It's been illuminating watching CNN in the morning... I can really see how viewers can be misinformed ... "sources" were asked pointed questions and their answers usually began with.. "it's been suggested" or "I've heard"... which pretty much says what's being repeated is at best "hearsay", but more likely "rumor".

Wow..CNN interviewed a nurse who came out of retirement to help. In an obvious attempt at making this a Trump hit-piece, the CNN anchor asked her if she was having to bring her own masks and gloves. The nurse replied that she was only answering the phone, not working in the ER... This just shows that CNN does not "vet/check" it's sources for pertinence...

In typical Pelosi form.. the House Queen threw out another Trillion Dollar figure she wants in a new Covid-19 Relief Bill... on her ideas have nothing really to do with helping stopping the spread of it or helping with the current issues either.. Pelosi wants to "RELIEVE" taxpayers of another Trillion for her vote buying projects, not help in any "relief" program.

Columbus Ledger-Enquirer headline/story: "Virus leads to crime drop in Columbus * A rare benefit of the COVID-19 crisis may be its impact on burglars* Other lawbreakers also seem to have hit a dry spell, area law enforcement leaders say, because crime is down overall, both here in Columbus and across the river in Russell County." -- Could one of two reason.. or possible because of BOTH reasons. Reason 1 is obvious.. people are at their homes.. Reason 2 takes a little thought...the real possibility of a "death sentence".. either by Covid-19 itself, or homeowners being gun-owners as well, and protecting their families. You know, the "death sentence" in the legal system use to be a deterrent, but since some states forbid it, and a lot of DAs won't ask for it or plea bargain it out of consideration, and so many felons that have received it die from old age while appealing it, the "death sentence" has become .. more or less... a joke. Let's get back to enforcing and using it.
