From the "if she wants to play a game of semantics" department - Online headline: "Singer Macy Gray writes op-ed calling for the U.S. flag to be replaced: 'It is tattered, dated, divisive and incorrect'" -- Hmmm.. sounds to me that "tattered, dated, divisive and incorrect" are an even better group of adjectives to describe Macy Gray, and she's a more needed target of replacement than Old Glory.

While our family pulled hard for Russell Henley (imagine that if he won, Columbus, GA would have a Masters AND an US Open Champion living here in close proximity), it was poetic... and real... justice that John Rahm won!
---
After watching those california parasail kooks harassing the golfers at Torrey Pines, I might have had to tee up a ball and take aim at one or two of them.. It would have been worth the penalty stroke.
---
Run, Herschel, Run.... for US Senate from GA ...2022!
---
Here's another case of liberal semantics... Online headline: "Chris Cuomo calls Fox News a 'disgrace' for not informing viewers that Tucker Carlson shouldn't be taken seriously" -- Talk about a pot calling the pot it sees in the mirror black!
---
Online headline: "Fort Lauderdale mayor faces backlash for calling Pride crash a 'terrorist incident' with few facts available: -- Just another Liberal rush to judgment... as it turned "The driver and the victims were part of the Fort Lauderdale Gay Men's Chorus family, according to a statement reported by news outlets from the group's president, Justin Knight".
---
Remember when it was announced that millions of tax dollars would be spent installing traffic lights on all the entry ramps entering the Columbus, GA's J. R. Allen Parkway? Remember when twice they have said that the lights are now working? Obviously, I have a different perspective about when traffic lights are working.

Friday I mentioned how upsetting it was to get a "robo crime alert" from Columbus State at 11:37 PM about a robbery in downtown. No parent wants a late night phone call out of the dark. As we no longer have children attending CSU, we "blocked" that number so it wouldn't happen again. Well, Saturday morning at 2:45 AM, we got ANOTHER "robo crime alert" from CSU about a shooting in front of Martini's on Broadway...a block north of the triple shooting the week before.. you know, the one our Mayor referred to as an "isolated incident". This time, CSU used ANOTHER number we hadn't blocked so I'm doubly PO'd. Hey, CSU, clean up your records!
---
You know, in the last 10 days, Columbus, GA has had 3 shootings on Broadway.. on three different blocks (400, 1000, 1100). Our Mayor says such are "isolated incidences".... hmmm... well, our previous mayor repeatedly told us we didn't have a GANG PROBLEM, and our local media hasn't called either of them out on their claims.

Rumor has it that there's a deadly new virus threatening Washington, DC...while an official term for it has not been solidified, the working name for it is "the truth".
---
From the "usual suspects list" - Online headline: "Nearly 60 House Democrats call on Catholic bishops to stop targeting pro-abortion pols in Communion dispute" -- Hmmm.. I guess that means over 160 Democrats agree with the Pope
---
One of my grandsons went to a VBS program last week... A couple of kids spilled some of their Kool-Aid on his drawing paper, so he took his straw out of his drink box and started blowing the colorful drops of Kool-Aid around his paper.. Another kid asked him if that was an original Hunter Biden masterpiece...
---
A couple in their 80s were found dead as an early morning fire .. let's pray they were not homicide victims 38 & 39 for Columbus....
---
From the "Bias? What Bias? department - Online headline: "Buckhead, a white section of Atlanta is divorcing the city" -- Wow! What a racist statement! Calling all successful business persons in Buckhead White!
---
Hmmm--- and after all listed , Queen PeLOUSY was not even mentioned on the other list:
---
I was suspect when Stacey Abrams said she could support Senator Manchin's voter law compromise for what's on the table in the Democrat bill.. The only reason she's "willing" to do so is that it would set a precedence for the Federal government to take over control of what has been the states individual control of their own voting needs.

From the "stupid is as stupid does" department - Online headline/story: "California rolls out digital vaccine verification — but don't call it a passport * Called the Digital Covid-19 Vaccine Record portal, the site is meant as a digital backup to the paper cards from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention that Americans receive when they get a Covid-19 vaccination, said Amy Tong, the state's chief information officer. * It "provides Californians a way to view and save their own vaccine record," Tong said on a press call. "Instead of having a card, if they want to have a digital version of the same CDC card, this is your opportunity to do so." -- california just spent MILLIONS of Tax Dollars to provide something every cellphone owner could do by taking a picture of their Covid-19 Card and storing in in an e-mail file whenever the h=need to show it..

From the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "Rep. Ronny Jackson — Trump's controversial ex-doctor — calls for Biden cognitive test" -- "controversial ex-doctor"? Let's parse this.. Rep. Ronny Jackson, R-Texas, a former Navy admiral, began working in the White House. In 2013, President Barack Obama named him his top White House physician — a role Jackson retained when Trump took office. MSM did not consider Dr Jackson Controversial when he was Obama's top physician...so where does MSM get any "controversy" about his credentials?
---
Another from the "Bias? What bias?" department - Online headline: "Analysis: Trump was wrong about the law, Obamacare politics and his judges" -- Good grief! Trump already won.. America, too, when the US Supreme Court ruled the mandated purchase was unconstitutional... The rest of he ObamaCRAP Bill was/is just.. well, in a word... CRAP.
---
Juneteenth... there's an educational opportunity that even the Congressional Black Caucus doesn't want to talk about.. Yep, slavery was ended..but it was because of the Republican Party. It was the Republican Party that felt that slavery was wrong, and did something about it..
---
I've come to an absolute conclusion about AOC... if she's for something, America needs to reject it.
---
From the "as moronic as ironic" department - Online headline: "Biden's silence on executions adds to death penalty disarray" -- Hmm you know.. it's the liberals that detest the death penalty, yet you can't find one that doesn't still want to kill President Trump...
---
Online headline: "White House freezes Ukraine military aid package" -- Hmmm.. that ought to please Putin.. but what I really want to know is if Ukraine has paid off or defaulted on the BILLION DOLLAR loan guarantee Biden gave the old president in quid pro quo for firing the ATTY GEN who was investigating Hunter Biden.
---
Online headline: "Texas clears out state prison to make room for criminal illegal immigrants * Texas also this week said it will build its own border wall" -- Now... this is LEADERSHIP!
---
Online headline: "Black NYC Dems want more uniformed police in subways, poll finds: -- yeah... but it ain't gonna happen if they keep voting Democrats into office!
---
I wonder if anyone has explained to JoKKKe Biden that the Bill's that PeLOUSY sends him to sign are only so she can blame him for signing her PORK into law?
---
Another from the "Br'er Rabbit. Please... PLEASE don't throw me in the Briar Patch!" department - Online headline: "Biden's "off limits" list 'could actually entice Russia to increase attacks against all the other entities besides those 16 things' -- and I'm surprised JoKKKe Biden didn't add, "C'mon, man.. I double dog dare you!

Not having heard a peep from her in quite a while, I checked in on ex-Columbus Mayor/failed Democrat Senatorial candidate Teresa Tom-LYING-son's campaign fund site
(https://justfacts.votesmart.org/candidate/campaign-finance/130225/teresa-tomlinson),
and saw this disturbing fact:
Emory, Columbus State, Georgia State, and a private Atlanta K-12 school were 4 of her top 7 donors in her failed Senate run for the Democrats 2020 nomination. Why are State
universities and a private school allowed to send political donations to any candidate?
