Just listening to Sen Diane Feinstein asking hypothetical questions to a Supreme Court nominee that Feinstein KNEW couldn't be answered by a nominee just makes me wish the Senate Ethics Committee would get her sitting at the Inquisition table under oath concerning her husband's sweetheart deal to exclusively handle shutdown Post Office property sales a few years back.

The NBA.. is in trouble... big trouble. The season finale drew a TV audience of about 5,000,000 compared to 2019's championship game TV audience of over 18,000,000..a drop of over 70%.. like I said...this is a very troubling trend for the NBA (not so much me) as player's contracts depend on the teams' liquidity value... and the teams evaluations are tied direct to TV contracts, and the TV networks charge ad rates based solely on the number of viewers that watch.

Georgia.. statewide.. has three "measures" on the ballot that legislators hope the voters will pass without knowledge of the total effect that the "measures" have on taxpayers future...the first and second issues are the most egregious... The first allows the Legislators to "earmark" tax dollars for specific applications.. in other words.. even id=f a designated program proves itself to be a disaster, it will be funded FIRST... forever! The second one allows for increases... no matter how petty or frivolous...in residents suing state and/or local governments at the drop of a hat.. As bad as the first issue is, this second one will be biting taxpayers on the ass for centuries to come.. The third one, while not as egregious as the first and second issues, will allow slumlords with 501-c-3 status to bilk local governments out of much needed property taxes as long as they can get away with it.. VOTE "NO!" resoundingly.
