I see that a another MCSD bond issue will be conducted via video conference on the 19th of October to direct our tax dollars on SPLOST projects to lawyers and banks. You know, it should be required that the SPLOST funds should be "in hand" before any project gets started... if priorities were part of the referendum, the whole community would benefit better.
