The Federal government receives 18.4-cents per gallon of gas you put in your gas tank. The state of GA gets 36.09-cents per gallon, and here locally, Columbus, GA tacks on another 4-cents (soon to be a nickel). So, if gasoline is eliminated, so are tax revenues as well, That's over $52 Billion for the Feds, nearly $4-Billion for the state of GA (PLUS 4% SALES TAX), and while I'm sure (hope, anyway) a "figure" could be found to check local sales tax revenues from gasoline sales, I don't have a number to report. Anyway.. politicians are not going to cut back budgets to reflect the loss of such revenues... so....you know, the Feds, the State, and local governments are going to go after batteries and electricity consumers buy for transportation use...Grab your ankles.. we are going to "get it"!... Well, unless voters get rid of Socialist-Democrats and RINOs...

I'm having a hard time digesting the presentation of facts concerning Columbus, GA's 65th homicide...we keep hearing "accidental". but then we hear a 9 year old child , up after midnight on a school night is responsible for this improbable "accident".. I hope a thorough investigation is ongoing.. I hope some other adult person hasn't tried to pawn off this "accident" on a 9-year old figuring no prosecution will occur... That child is in my prayers...
