We need a law that requires every Coroner or Probate Judge to automatically send in the name and Social Security number to all government agencies ..especially Boards of Election, when the death is recorded on a person's Death Certificate.. and require all such government agencies confirm receipt and action to the Coroner or Probate Judge that sent it. Oh.. and those checks need to be returned.. or reimbursed if fraudulently cashed by another.
