Oh... so GA is re-writing it's "Citizen's Arrest " laws.. While we can still "arrest" a criminal who endangers our families in our homes, we can only hold the "Perps" legally for 1 hour. What happens then, GA officials, if a police unit cannot get there within one hour? Do we let them "go", or can we shoot them during the 59 minute mark if they are uncooperative? Perhaps it will be safer for our families if we just shoot first and wait for the coroner and avoid conflicts on holding a new "citizens law arrestee" and worry about a criminal who feels "backed into a corner".
