score lucrative contracts with the state prison, the latest revelation of the Democrat’s troubling associations." -- Good grief! Isn't it Democrats that want to eliminate incarceration for basically all crimes... yet here is one that was in a bribery scam to send business to his company.

---
I love parades..especially the Macy's Parade...but President Trump had my attention as he honored our troops serving us around the country and world. When he finished, then I switched to the parade! Trump..Vision 2020!

---
How come liberals eviscerate Trump's dealings with Saudi Arabia based on human rights issues, yet support Venezuela , and ignore the human rights issues in Africa involving genocide, slavery, and sex trafficking ?

---
Think about this..Californians just do not understand Real Life 101.. at all! In their misguided attempt to 'save the trees' with ill-conceived regulations and laws, forests have become perils to their cities, neighborhoods and state..and they haven't saved any of those trees.

---
Beto... Beto O'Rourke... he's the "Hope" of the Democrats in 2020? Good grief...after Be70,000,000.00 went through the billionaire's row of donors.. two of them are going run themselves, so who does O'Rouke feel will send him any money in 2020 primary races?

---
From the "Talk about megalomania" department - Online headline: "Gov. Cuomo says he's the 'voice' of Upstate NY: 'I love Upstate'" -- Personally, I think Cuomo would be better off compared to a lower body part that expels "hot air".

---
Online headline/story: "Soros dumps Facebook, Netflix stocks just before they dipped * Billionaire George Soros’ investment management firm has saved millions after completely selling off its shares of Facebook and slashing its stakes in Netflix and Goldman Sachs just before the stocks nosedived, a report said Wednesday. * Soros Management Fund saved $17.7 million in the fourth quarter by dumping the three stocks" -- This sounds so like a little...no, a lot of insider trading information...and deserves a Security Exchange Commission audit/Investigation.

---
M/C L-E commentary "headLIE": "GOP cannot win without cheating * BY LEONARD PITTS JR * Miami Herald" -- Good grief.. Leonard "the" Pitts LIVES in one of the crooked Democrat run election counties in AMERICA .. yet claims it's the Republicans who "have to cheat".. I could be wrong.. but I'm willing to bet he has Brenda Snipes on "speed-dial"..... and had the Broward/Dade County results on the Monday BEFORE the election.

---
From the "when will the Obama lies stop?" department - Online headline: "Obama suggests Trump doesn't share his vision of a 'multi-racial … multi-religious' democracy" -- Good grief.. America already IS a multi-racial, multi-religious country.. and Obama knows that America is NOT a Democracy.. we are a Limited Republic as envisioned... fortunately.../ by our Founding Fathers.. What Obama doesn't want to tell the truth about is Trump has taken more blacks and Latinos OFF the unemployment highs he nurtured during his terms in office.

---
From the "oh, what a day!" department - In a match that had no lead by either golfer of more than a 1-up advantage, Phil beat Tiger on the 4th extra hole to take the "winner-take-all" purse of $9,000,000.00 in their much ballyhooed head-to-head match. Let's hope next year is a rematch!

---
We went and bought our Christmas Tree on Friday...... looks like the price of tree food went up higher than inflation this year.. Anyway, with the much higher price, I noticed the sales tax add-on seemed a little bit more noticeable as well. I thought to myself.. why are we having to pay sales taxes on Christmas Trees. I thought the US Supreme Court had upheld the separation of church and state, so why is the government taxing Christmas Trees? Then I thought about Bibles.. why are Bibles taxed as well? We need a NEW law!

---
Now the House Republicans are pressing Comey to be questioned under oath in a private session...what a grandstand move as they exit their majority status.. Comey won't show up, and once the Democrats are "in" come January, all the Comey, Lynch, and FBI scandals will be off the table as far as Congressional inquiries are concerned. Sadly, if the Republicans had shown a spine for the whole two years Trump has been in office, they'd be in control now.

---
From the "bias? what bias?" department - Online headline/story: "White House deputy chief receiving millions from Fox * The report released Friday shows that Shine received $8.4 million in severance pay from 21st Century Fox after he left in May 2017. He'll also receive bonus and options payments in 2018 and 2019 amounting to $7 million for the two years combined. The agreement is set to expire May 1, 2019. * Shine joined the Trump administration earlier this year. He resigned his position as co-president of Fox News amid questions over his handling of sexual harassment and discrimination allegations that led to the departures of CEO Roger Ailes and Fox News personality Bill O'Reilly." -- Good grief! Fox's severance deal with Shine had nothing .. HAS nothing to do with being hired by President Trump!

---
HuffPOOPOO headline:" Fox News Apologizes For Guest Who Likened Hillary Clinton To ‘Herpes’" -- Sadly, it's a slur against "Herpes".

---
From the "Hypocrisy.. thy name is Democrat!" department - Online headline: :Hillary Clinton tells Europe to curb immigration and stop populism" -- Whoa! What next.. is Hellary going to campaign to run for queen of the EU on a "build a Wall" message?

---
Online headline:"Supreme Court's future rides on Ginsburg's health" -- What a sad commentary ...that the future of the Supreme Court rides on Ginsburg.. any one Justice for that matter. All 9 should only be concerned with if a law passed by Congress and signed by a President passes the fairness (and smell) test as penned by our Founding Fathers and new generations of Americans since.

Think about this: What will CBS do on December 1st. It's the SEC championship game and it's being played in Atlanta, home of Chick-fil-A, in the state that MSM-13 feels stole the governorship, and Alabama's QB wears crosses on each of his cheeks.

---
From the "how dare them!" department - Online headline/story: "Incoming Mexico gov't: No deal to host U.S. asylum-seekers * Julieta Vences, a congresswoman with Lopez Obrador's Morena party who is also president of Mexico's congressional migrant affairs commission, told the AP that incoming Foreign Minister Marcelo Ebrard has been discussing with U.S. officials how to handle a deluge of asylum claims at the border. * "They're going to have to open the borders (for the migrants) to put in the request," Vences said. "They will also give us dates, on what terms they will receive the (asylum) requests and in the case that they are not beneficiaries of this status, they will have to return here," Vences said." -- ""They're going to have to open the borders (for the migrants) to put in the request," Vences said. "They will also give us dates, on what terms they will receive the (asylum) requests"? Wait a minute... Mexico has ownership of this situation.. either Mexico has to accept/process the illegal aliens into its country willingly or declare them hostile invaders and kick them out to their countries to the south.

---
You know if Trump is a "racist" for wanting to have an orderly immigration process, and Mexico's President says/believes the same thing, why isn't the Mexican President being called a racist, too?

---
What's so difficult about understanding our Constitution and its place in our lives? It's basically the 'By-Laws' all Americans can count on to give them equal rights and protection. There is a time proven method to make changes in it...Neither a new legislative law nor a lower court activist judge is one of the ways.

---
Our Constitution is the document... the authority.. by which the three branches of government are empowered to act and perform. It must be the foundation of rock upon which America stands. No one branch of government is given the power to overturn or change it.. for good reasons. The Constitution, in effect, is not "interpret-able" by changes in mores or political whims... the Constitution is the basis to interpret the validity of laws passed by current/future members of Congress as approved by the current/future president at every point in time.

Online story: "Online sales rose more than 23 percent, crossing $6 billion on Black Friday, according to data from Adobe Analytics, which tracks transactions at 80 of the top 100 U.S. retailers. On Thanksgiving, it estimated sales grew 28 percent to $3.7 billion." -- Hmm so on Thursday, sales grew 28% from $2.9 Billion in 2017 to $3.7 Billion, and Friday sales grew 23% from $4.9 Billion in 2017 to $6 Billion. Hmmm.. so in two days, sales of merchandise grew $1.6 BILLION and not one word about the Trump economy, tax cuts and job growth being the catalyst for all this.

62-39... Guess Michigan will be known as Michi-GONE the rest of the season.

Do you reckon Saban will ever learn not to kick the ball against Auburn except following a touchdown?

Favorable calls for Alabama at home are a little too common..and cozy...has anyone seen what kind of car the Replay Judge drives after an Alabama home victory?

---
Good grief...there's a DNA test pack for dogs! It's called "Embark"...it ought t ok be called "dog poop".

---
Well...we've learned a lot about Rodrigo Blankenship this season...He's accurate, he kicks a football a mile but he is definitely not a running back nor an open field tackler!

---
What will CBS do on December 1st. It's the SEC championship game and it's being played in Atlanta, home of Chick-fil-A, in the state that MSM-13 feels stole the governorship, and Alabama's QB wears crosses on each of his cheeks...

Online headline: "Here’s why Stacey Abrams’ election loss has Georgia’s film workers on edge" -- Good Grief! Film workers should rejoice! If Abrams had won, she wanted to raise the state income taxes, while Kemp will continue to follow the Republican goal of eliminating state income taxes.

---
M/C L-E headline/story: "Columbus high on list of best places for retirees to live, play * “We have a low cost of living, a vibrant arts culture, a 40-percent reduction in crime over the last 10 years, access to affordable high-quality health care, and a walkable/bike-able community,” he (Brian Anderson) said in a statement." -- "a 40-percent reduction in crime over the last 10 years"? Hello! Is this one of those "figures don't lie, but liars figure a lot" moments? IN the 8 years Tom-LYING-son has been Mayor, Columbus's murder totals have grown from 15 in 2011 to 35 in 2017 and currently there are 30 (plus a couple of coin flips waiting on GBI confirmations); in 2011 Columbus had 918 other (rapes, assaults, robberies) violent crimes, and in 2016 Columbus had 1,194 of such violent crimes. There are some "drops" in other crime areas, but it's the violent ones that determine our sense of safety.

Can anyone remember when Tennessee's Bowl Eligibility ever came down to just beating Vanderbilt... and Tennessee lost?

---
SOAPBOX MOMENT: From the "show this to your Council Rep and Congresspersons" department - M/C L-E story: "In Columbus, the total turnout for the Nov. 6 General Election was 56.4 percent, 63,468 ballots out of 112,540 voters. * In the May 22 nonpartisan local elections and state primaries – back when governor candidates Democrat Stacey Abrams and Republican Brian Kemp were after their party nominations, and not after each other, in nonstop mudslinging TV ads – about 24,000 voted in the Columbus mayor’s race." -- 63,000 voted locally in the General Election, and only 24,000 voted in Mayor/Council and MCSB elections in May. As sad as it is that both those numbers emerged out of an available 'pool' of over 112.000 registered voters in Muscogee County, it's even sadder that only 21% of the registered voters voted in the May elections which means, basically, 12,001 voters could elect any county-wide politician.. which means the Columbus Mayor, Councilors from the two 'at-large' Posts, and the sole MCSD 'at large' Post could be elected by on 10.7% of the registered voters. Columbus needs to get our local government elections moved back to the November General Election date!

---
M/C L-E headline: "Northern Calif. fire is finally contained" -- Yea! Finally some good news out of California.. now, if California can fully contain its liberalism, the nation will have fewer 'fires' to put out!

---

Hmmm-- Hey Senator Feinstein ,  I want to agree with you on one item.. we do need a
"new law".. since illegal aliens don't bother to abide by our immigration laws, why do you expect they will abide with any new or existing gun laws? How about proposing a "new law" that will work to help BOTH problems.... a law to "BUILD THE WALL"!

From the "can I have a mulligan, please?" department - Online headline: "Michael Avenatti accuser says he dragged her, left her with marks on skin" -- Hmmm... sounds like @venatti could use a good lawyer and a lot of good advice.. Maybe Judge Kavanaugh could offer some..

Oh! where are the "#I believe her" crowd?

---
Online headline/story: "U.S. Rep. Fudge says she will not challenge Pelosi for House speaker * Pelosi announced that Fudge next year will chair a House subcommittee overseeing elections activities to help ensure that voting across the United States is conducted according to law." -- Aside from the obvious "buy off", I imagine that Brenda Snipes, Broward County FL's ex Superintendent of Elections, is available as her Chief Assistant..

---
Online story: "Ron Perlman joins a number of celebrities - including Alyssa Milano, "West Wing" actor Bradley Whitford and Steve Pasquale - who have announced plans to boycott film and television productions in the state, where a large number of projects are filmed." -- Perlman? Milano? Whitford? Pasquale? Hey...I think I've pretty much been unknowingly 'boycotting' whatever they've ever been cast in...who cares..

---
Sam's Club needs to evaluate it's new policies...especially the one where they no longer require membership cards to enter. On Monday, 3 teen girls entered about the same time as I did... all were wearing those "fanny pack" bags in front of them...all were pretty flat. About 30 minutes later, I saw them again, this time coming out of the restroom, only now those "fanny packs" were fully packed. I watched as they strolled out ..unchallenged by the exit door checker.

---
You know..when an appointed Lower Court judge gets "shopped", and takes it on his/herself to 'stay'/override a Presidential Executive Order that cites a current Supreme Court decision, then that judge should face an automatic impeachment and disbarred if convicted.

---
From the "Hey Stacey Abrams.. now here's a vote fraud you ought to be championing" department - Online headline/story: "Ridiculous that Georgia’s Rodrigo Blankenship was not finalist for Lou Groza Award * “The Groza” was created in 1992 to go to the player deemed to be the nation’s best place-kicker. But if Blankenship isn’t even a finalist for this year’s award, then the trophy is not worth the stainless steel plate on which they’ll engrave the winner’s name. * The three finalists are: Cole Tracy, LSU; Andre Szymt, Syracuse; and Cooper Rothe, Wyoming. Only one of them deserves to be on any list that would include Blankenship. None of them could hold Blankenship’s right shoe lace." -- Good grief.. no one is disputing that the 3 "finalists" all had good seasons, but 2 of the 3 don't even do the "kick-offs" for their teams.. Not even going to name the so-called finalists.. none deserve to carry Rodrigo's gym bag... but I'm betting Rodrigo will be the first kicker drafted.

---
Another from the "Hey Stacey Abrams.. now here's a vote fraud you ought to be championing" - department - Orange County California...voters favored the Republican candidate by over 50% of the votes, and supported the eventual Lt. Governor with less of a percentage than the winning statewide percent.. yet.. did not elect a single Republican Congressional candidate, and ALL the Democrat candidates received higher percentages of votes than the Republican candidate for Governor..

---
Online headline: "Stacey Abrams Says She Was Almost Blocked From Voting In Georgia Election * In fact, Abrams said she experienced the problems in her state firsthand — after nearly being denied a ballot during early voting. * In an interview with Morning Edition host Steve Inskeep, the Democratic gubernatorial nominee said that when she went to vote last month, a poll worker initially told her that she had requested an absentee ballot and couldn't cast an in-person vote. Abrams replied that she never filed for an absentee ballot, and after a conversation with the site's manager, the matter was quickly resolved." -- You know.. when the candidate goes to a voting site, it is usually with an entourage of media and politicos.. so there is not going to be a major confrontation, but I surely would like to know where that absentee ballot is today.. and the political party affiliation of her county's Superintendent of Elections..

---
From the "things you find out accidentally" department - Online story: "Democrats will stick with their current state House of Representatives leader after gaining nearly a dozen seats in this month’s election. * House Minority Leader Bob Trammell, D-Luthersville, has led the caucus since last year, when Stacey Abrams stepped down to run for governor. Trammell faced a challenge from an Abrams ally, Rep. Carolyn Hugley of Columbus. * Democrats backed Trammell with a 43-to-27 vote in a closed-door meeting held Monday at the state Capitol." -- Looks like another "TKO' for Columbus.. Hugley, wife of Columbus' City Manager, challenged the Democrat leadership after enjoying her previous title of "Minority Whip", and got her head handed to her..seems like Columbus' Democrat team of Legislators just hit bottom in Atlanta... from BOTH parties. Now neither party will be interested in Columbus' needs ..or future.

---
In the GA Secretary of State's runoff between Rep. Brad Raffensperger and Dem. John Barrow..the Libertarian has now endorsed the Democrat ... I just wonder how a guy named Smythe Duval got 2% of the vote in the General Election to cause a run-off. After watching the scandals involving certain Florida counties, can you imagine what would have happened if Florida's Secretary of State had been a Democrat? December 4th is the run-off date.. make sure you get out and vote for Raffensperger!!!

---
It is going into the holiday weekend and there are still three things we are still left hanging about the facts: 1st...the Mayor's car accident 2nd, the cause of death of the man pulled out if the river in August with a head injury and 3rd, what's the status of Chuck Williams with the Columbus L-E?

---
From the "well, well, well...isn't this special" department - it's not that we don't feel... KNOW.. the liberal bias of Facebook, we just didn't know how the Democratic Party was in setting the liberal bar so low. Yesterday, I learned that one of Sen. Chuck Schumer's , D-NY, daughters works for Facebook! Now, I'd like see her resume'...I want to see what qualifications she has other than being Chuck Schumer's daughter.

BTW, Facebook has donated about $50,000 to her Democratic Senate minority leader dad, a vocal defender of the social media titan on Capitol Hill.

---
From the "it must be tough for the Columbus L-E to have to praise Trump.. even backhandedly" department - M/C headline/story: "Holiday spending expected to surge as best deals sought * If the survey’s predictions hold true, the average consumer will shell out just over $1,000 on gifts this 2018 holiday season — $1,007.24 to be exact — which would be 4.1 percent higher than shoppers’ average guesstimate a year ago of $967.13. Altogether, according to the retail federation, retail spending as a nation will surge to as much as $720.9 billion in November and December combined, which would be nearly 5 percent higher." -- Hmmm.. here's a headline the L-E hasn't.. couldn't...  run in the last 10 years.. of course the L-E storyline totally failed to mention that this is happening because of the soaring TRUMP ECONOMY!

---
On a local issue.. we just suffered the death of a retired Columbus Law Enforcement officer in a helicopter crash involving the local Metro Drug Task team on a routine flight for maintenance..another person also died who was not affiliated with the Metro Drug Task team.. while we are sad for both families, we taxpayers may be hit with a liability suit.. Hope Council considers this possibility as a potential issue if they allow Columbus Safety personnel to drive their City provided vehicles home in other counties and states.

From the "are Shicago street thugs becoming cost conscious?" department - Online headline/story: "Gunman opens fire at Chicago hospital, kills at least 3 * A gunman opened fire Monday at a Chicago hospital, killing at least three people, including a police officer, before the suspect also died, authorities said. -- At a hospital... at least the citizens of Shicago weren't stuck with more ambulance bills...It also looks like homicides in Shicago are trending down from Obama's last year in office .. In 2016, there were 808, in 2017, there were ONLY 675, and unless the streets of Shicago erupt in a street war the last 41 days of this year, there'll be another significant drop for 2018.

From "the walls of liberal babble are falling down" department - Online story: "Teresa Shook, founder of the Women’s March, called on leaders of the liberal political protest movement to step down on Monday amid widespread backlash against their refusal to condemn anti-Semitic and homophobic allies. * “Bob Bland, Tamika Mallory, Linda Sarsour and Carmen Perez of Women’s March, Inc. have steered the Movement away from its true course, * they have allowed anti-Semitism, anti- LBGTQIA sentiment and hateful, racist rhetoric to become a part of the platform by their refusal to separate themselves from groups that espouse these racist, hateful beliefs. * Mallory and Sarsour have been routinely criticized by public figures from across the political spectrum over their praise of Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, who routinely espouses anti-Semitic and homophobic views to his large following. The co-chairs have also come under fire for partnering with and endorsing anti-Semitic pro-Palestinian groups" -- Amazing.. Democrats accept almost any group in as long as they support certain ideals of the whole, but this can be described as a HUGE CHINK in those ideals..

From the "how can we make Hellary look less bad" department - Online headline/story: "Report: Ivanka Trump used personal email for government work * Ivanka Trump, the president's daughter and adviser, sent hundreds of emails about government business from a personal email account last year. * That's according to The Washington Post, which reports the emails were sent to White House aides, Cabinet officials and her assistants. * Peter Mirijanian says, "While transitioning into government... Ms. Trump sometimes used her private account, almost always for logistics and scheduling concerning her family." He says no classified information was transmitted and the emails have been "retained" in conformity with records' laws." -- And it's not going to work..Hellary kept an unprotected SERVER in her residence, and was a paid government employee, and destroyed 50+ thousand such documents ..including classified one..

Well. well, well... CNN's Jim Accosted-her is getting his WH press credentials restored.. voluntarily.. looks like he threw Br'er Trump into the brier patch.. heh heh heh..now, Trump may not call on him at all, and if Trump does, the CNN representative will not last long under fire.

A 16 year tradition is being broken at the White House Correspondents Dinner i April of 2019.. no. it's not that Trump is doing anything.. this will be the 3rd in a row he won't attend.. What's new is a non-comedian will be the speaker.. Ron Chernow, the famed biographer of Alexander Hamilton, will be the featured speaker at the 2019 dinner on April 27. “The White House Correspondents’ Association has asked me to make the case for the First Amendment and I am happy to oblige,” Chernow said in a statement issued by the correspondents’ association. “Freedom of the press is always a timely subject and this seems like the perfect moment to go back to basics. My major worry these days is that we Americans will forget who we are as a people and historians should serve as our chief custodians in preserving that rich storehouse of memory.” -- Hmmm... aside from no comedian wants to work an audience of liberals as they do not have a sense of humor unless there's a conservative target in he room, but the main attraction is that liberal journalists find humor in destroying the real value of the 1st Amendment.

---
You know.. the 1st Amendment is being tested... properly.. as we speak..thanks to President Trump. Mainscream media (a.k.a. MSM-13) feels the 1st Amendment is there only to protect their freedom to say what they want to say, not to protect their freedom to say what is necessary to expose government intrusion on the rights of citizens. If MSM-13 REALLY valued the 1st Amendment, it would be supporting Trump's rights to speak freely, and... MSM-13 should be eviscerating liberal run college campuses that deny conservative speakers from voicing their opinions.

What is it with these hi-tech personal training equipment companies are flooding TV ads? You know dang well your bride is not going to set it up in her living or dining room in the central bay window.

From the "party of tolerance?" department - Online headline/story: "House Democrats Ban Chick-fil-A From Thanksgiving Meal * House Democrats refused to serve Chick-fil-A sandwiches at their first caucus meeting because they consider the official chicken of our Lord to be “ideological food.” -- "ideological food"? What hypocrisy! How about pork products? Now pork products were biblically banned for the Jewish faith and in the Qur'an for those of Muslim faith.. now pork is what I call "ideological food".. Hmmm... wonder how many pork products were banned at the Democrat Caucus Thanksgiving meal as well?

---
From the "folly of LA-LA-Land" department - Online headline: "Gavin Newsom wants to redesign California’s tax system. It’s so hard, Jerry Brown didn’t try" -- "Jerry Brown didn't try"? Good grief.. Governor-elect Newsom . Newsom is talking about redesigning the tax system in California? Somebody better remind him the his Aunt Nancy Pelosi is not going to be happy since Newsom did not state he wants to redesign the California tax system specifically to RAISE them...

So Alyssa Milano is threatening film boycotts in GA because Stacey Abrams wasn't elected to be the governor of GA..Of course what Alyssa Milano doesn't comprehend is that Hollywood would boycott making films in GA after seeing all the tax raises Abrams would have wanted to introduce if she had been elected.

---
From the "surely it's a joke" department - With the Washington Redskins losing their QB, conversations have jumped to Colin KaeperPRICK to be given a new job..he doesn't want one..why would he want one..he's out of shape and practice, has a sweetheart deal with nike, and is the sweetheart of the liberals.

Online story: "Over the summer, Heat center Hassan Whiteside bought a $50,000 M16 assault rifle, ammunition, a rifle bag and a silencer. The next day, Whiteside couldn’t find the rifle bag or the M16." -- The M16 is a machine gun...a fully automatic assault weapon.. Unless he had a permit issued prior to acquiring such a weapon, he should be arrested based on his own testimony.

---
Online headline: "Gowdy Rips Comey's Request for Public Hearing: 'Did He Interview Hillary Clinton in Public?'" -- Good grief.. Comey not only didn't interview her in public, but he neither recorded her, nor took notes.. All we know is that Comey could have just talked to her about her grandchildren just as Loretta Lynch claims she did with Slick Willie on her plane parked at an airport. Further. Comey could be just lying and holding on to video's to leverage himself with the Clintons... perhaps even to insure his own safety FROM the Clintons.

---
Online headline: "The Obamas are on their way to becoming a billion-dollar brand" -- Wow...they haven't created any private sector jobs and no products that improve life.. this will cheapen the thought of capitalism is the route to becoming a billionaire.

From the "and you wonder why Trump called in active military?" department - Online story: "U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials arrested Acosta-Avila and four other individuals – including a U.S. citizen and three undocumented Mexican nationals who were hiding under a blanket in the back seat, the report said. * Acosta-Avila told authorities that he and the U.S. citizen were going to split $400 for shuttling the three Mexican nationals into the U.S., according to the report. But the three men told authorities they agreed to pay between $6,000 and $7,000 each to enter the U.S., the report said." -- just shows how rotten California has become overall.

So Brenda Snipes..Broward County's Election Supervisor wants to escape the light of truth shining on her by resigning. Now, either Scott or de Santis will appoint a conscientiously concern Election Supervisor until Broward County votes in another Democrat one in 2020, and the future elections will pick up where 2016 left off. Maybe Broward County needs to be reverse-gerrymandered...

I am not sorry Stacey Abrams lost.. I am sorry she is such a poor loser..

After thinking about a ref throwing a flag at the Harvard football player who flipped off the Yale team right before he crossed into the end zone, I must assume "flipping off" your opponent is something that is TAUGHT at Harvard.. This was not the first recorded event.. just the first of such to draw a penalty flag.. Democrat appointed federal judges from Harvard seem to do so all the time when they rule against the Constitution and Constitutional rights of all Americans.

From the "raises more questions than should be dangling" department - M/C L-E story: " The passenger who died with Hall has not yet been identified, on the request of his family, but he is not the same person who was with Hall in 2016. * Hall, 53, had just retired in July after working with the Columbus Police Department for 28 years. He was piloting the Bell OH-58 helicopter that went down in Lake Mitchell, on the Coosa River near Verbena, Ala., east of Interstate 65 and north of Montgomery. * Hall was flying the chopper to a repair company in Clanton, where it was to be swapped for another task force aircraft that already had its periodic maintenance. “Every so many hours you have to have maintenance done on an aircraft, and this was just the routine maintenance it has to have on it,” Harris County Sheriff Mike Jolley said at a news conference Sunday." -- "has not yet been identified, on the request of his family"? Hey, L-E .. we're grieving here and you are distracting our grief.. Not disclosing facts leaves too many questions to contemplate.. the first being the mystery you've highlighted.. was the passenger authorized to be on this flight? That's a question that needs an immediate response.

M/C L-E headline: "Enrollment increases at many Georgia colleges, universities" -- Hmmm.. but as we saw earlier, CSU is not one of these....

Monday, November 19, 2018

I don't know what's more exciting...Kemp winning the GA governorship, or knowing the California money and celebrities did nothing but spark our economy instead California's.

---
In retrospect: How much better off would California be if it's billionaires and celebrities had spent all the time and money (and we're talking hundreds of millions of dollars) on correcting California's forestry issues rather than trying to influence.. buy/bribe.. the citizens of Texas, Florida, Arizona, and Georgia to elect people "they" felt should represent OUR interests

Online headline: "Americans rank Barack Obama as best president of their lifetimes: Poll".-- What kind of Americans...illegally undocumented ones, or Central and South Americans... or teenagers

From the "how can a hate-filled Un-American Politician serve America" department - Online story: "California Democrat and likely 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Kamala Harris drew fury after comparing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to the Ku Klux Klan during a hearing on Capitol Hill. * She asked Ronald Vitiello, President Trump's nominee to lead ICE, whether he shares what she said was the public’s view that ICE was spreading fear and mistrust, in particular among immigrant communities, the same way the KKK did. * “Are you aware of the perception of many about how the power and the discretion at ICE is being used to enforce the laws and do you see any parallels [with the KKK]?,” she asked." -- Good grief! Hasn't anyone explained the US Constitution to her? You would think a lawyer would HAVE to be aware of our Constitution JUST to get a license to practice it, but someone please tell her that she'll get the 55 Electoral Votes whether she wins by 1 or 5,000,000 legal/illegal votes in 2020. Oh.. and this KKK she blames.. maybe it really stand for Klinton, Klinton, and Kobama?

---
The Constitution...wait... Our Constitution divides the power of running this country between three entities...the Executive Branch, the Legislative Branch, and the Judicial Branch..but only at the highest levels. Giving injunction capabilities to a lower court judge over the President is not in Our Constitution. It would would be akin for a State Legislature overruling a law of the federal level Legislature at its whim. It's sad that political liberals and MSM-13 give any kind of credible publicity to such .

First I was startled at Hellary's statement that "the only thing she's ever stolen was people's hearts". Then I realized..you know, maybe she's flying a trial balloon to see if she has a new career as a touring stand-up comedienne.

News (as of late Friday) is that at least 71 people are confirmed dead in the current California fires is tragic..disturbing..news that there are over 1000 people unaccounted for is starling and horrifying. Pray for an abundance of miracles!
Better yet, you can help: I have a sister who lives in California with her family.. They are not in the directly affected areas. I contacted her Friday and asked for her recommendations of good organizations we could contribute to to help out reach programs for those so affected by the fires. She gave me these website addresses:

---
Now, for, as Paul Harvey might say, "the rest of the California story": In corresponding with my sister who lives fairly near San Francisco.. here's a lot more going on than just the "Camp Fire"... she mentioned how bad the air quality is and that schools have closed because of it...It's ironic that all the California "green laws/regulations" to "protect the forests" have snapped back and bit California citizens on their butts.

---
You know, any politician...even executives that work for MSM-13 organizations..that demand a president to publicly air his/her tax returns should have to furnish their own tax returns for public airing BEFORE a judge considers their ploy. ....and regardless of how the president decides to handle the demand. BTW, no one can be forced to publish their tax files.. not even Presidents.

---
Thinking about how much it costs for Congresspersons to live in homes in their home states as well as the Washington, DC area on a $175,000 annual salary, maybe it's time to have every Congressman's income subjected to an annual audit..

---
Let me repeat ... clarify.. my opinions on @vennatti..while we should not push for MSM-13's demand for " rush to judgment" we can advocate for full discovery of the evidence presented and for a fair trial.

---
Officials are now saying the fires are not just a California issue, but an American issue...hmmm..how convenient..amazingly, California officials says American laws are NOT an California issue, so leave our sanctuary cities and illegal aliens alone.

---
You know the biggest disappointment revealed in this election is that Florida's Democrats in 2 major counties are basically proud of ..admit to..not being trustworthy to assure every citizens rights to have a voice in their vote.

---
From the "Yogi Berra: It ain't over 'til it's over" department - Online headline: "Stacey Abrams says she can’t defeat Brian Kemp in Georgia governor race; will sue over mismanagement of state's election" -- Hmmm.. but unlike Yogi.. Stacey Abrams doesn't know when IT IS OVER...

From the "we can do better than this" department - Online headline/story: "CIA determines Khashoggi’s death was ordered by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman: report * The death of Jamal Khashoggi, the writer and activist who was killed in the Saudi Consulate in Turkey last month, came at the directive of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS), the CIA has determined according to a report out Friday. *  The agency’s conclusion came as a result of “an understanding of how Saudi Arabia works,” rather than a “smoking gun,” a U.S. official with knowledge of the situation told The Wall Street Journal." -- No "smoking gun"? Haven't we been through enough "rush to judgment" CRAP in the last 2 years to want to start another crisis? We have an FBI/DOJ investigation aimed at President Trump based on something other than a "smoking gun" and we know Hellary was arbitrarily "cleared" of wrong doings when she was caught WITH two "smoking guns" - the Steele Dossier (a.k.a. the Russian election influencing files) and the Democratic Party collusion to deny Bernie a fair shot at the nomination. Then throw in the Kavanaugh Persecution that didn't even have a smoking gun.

You know, it's funny.. no.. this is pathetic.. MSM-13 will "rush" to convict a Saudi citizen in another country, yet "rushes" in at the drop of a sombrero to defend illegal aliens who have killed American citizens..

---
Looks like some US cities would do well to recruit Tijuana's mayor to come be it's Mayor..He's bemoaning what the influx of thousands on "caravaners" is doing to his town. "Please, and we don't want any more migrants in Playas de Tijuana." waiting to apply for entry into the US.. Juan Manuel Gastelum said there were 2,750 migrants from the caravan in Tijuana and that estimates by Mexico's federal government indicate the number could approach 10,000. * "No city in the world is prepared to receive this — if I'm allowed — this avalanche," he said during a news conference at City Hall. "It is a tsunami. There is concern among all citizens of Tijuana." Of course, Mayor Gastelum should learn the definition of "migrant" before he opens his mouth again..Migrants are NOT criminals who crash another countries border fences carrying the flag of another country. These are illegal aliens.. invaders.. to Mexico as well..

---
Online headline: "McDonald's being sued for marketing Happy Meals to kids" -- Hmmm.. and I see the validity of the complaint... not only is "Happy" a totally inappropriate description, it's also a misnomer, and contributes to the delinquency of good health in children.

---
From the "irony of poetic justice" -- Seems Ireland Baldwin.. Alec's girl had a run-in with a police officer who would not let her drive on a back canton road to her home in Malibu.. because her ID did not have her Malibu address on it..Sounds to me the police officer was doing a fine job.. but she referred to him a d**K in her "tweets". I understand that as Alec Baldwin's daughter, so she's pretty much an expert on what a d**k is,, she really knows what a d**k is, but she's obviously confused at other authority figures just doing their jobs professionally.. at least she didn't try to punch him out.

---
The car industry has hit a "pothole".. of its own making.. and it's not the tariffs that loom.. no.. the car industry has become such a dependent on "payments" to get shoppers into their vehicles, but the soaring economy has sparked "the Fed" into raising interests rates ahead of possible inflation fears. As payments are basically based on the interest charged versus the principle paid down. A $25,000.00 loan at 3% for 5 years carries a payment of $449.00, but if that same $25K loan has a 6% interest rate, the same 5 year payoff jumps to $483.00, and if you have little or no credit, you can see rates of 15% or more, and a 15% interest payment will run $595.00 for those same 60 months. And let's face two things.. car manufacturers don't based their sticker prices on actually costs/value.. they are priced to capitalize on "curb appeal" and what the market will bear.

Straight out of the Salmon Rushdie archives: M/C L-E headline/story: "Pop heartthrob’s confession divides his Muslim fans * When British pop star Zayn Malik tweets “Eid Mubarak” every year at the end of Ramadan, his Muslim fans around the world go wild. “Thank you for making me so happy!” some respond, while others reply with Eid greetings and prayers in Arabic and Urdu, or send Eid cards and fan art. * But now the former One Direction singer says he no longer identifies as Muslim. In an interview with British Vogue this week, Malik said he appreciates his religious upbringing but is no longer religious himself, beyond a “spiritual belief” in a God. * “I don’t believe you need to eat a certain meat that’s been prayed over a certain way, I don’t believe you need to read a prayer in a certain language five times a day,” Malik said. “I don’t believe any of it. I just believe if you’re a good person everything is going to go right for you.” -- Looks like sequel has arisen of "Satanic Verses".. and though Rushdie has escaped... so far.. the fatwa/death decree of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini on Valentine's Day in 1989 (yep.. Valentine's Day to show the world that Islam respects 'love"), the recent brutal killing of Jamal Khashoggi shows the Saudi royalty does not respect the laws in other countries.

---
Online headline/story: "Kellyanne Conway suggests Trump is willing to shut down government over wall funding * “I don’t care what the political ramifications are, our immigration laws and border security have been a complete and total disaster for decades, and there is no way that the Democrats will allow it to be fixed without a Government Shutdown.” -- You know..The "Wall" is such a necessity.. now and in the future, that Trump should take this stand.. I do wish he'd order that no back pay be given to non-essential civilian, and non-military/law enforcement government employees... and I include elected federal government officials in the first group.

---
Finally.. all looks about as right as it can be with the Governor races in Fl and GA, and the Senate race in FL, but.... is there an end to the incompetence of the Broward County Election ..I'm almost beginning to believe that it's really NOT intentional ...but I do believe I it really is..Thursday saw a deadline missed by 2 minutes, and Friday "impartial volunteers" double counted some of the ballots invalidating the possibility of a correct count.

---
Put you hands together in prayer for the brave law enforcement officers we lost in that helicopter crash.

---
Good grief.. Californians tried to interfere with who we elect to serve and guide our state, and now the M/C L-E is printing a "Letter to the Editor" by another Californian about how WE should clean up our house.. Do you you reckon the California (_@_) has swept the dirt out from under his own "welcome mat"?

---
No need to update last weeks happenings at the River Road Roundabout...3 days of rain. I understand, Thursday, somewhat, as it was cold and dank, but Friday was magnificent yet no work done at all.. Of course we are paying the salaried folks, but we certainly are not getting our moneys worth...oh, and Zeph Baker is still in violation of THE LAW, and we have no clue about the Mayor's wreck..You'd think that as publicity hungry as she is, she'd love the front page exposure....and we still don't know the status our the man fished out of the river in August, and I understand that we had another murder on Friday.

---
Another thing that's killing car dealers...$50,000+ for a pickup truck? How can one expect a craftsman to WANT to use it for work?

---
From the "promises kept" department - Online headline: "President Trump donates fourth-quarter salary to infrastructure projects" -- Can you imagine how stress free the Democrat 'base' would feel if Democrats kept their campaign promises?

---
With rumors and speculation running rampant , maybe the L-E should make a definitive statement about the near term status of Chuck Williams' future at the L-E.

---
While there's no doubt doubt that a citizenship question should be added to the next..and future... census takes, there obviously needs to be such a confirmation of citizenship made on every name on every voting list before the next general election date.

---
From the " Democrats are just sick and treasonous" department - Online story: " U.S. Rep. Eric Swalwell on Friday said the U.S. government would use its nuclear weapons in a hypothetical war against Second Amendment supporters refusing to give up their firearms.
The California Democrat, who is openly considering a run for the Democratic Party’s presidential nomination in 2020, made the outlandish remark on social media after a gun-rights advocate pointed out that the lawmaker once called for gun owners to surrender their assault weapons." -- Good grief..this is exactly why our Founding Fathers supported the 1st Amendment with the 2nd Amendment! Think about what this (_@_) said...that he would support sending American soldiers against American citizens for the sake of attaining the sick agenda of the Democrat Party.

---
From the "when's it going to stop" department - Online headline: "Avenatti's law firm evicted from California offices over unpaid $213G rent" -- Is this not a perfect "branding partnership" for Morton Salt? You know, "When it rains, it pours.".

---
Do you think Democrats and MSM-13ers realize ..or care...that the Democrats spent more time and money trying to influence voters in other state's elections than they can even 'suggest' Russia did in 2016?

---
It's pretty ironic...that Nancy Pelosi would campaign to Democrat Representatives with a promise of serving only a year. Who better than Democrats should remember Pelosi telling all other Democrats that they should do and say whatever it takes to get elected?

---
From the "possibly the fastest broken promise ever made by a Democrat" department - Online story: "U.S. Rep.-elect Ilhan Omar this week reaffirmed her support for a pro-Palestinian movement to pressure Israel, rankling Jewish community leaders who say she contradicted remarks made at an August candidates forum." -- You know, I grew up hearing the adage, "Fool me once, shame on you; Fool me twice, shame on me". Obviously this was not taught in the Jewish communities... unless.. they are applying the "turn the other cheek".. 70 times 70 times.

---
You know, Stacey Abrams isn't willing to fully concede defeat in her GA gubernatorial race, but I can live with that since she's also not willing to take responsibility that most of the registration problems stem from her own New Georgia Project when incorrect or incomplete data was recorded without verifying ahead of the election.

---
Did you watch Fox and Friends Saturday morning? Well, John McLemore..a former neighbor of mine when I lived in Harris County, and chief bottle-washer of Masterbuilt Smokers was on demonstrating his product in action. He showed off a smoked Turkey covered with a "bacon wrap", that I swear I could smell all the way from NYC!

---
I definitely agree with President Trump about so-called asylum seekers carrying the flags of the country they claim has persecuted them to point of fear..especially when they March behind a black version of the Honduran flag that looks like it was modeled after an ISIS flag.

---
Think about this...as liberal and artsy/politically correct most Hollywooders and stage actors are, why do they continue to tell their actor friends to 'break a leg?

---
Online headline: "Harvard Touchdown Called Back After Running Back Flipped Yale's Defense The Bird" -- Good grief! "unsportsmanlike conduct"? Thank goodness the referee couldn't throw flags on what the player was thinking about the ref and his mother, or the NCAA would have thrown the death penalty flag for the Harvard football program.

---
Looks like a shake-up at ABC... seems the direction of outgoing ABC president is down .. just like her show decisions...sadly, the article does not even mention the cancellation of "Last Man Standing" nor the fiasco "The Roseannee-less Conners" is.

---
Looks like Stacey Abrams will join Ossoff, Beto (a.k.a. Be70,000,000.00) Gillum, Nelson on the Hollywood "S***-List" for wasting their time and money and egos trying to get elected..

---
We all know the Obama's are now "living" in the Washington, DC area, but have they sold their home in Shicago? I ask, because I want to know if the costs taxpayers footed to make the Shicago home secure have been .. or will be... reimbursed since they don't even use it?

Of a pure local interest: Late week... an icon of Columbus passed.. Joe Posey, 96.. my mentor and friend at Wynnton Hardware here in Columbus...if you lived in Columbus and never met him, it's your loss. Services will be today (Monday) out at the family cemetery in Ellerslie..

Online headline: "Portland mayor wants to cancel 'Trump free speech' rally *
Mayor Ted Wheeler says he's concerned those in attendance could 'peddle a message of hatred'" -- What hypocrisy..as a rule I've pretty much found that proponents of shutting others right of free speech are the real hate mongers.

---
Best college football uniform of the year: Notre Dame "nailed it" with Yankee pinstripe pants playing in Yankee Stadium on Saturday..

Online headline/story: "American flag discovered in Camp Fire ruins in California * Amid the raging Camp Fire's red glare, that Star-Spangled Banner yet waved. * Members of a search and rescue team working in wildfire-incinerated California neighborhoods found themselves living out the national anthem and discovering "our flag was still there" -- the American symbol the only thing in the area not singed by the deadly blaze. * It definitely caught my attention, it was pretty amazing to see," Lewis told "FOX & friends." "The house in the backdrop was completely burnt to the ground, yet the flag was still there." * The officers documented the address where the flag was discovered and secured it, in hopes of returning it to the owners in the future." -- Returning the flag to its owner WILL be inspirational, but how about doing so at the singing of the National Anthem at a home San Francisco 49er game.

Where are the Democrat whiners protesting the voter suppression issues that kept black candidate John James from winning in Michigan? Huh? Oh, I forgot..John James is a successful..very successful business man who is a Republican.

---
Online headline: "Since he's visiting Texas, we asked Warriors coach Steve Kerr about his Beto O'Rourke 2020 tweet" -- Good grief...why do the California freaks express more concern about who other states elect to represent them that they spend 100s of millions of dollars on hate ads rather than helping support good programs to fix the California forestry problems?

---
Hallmark has got it wrong...its 2018 movies about Christmas are full of "this is what Christmas is all about"..yet other than an occasional Carol, there's been no mention about Christ, nor any nativity scenes in them.

From the "Trump explains his success in under 50 words" department - Online story: "Trump said that had he been “more modified, more moderate,” he wouldn’t have been able to accomplish half of what he has in the past two years. He added it’s important for the president to have “a certain ability to fight back.” -- And you read the same synopsis ... and frequently.. here in my "Breakfast Club" ramblings from the "gitgo" of his presidency... while MSM-13 and liberals are spewing off their "indignation" at Trump's tweets, Trump heads in the other direction and gets things done!

---
From the "images we can never erase.. because we were thinking the same thing but just not printing it out" department - HuffPOOPOO story: "The president attacked Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), referring to him as “little Adam Schi**,” for calling out the fact that Whitaker’s appointment as acting attorney general was not confirmed by the Senate ― an omission many legal experts have described as unconstitutional. * “So funny to see little Adam Schi** (D-CA) talking about the fact that Acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker was not approved by the Senate, but not mentioning the fact that Bob Mueller (who is highly conflicted) was not approved by the Senate!” Trump tweeted." -- Schiff may as well have his name officially changed by swapping the "ff" for "tt" so when he runs for re-election next time, people will recognize his name on he ballot.

---
M/C L-E headline/story: "Mayor-elect must tackle an out of control public agenda at city meetings * City Manager Isaiah Hugley raised serious concerns over the time set aside for the public to speak on topics after it took more than an hour and half during Tuesday’s meeting. A line of public speakers delayed the 10-member council from getting to purchases and other issues until the afternoon." -- You know.. when citizens take time out of their lives to go to a Council meeting to express their frustrations/anger, it's basically a glaring sign of poor leadership and communication.

From the me story: "With issues piling up already for the new administration, the council apparently wants Henderson to get to every meeting promptly. They approved a new Ford Explorer at a cost of $31,355 for the mayor-elect." -- $31K... with or without the previous mayor's trade-in vehicle?
