Other gatherings in other areas or in other time frames should be treated as unlawful assemblies, and each person arrested should have his/her social security number run through the IRS and be put on a banned list for any future stimulus relief checks, to be scrutinized every year for tax returns bring filed, and any future tax refunds be redirected to a fund to pay for the repairs made to restore destructive actions of the domestic terrorists.

My question is : "How does the Minnesota Court System even allow such a case to be filed since government agencies have certain law suit protection from such?

Mayor Skip Henderson decided not to prohibit it just for the lack of a permit" -- Hmmm.. so the next time ANY group wants to have a parade, all they need to do is claim it's some kind of "protester" and Mayor Skippy will wave the permit, and put all the costs on Columbus Taxpayers' backs...
