The US Supreme Court may have unleashed a whole new source of income for many American families as a result of its decision to overrule the NCAA's stranglehold on student-athlete compensation.. I'm talking about family compensation for organ donations! Until now, people and families have been prohibited from profiting from selling organs yet, medical firms that harvest them sell them for big bucks to recipients. Even abortion clinics are profiting from fetal parts when women and/or their families are not compensated. I think I may have my organ prices tattooed on my body so my family will know what to expect when I die...

You know... there's another benefit for states to cease accepting and distributing the $300.00 a week federal unemployment bonus checks.. Those recipients not wanting to apply for jobs may move to (or back to) Blue States so they can retain receiving those checks and stop voting in the states they left.

WTVM-TV9 story: "COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Some Columbus residents have been seeing a decrease in trash pickup, but help is now on the way! * Tuesday, the Columbus City Council approved a $1.77 million contract with AmWaste to help the city with trash collection. * The West Point-based company will provide five trucks. Each will include three-man crews that will be responsible for collecting debris in five of the city’s 14 yard waste routes. -- Earlier this month City Manager Isaiah Hugley presented a letter to Council that 19 of our trucks are out-of-commission.. 19 trucks just don't stop working all at once.. this has been a management FAILURE of the City Manager's office. Now taxpayers are having to dish out an additional $1.77 MILLION dollars to an out of town company.. and that still won't cure the downed truck issues. What Columbus needs PRIOR to overhauling our trucks is to overhaul our City Manager's office..

Online headline/story: "Ikea Atlanta Juneteenth menu changed after blowback over plans to serve fried chicken, watermelon * The store changed the menu after receiving feedback, a spokesperson said" -- Good grief! How does fried chicken and watermelon perpetuate racial stereotyping? Those are two of my favorite food items and will be on my table whenever my family and guests gather to bond our friendship.

Hmmm... if Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, D-RI, were a "Batchelor" host, he'd be groveling to keep his job. Obviously, standards for US Senators are not as high.
---
Online headline/story: "Portland, OR police officers will no longer make certain traffic stops * Portland police officers have been instructed to no longer make traffic stops for certain kinds of non-safety-related moving violations" -- Excuse me? I always thought EVERY traffic law was written because of one or more safety issues?

Last week, Texas Governor Abbott announced a plan to build the Texas portion of the Southern Border Wall that Biden withdrew the revenue source from the Pentagon budget. He initially funded it with $250 Million, and in the first week received $400,000.00 in public donations as well. There is a website being built to make it easy for public donations, and I will publish it when I get it..

Apparently, San Francisco dodged a second attempt at tainting it's drinking water... somebody tried to hack into the system and reprogram the computerized chemical mixing system. The first... and ongoing attack was not so high tech.. it was a bunch of homeless people excrementing publicly, and disposing of illegal drugs in the sewer system.
---
Wonder when...not if... it's gonna happen.... Hunter Biden's art style of "blow art" goes against his very existence... He's gonna forget the reason he has a straw up his nose and inhale/snort the paint rather than exhale.
---
Stacey Abrams has not evolved...she's not actually "for" voter ID in any capacity, but knows that if this federal law passes, and states lose control of setting their on voter safety laws, a future Congress can outlaw voter ID nationally.

From the "showing his true colors" department - Online headline: "Manchin, Schumer strike deal ahead of election bill vote" -- Deal? Schumer must have promised him the moon... and probably moving expenses to a Blue State when he runs again.
---
Self explanatory... and thought provoking:
---
Online headline: "Georgia congressman calls lawsuit against race-based aid for farmers 'discrimination at its worst' * Rep. David Scott, D-GA, praised Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack for defending the program" -- Wait a minute,, hasn't the US Supreme Court ruled against any law or government action that is not applied equally to all.. regardless of gender or race? Congressman Scott.. it's YOU who are racist and discriminatory!
---
On the floor of the Senate, Sen. UpChuck Schumer said Republican opposition to HR1/S1 is purely to suppress voting for millions of people. Hmmm... hey Schumer... name one!
---
WTVM-TV9 story: "COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - More than 100,000 names will be removed from the Georgia’s voter registration rolls. * The names being taken out are said to be obsolete and outdated. It also includes felons and deceased individuals. * This is the first major purge of voter rolls since 2019 and the list is being made public." -- I also think that there should be a check to see if any of these names being "purged" applied for or used an absentee ballot in 2020..

Some things are just beyond comprehension.. Climate activists are protesting an oil pipeline construction project in Minnesota, and vandalizing the machines and pipe needed... This is different from the Keystone XL project that JoKKKe Biden shut down on his first day in the White House.. This project is actually to replace a 60 year old existing pipeline.. Who knew that environmentalists would be against replacing an old pipeline with a newr and better one?

DisneyWorld is having it's 50th Anniversary this Fall. I may just have to go there ... just to wear my 25th DisneyWorld Anniversary hat I got in 1976.. I also went in 1971 (year one).. actually before it opened, as our NY Buying Office staged a program there so we could see the "behind the walls" areas of DisneyWorld and how they moved merchandise into the many stores in the park.. Oh! My 25th Anniversary hat was made in the USA... wanna bet the 50th ones are made in China?
